The staff at this location are very kind and so care about the customer. I went with an appointment and was seen quickly. I truly appreciate the service. I must admit I have been spoiled with the salons in north dallas that provide cool beverages and more modern facility but the staff quality is not the same from the perspective of customer service. If your looking for quality service without the high end experience this is your place. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is a staff member cut my toe during a pedicure accidentally. She was a very kind older lady and even though I was injured I appreciated her kindness. read more

The people at this salon are very rude to African Americans. When you ask for a certain service, they automatically treat you as if you don't want to pay or don't have the money to pay. The service was substandard, and when you request a service they try to talk you into a more expensive one. It was not clean or sanitary. My daughter was here for the weekend from college. We had a massage next door (which was wonderful) and decided to get her nails done there since it was close. It was the worse experience of her life. The nails were crooked, thick, and lumpy. She charged 65 dollars for a solar set, and 15 extra dollars for a design, for a total of 80.00 Who pays 80.00 for nails?!! They also charged 37 dollars for a pedi, and said 10.00 extra because she had to take of Gel on my daughter's toenail. I paid it because I didn't want to prove her stereotype true, but I really wanted to tell her how disappointed we were. We paid and left. I live in Las Colinas, I will NEVER patronize this business again and stay in my own neighborhood. This place was the worse. I do not recommend it AT ALL. read more

I came here because I wanted a pedi and wanted my manicure done. I took my daughter with me for the first time just for bonding time. I didn't have an issue on our pedicure. The lady did a good job on my toes and I had no complains. The issue came AFTER she was done. When I walked in I told them what I wanted done and the lady at the front said ok. The lady who did my pedi thought that was the only thing I was getting done I guess but she went and say down on one of the chairs and got on her phone. When I told the front lady "I'm not done, I still need a manicure" she told the lady who was with me to come do my nails. She was straight up annoyed. She looks upset. Did a half ass job and she didn't clean my nails. She didn't cut or trim them. Nor did she even bother cutting the cuticles or anything. My thing is if you didn't want to help me then tell someone else to do it. I tried making small talk and she just got her phone and put YouTube on and continues to ignore me. I was sooo annoyed because they charged me for it too. I was satisfied 50% of the service. I won't be coming back though. read more

It was $40 for solar I typically pay $45-$50 I asked for oval nails but she kept saying the shape she chose for my nail is better and cuter...after a while I gave up and let her do the shape. I am happy with all the solar color options they had. A lot are getting rid of solar colors. I'd probably go back. It wasn't busy either...I was the only one for a while. read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year, and I have got gel, dip, and acrylic nails done here before. They always do a great job every time that I come. All the technicians are very welcoming and work very hard to make sure that my nails look exactly how I want with the color and design. They are very reasonably priced, and they offer a variety of services other than nails such as brow waxing, eyelash extensions, etc. I will eventually try these, but I highly recommend coming here for all your mani/pedi needs! read more

Went into lovely nails today (9/23/11) to have a manicure done and trust me it will be my last trip, what took me 9 months to grow and $330.00 dollars over the last 9 months in gel manicures from this place, only took the guy 5 minutes to mess up. I just want to start by saying that I don't ever make reviews because I've never had such a bad experience!!!! I went into lovely nails on Thursday July 9th to get a full set done. as soon as I walked in I was greeted and they immediately told me to go and pick my nail color so I did. The guy tells me to sit at his station and started to conversate, he was very friendly at the beginning but only because he was trying his hardest to up sale me. He kept pushing me towards getting the gel on my nails so at first I agreed to it. He starts to do my shape and he doesn't file my nails at all, so I decided that I wasn't going to pay 45 dollars if my nails already weren't looking good. I told him that I decided to go ahead just do the color this time. He starts to try to push me into getting the gel once again, when I finally told him that it was okay I was just going to get the regular color he starts to give me an attitude and if he already didn't give a damn about getting my nails to all look the same he most definitely cared even less. The next day I called to see if they could just fix my nails and the lady whom I believe is the manager starts to give me an attitude over the phone and finally after explaining to her what happened she told me to go in when I had the time. I walked in and she greeted me I told her to look at my nails and she said okay ill fix them... NEVER did she apologize for what happened, she didn't even fix my nails she maybe buffed them a bit and that was all and started to do the color half way through she took out another color that was no where near the color that I chose and proceeded to use it. I literally left there unsatisfied and had to go to my regular nail lady so that she could really fix them and polish them correctly. Did I mention that this lady was giving me an attitude the whole time and was being extremely rude as well!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Safe yourself the disappointment and the waste of money. I DO NOT recommend the guy nor this lady. They don't speak english here, which most places don't but this place doesn't even understand it. I've gone here for the past 2 years and never had a problem unitl the last time I went, when they did my nails too thin and the color didn't show up. This time, I was sat down for an hour allowing my nails to soak and had to take off my own nails and crap since the lady hadn't come back to check on me and still got charged for it. After that I told them I do not want them to do it thin, I want the color to show, to NOT look like glitter nail polish... which is what I got anyway, even after explaining it four times. The woman was rough with my hands and arm jerking it around, and she cut my middle finger, and then glued the skin afterwards! They then kept my card while trying to explain that they just needed to do the powder thicker... well if you knew that why didn't you do it right the first fugging time! This place is awesome! I have lived in Arlington my entire life and honestly this is one of the best kept secrets in town. This place is all about buisness which i really like no games no favorites just good beautiful,nails I never knew about gel nail polish till i came here and got that service here and fell in love! So happy this place is so close to me the staff is wonderful have never been cut by any of them. They can do any design just bring a picture of what u want and they will do it. I can not say enough good things about this place and i have never got more compliments then when i,come here everyone is always like oh i LOVE your nails and they are my secret if you want to treat yourself and feel like a queen go there its the best!!!!!:-) cleanliness is next to godlieness here oh they serve drinks here too and they have massasge chairs and the list just goes on & on love love love them. read more
