He never hassled me, called me, texted me etc. He just let me stew on the idea. A year goes by, and I go back in to talk to Scott. He remembered who I was and what kind of bike I was interested in. So we start walking around the show room, and I end up landing on a brand new 2023 Road Glide. They put a sold tag on it, and I left for the day, planning to return a few days later to finish up the paperwork. While I was gone, I had a change of heart. I told him I really wasn't comfortable spending that much money on a bike and that I actually didn't want the new bike. He never got angry or upset! We went next door and started looking at used bikes. I must have been with him for over an hour and a half at that point just sitting on bikes, starting them up etc. FINALLY I landed on a used street glide. We went next door, did the finance stuff etc. As difficult as I was with making a decision, never once did Scott pressure me or try to force me to buy something. He truly cared about me and my needs. While I was there, he gave me 100% of his attention. It was as if no other person was there! Which I greatly appreciate. I even brought my wife and kids in, and Scott was GREAT with them. Overall, Timbertown treated me great! I am 100% satisfied with my service and purchase. The store is very clean, organized and they have a great selection. The service guys and part counter guys are awesome as well. I would highly recommend that you go in and ask for SCOTT!

Foodie I am not. But a service snob. In this case, i just wanted it done right…read more Took a month to get my bike fixed. Alright, you can have it cheap, fast, or done well, pick two. Well it wasn't cheap (i could have bought another bike for the price), not fast (i have had this exact work done in a day, this took a month), or well (He redid my brakes, and didn't bleed them and sent me off with nearly no brakes), so not that. After I had another mechanic inspect them, he used to wrong parton the front, didn't refil the reservoir, and stripped the rear bleeder nipple allowing all the brake fluid in the rear to leak out after he cross threaded it and only got it in one thread. So I had to have another mechanic redo bith front and rear, replacing the front disk, and the rear calipers. I miss living in Portland and Cycltune. Chris new his business. This guy seems to use it just to drink beer with other people. Do not use his service on anything safety related.

Brandon and his crew respected my appointment time took care of my tire which had to be replaced and gave me a comfortable place to wait for the service on my Honda CRV. Their customer waiting area offered coffee, tea, snacks, and I believe a television. Who could ask for more? Also, I had five lights on my dash that came on when I ruined my tire hitting a curb. The guys reset the warning lights and replaced my tire with a newer tire. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Typically in my old place of business that I used I was there 3 to 4 hours waiting for similar services. My time is precious just as theirs is. Brandon was polite. The customers service was important to him. Thank you, Brandon and guys in the shop who took care of this customer. As I was ready to leave and pay my bill, Brandon said "No Charge". What? Wait I need to write you a check no ma'am no charge today I was blown away.
