Prompt service, kind staff, bold, flavorful coffee, and a great variety of sweeteners/flavors to choose from! The light bites are pretty good, also! I had the bacon and cheese egg bites to go with my cafe latte! The ambiance is casual, quiet, and calm. You're able to study, read, or really do anything in peace. The food is okay not may favorite, the customer service is on point for they know how to treat you. Sad this coffee shop is only in west and central Florida. When I tried to order online, there was an app failure, and I ordered the oatmeal and this stuff is not cheap and the oatmeal was not even cooked and the coffee was OK but not the best coffee I've ever had just saying pretty expensive but they're barista may want to cook the food before they sell it to you on a to go order? read more

A great chain without that chain feel... and now, with a drive-thru! Pros: Very fresh flavors from your coffee where you can taste rather than just what you've added. Different and unique types of coffees to choose from what might overwhelm, but trust me, they're all good! Con: While I'm not totally bothered by this because I think good things are worth the wait, it does take a bit of time to get your order. The baristas are crafting it just for you! Other coffee shops (cough, cough - next door), will make a latte in two seconds, and you'll throw it out two seconds after that, this taste is memorable and worth the wait. Been here four times, each time or a different meeting. This place always has very friendly employees, and a relaxed crowd. I usually get the mocha latte, which has the right amount of bitter taste, and smooth texture. I always find that the prices are also reasonable, which doesn't hurt. I'd like to say (personally) the way the seats are positioned is nice as well, which gives everyone the ability either to chat with those around them, or to spend time on whatever they're working on. I haven't tried the sweets here, but, they all look great as well. read more

I'm lucky to have a lovely coffee shop near my home. When I heard that Foxtail Coffee was opening a new branch in Telecom Village, I was thrilled because it's one of my top favorite coffee shops. On a lovely Sunday morning, I took the opportunity to visit Foxtail Coffee, which was conveniently located just four minutes away from my home. Upon arriving at the coffee shop, I was pleased to find a generously sized parking area. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by the stunning ambiance and tasteful decor that perfectly complemented the coffee shop atmosphere. The menu at Foxtail Coffee offers a variety of coffee options, as well as convenient food pairings. When I arrived, the Barista welcomed me as my server. After discussing various coffee options, I settled on a Regular Cafe Latte with Hazelnut. I also ordered an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and a bag of coffee beans. I was pleased with the service and received my bagel with cream cheese quickly. The Everything bagel was especially delicious when paired with cream cheese, and it had been perfectly toasted. Additionally, my hot coffee was well-roasted and quite tasty. I enjoyed my Sunday morning with a delicious cup of coffee and a bagel. read more

Great coffee and service by the employees here at this location. It was my first time at a Foxtail and the coffee was great and the flavors were super creative. I got to try the banana bread cafe latte and it was delicious. It tasted more like a cinnamon cereal latte, but I actually preferred it that way! read more

I love Foxtail already, I've visited multiple locations and I've purchased their beans before so I already had a good impression. The cold brew I had today was a little lack-luster. The banana cold foam didn't have much of a banana flavor at all, so it actually just tasted like a mocha cold brew which isn't a bad thing if the banana cold foam wasn't a main feature of the drink. The baristas were all very nice though, I'll have to try the drink again to see if it was just a one-off bad drink. read more

Being a locally owned coffee store amidst the beast of corporate Starbucks, which consistently provides a solid product, is tough. Standing out amidst the giant is tough, but Foxtail does a good job. Good coffee, good food options and a great atmosphere all leave a lasting impression, but frankly I like a stronger coffee. Outside of that, no complaints. read more

Stopped by this new coffee shop with a couple of friends. Unfamiliar with the place I asked for a simple coffee regular, oh with almond milk. After much confusion I felt like I needed a translator in order to place my simple order. 75 cents extra for the milk. This traditional establishment and my experience ordering coffee in Tampa and Ybor just didn't match up. I finally got my regular coffee with almond milk and my bill came to $6.02. forgot to mention they include a tip whether the service is good or not. Nope won't be going there again. Who cares decor? I've been here a few times and have been underwhelmed, I decided to go and give the fall flavors a chance. I go through the drive through where I have to repeat my drink order multiple times, order an iced pumpkin spiced latte with oatmilk and a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. I get to the window and wait a few minutes before anyone even opens the window, then I pay and get my items and the lady at the window seemed as though she'd rather be elsewhere. I don't check my food until I get a couple streets down at the light and find they gave me a ham breakfast sandwich which wouldn't really be a problem if I didn't not eat pork. So, I turn around irritated and go inside this time to get the right sandwich. I walk inside and explain to the barista inside what happened to which I get no apology for the inconvenience and I sit in silence while she makes the turkey sausage sandwich. Then, I say thanks and leave, no apology or anything then either. I then eat the sandwich which was good in flavor but 1/4 of the bagel was hard as a rock. The vibes inside are really nice, but the vibes of the workers are not and the coffee is just subpar. I will not be giving them another chance and will be taking the 20 second drive to the Starbucks next door because at least they're consistent with their product and have great customer service skills. read more

This was the first Foxtail location I have ever visited and I was very pleased with my experience! I was going there to have an informal interview with a potential employer. I took a moment to look at the menu and was helped quickly. The checkout process was quick and easy. I ordered an iced double espresso with almond milk and vanilla flavor, which is what I order at Starbucks. I wish I had branched out more but I am picky with my coffee and this order was much stronger than what I typically get from Starbucks but still perfectly sippable, less milk I guess. The upcharge for non-dairy milk will always be frustrating, but the overall prices were reasonable. The seating is very limited since it is a small building but it worked out nicely. The shop is very quiet, which is great for studying or working, less great for having an informal interview. The ambiance is focus-inducing and calming which I loved! I also loved the fact they have a drive-thru! The ice cream shop inside is also awesome and the location is perfect for it. Super happy this place opened up so close and I will definitely visit again for a study session! read more
