The best matcha!!! This is my go to order and the only place I order Matcha from because it's that good! I normally go to the Riverview location But this one was also very clean, inviting and cozy. The only criticism is that by the time I got there, all of the pastries were gone, and they had not refilled the displays. The staff was friendly and efficient. On my way to downtown, I decided to make a quick stop at Foxtail Coffee for a coffee. When I entered the cafe, I loved the ambiance of the cafe as it was beautifully decorated and Foxtail Coffee provides free wifi which allows people to enjoy coffee as well as work from cafe. I headed straight to the register and after discussing with server among different coffee options available, I ordered Regular Latte Caffe with less sugar. My order was ready in ten minutes and soon I was on my way with coffee. The latte was hot, freshly brewed, and perfectly balanced, making it a great start to my morning. Apparently Foxtail Coffee is all the rave - I should have confirmed on instinct in hindsight with all the reviews after coming here today. For starters, there's not a lot of coffee places open around 7pm (that isn't a Dunkin or a Starbucks) on a Sunday. The fact that Foxtail Coffee was one of these select few definitely warrants the trip. I rode here on my motorcycle at the top of the evening on a Sunday to find it relatively tame and easy going - which exactly what I was looking for. There's not much I can really add to what's already been said about Foxtail other than the fact that the space was very inviting and neat. It definitely offers a creative and encouraging space to socialize, as well as outdoor seating (on the side) to enjoy as well. Love this shop within a shop. Not only does it offer coffee but has an ice cream counter as well! It was too late in the day for a cold brew so we got an iced coffee and an ice cream. Both menus have a lot to choose from. I wished I had tried the Cafe Cubano since we heard people talking about it. I am a huge fan of Foxtail Coffee, and this was my first time at this location. It was PACKED midday on a weekend, I actually had to wait for a seat at a table! Foxtail serves my favorite tea I've ever had at a coffee shop: Blue Lagoon by Yaupon Brothers. Last time I looked it up, I couldn't even buy it in bulk if I wanted to, so I get really excited to visit Foxtail and get this tea. Their menu is extensive, the interior is kind of industrial at all their locations which I love, and this one has a fun mural on one of the walls. The baristas were great, and helpful when we wanted to try some Kelly's ice cream before ordering as well. read more

They made the coffees to order with quickness and accuracy. There is a ton of flavors for coffees and teas, they can literally do anything you want. The decor was very lovely, I love the industrial vibes. The fox logo is incredibly adorable, and they sell fox dog toys! I watched the barista weigh the beans, grind the beans, weigh again, pour hot water in the kettle, wait for the temp to be just right, bloomed the coffee in the press, then pour the water, making sure to cover the ground evenly, wait the four minutes, and serve with a smile.
