If I could give this salon zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited on February 12 for a dip powder manicure. The technician displayed unprofessional behavior, using her fingers to spread the dip powder on areas she missed. After leaving, on the third day, while styling my curly hair, my hair became stuck between the dip polish and my nails, and one of the nails even fell off. On February 17, I returned to request a redo, and the manager, Vivian, informed me that I would need to pay $30 for the redo. I expressed that I should not be charged, as my nails were already falling apart after less than a week. While fixing my nails , each time I requested a nail to be redone, they refused. The manager Vivian also mentioned that the powder was "bad," to which I responded by questioning why they would continue to use it if that was the case. The technician's work was poor, but Vivian did not acknowledge any fault on their part. Today, February 20, my thumb dip nail fell off. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the treatment I received. I expect a refund for the subpar work. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place read more

Lived in GP since January and finally found my Nail Shop!! Walked in for a Pedi and fill yesterday and left completely satisfied with the results, thank you Summer. First, the Salon is spotless clean, you feel very welcomed, they offer drinks and make you comfortable. More importantly Summer did exactly what I wanted and took the time to ask questions every step to be sure, and explained why she did it that way. I used to really enjoy going there but this latest experience will be my last, unfortunately. I went for a pedicure hoping to relax as well as tidy up my toes. The woman who worked on me wouldn't stop talking about how crappy the world is right now, how much she hates her working conditions, how expensive everything is, etc. and also asked some inappropriate personal questions like I much I pay per month for rent. I agree that things are rough right now but there has to be some level of professionalism; AND, since I don't get to treat myself often I wanted to be able to escape all of that for a little while. Not only did she talk nonstop, but when I got home I realized that she hadn't spent any time on ingrown nails or filing them smoothly enough. I had several sharp edges and ingrowns that I had to take care of myself. On top of that, there's a $20 up charge for gel polish that they don't tell you about beforehand. I can understand $5, maybe $10, but $20?! I ended up spending $85 for a wholly unsatisfactory experience. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that the massage was decent. read more

I've been going to this shop for at least 4 years. I have been very understanding when things go awry, however today, I've reached my limit. I went in with long natural nails (dipped). I showed the young lady who prepped me, the style I wanted. I also told her more than once, "these are my nails." She proceeded to cut my nails. When I showed the actual tech who was going to do my nails, she tells me, I will need to add tips for length. I tell her that I am not paying for tips because I came into their establishment with natural nails that were long enough to achieve the style I desired. The manager, Vivian comes over and apologizes. She stated the young lady who prepped me for service "does not speak English." I stressed again that I would not pay for tips when a pile of my natural nails are on their floor. She insisted she would take care of me. Jessica did a wonderful job with my nails! Thank you! When it was time to pay, I made it clear, I would not be paying for tips. They ring you out before providing a printout of charges. They let me know I was given a discount. After paying and tipping, I reviewed my receipt and they charged me $10 for length. I questioned the charge and I was told it was due to the length of my nails. I was still charged $10 for length (tips). I've been going here for at least 4 years and hadn't received a ln extra charge of $10 for length. All I requested was to be made whole since my natural nails were now in a pile on their salon floor. Vivian told me she would take care of me next time, just call to make an appointment. Sorry, but 1 of the last 2 times I made an appointment with Vivian, she pawned me off on someone else when I arrived. It's been a good run, however, I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

How could I forget to review this place. Literally my favorite foot shop. The first one I ever felt comfortable & relaxed at. Vivian is so sweet to me, my friend who use to work there no longer does due to an injury. I was very saddened by this, I miss her so much. I've recently moved away so I haven't seen them in some time but I will be sure to return. I had my feet serviced, the brake pads had build up . Complimentary wine as well and this place is near great food spots. The service I requested was just the basic pedicure I think. I've lived in the area forever but never tried Heavenly Nails, today I'm glad I did! I got a pedicure and full set with dip/white tips and almond shape- side note: I have wide nails so she suggested almond shape and even though I've never tried the shape before I trusted her and went with it. She shaped them all easily AND they're all even!! No random lopsided nails here!! Jessica did both my pedicure and nails. She took her time and made my first time here wonderful. I got regular polish on my toes.. she can actually paint! I switched the color 2x but she didn't mind and helped me decide which to pick. I didn't come for nails and actually haven't got mine done in almost TWO YEARS because I just wasn't satisfied any place id go for the prices but I'm impressed and will definitely be a returning client. Wow this place survived the pandemic!? That says a lot! My first time back in years... got the grapefruit pedicure which comes with paraffin wax, hot mask, and hot rocks. About $53. Let me tell you, the grapefruit scent smelled SOO good. Kind of wish real grapefruits smelled like this. And the mask and scrub left my legs feeling SO soft and smooth. Highly recommend this pedicure! My skin was like butter when I left the salon. They do offer complimentary drinks here. Also, the color selection is really impressive. Like super rich pigmented colors. My technician's name was Allie and she was soo sweet and made my toes look so pretty! She even helped repair this corner of my nail that'd been chipping the last few months by adding a thin layer of dip to help protect it so it can hopefully heal. Sometimes you just need a place to relax and not have to worry about being rushed through a Mani pedi. Enter this nail salon and the kind people who work here. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. We are 4 daughters who took our mom here on a Thursday evening as walk-ins. They accommodated and even when other customers came after...they didn't rush us or casually told the other customers to wait...they honestly told them they were busy and to come back another time. Everyone was kind and took their time to really make us all feel pampered. No salesy pushy pitches. We told them what we wanted and they delivered. Even staying after hours to finish all of our Mani pedis. I hate it when nail shops try to shuffle you in and out to get as many clients as they ... But we never got that here. Went in for a gel manicure, $55 for some polish with stickers and my nails are already chipping, the stickers have bubbles and some are already coming off. My normal nail place does better work, hand painted art and they last me two weeks between visits for $20 less. Heavenly nail was recommended to me for great designs and quality work and I was let down massively. read more

My first time visiting Heavenly. Overall my experience here was wonderful! I came around 2 pm on a week day and it was very quiet and relaxing. I was tended to by two very gentle and kind ladies. I received a lavender pedicure and manicure, then I did the "nail dip." Nail dip is very close to a shellac, but I do think that it looks very nice, and is less taxing on the thickness of my nails. Cost was reasonable, I paid $85 plus a $10 tip to both ladies. (Always tip to those who serve you!) This is my third time coming here. This is also the least expensive best quality pedicure I have come around! Basic pedi is $25 and it lasts me about three weeks. I'm not sure what topcoat they use, but the shine and the protection is awesome as my nail polish doesn't even start to chip until the third week! And that's with regular polish--not gel. The service of these women is perfect. Everyone here is kind, professional, personable and really takes the time to do a GREAT job. They never rush or make you feel like cattle. It does get pretty crowded in here so I recommend coming as soon as they open or at slow days/times. Today is Saturday and I came at 9:01 only a minute after they open and they were ready to work and did not have an attitude about having early clients or anything. I've tried a few salons in the DFW area but for the price and quality this one I will remain loyal too. I really appreciate the work of these ladies and I've had three different people each time.
