I do like this spot for the dessert aspect. The cobbler is always delicious and the cheesecake is just as good. The service is always great as well and the people are super friendly. They did unveil a few new menu items - most were savory items, but to be honest, they weren't too good. The chicken nuggets taste like they're microwaved and the macaroni isn't too yummy. I tried the peach cobbler and the Oreo cookie dessert--strictly for research purposes, of course The peach cobbler was basically a warm hug in a bowl. Sweet peaches, buttery crust, and a scoop of ice cream that knew its job and melted on cue. My taste buds were very happy! I was incredibly sold on the concept itself, but it actually has a lot more than peach cobbler. When we went it was empty, so we could ask a lot of questions, and the employee had a lot of good recommendations. There are a few tables, so it's comfortable to eat in (but taking it to go is probably more common). I was very intrigued by the flight which included 4 small servings of cobbler and bread pudding. Don't sleep on the bread pudding and get only cobbler. Both are great. And there are some interesting flavors. For cobblers: sampled the cinnamon peach praline and the strawberry peach. The puddings we tried bourbon pecan and red velvet. All winners! And it comes with vanilla ice cream. Even between 2 people, we didn't eat all of it, but it packs up nicely. The prices are a little on the high side, so it's definitely an occasional treat, but everyone was happy to come, and the treats were all so tasty. read more

This is my second time visiting cobbler facility but first time visiting on a Friday the service was excellent and the cashier answered all of our questions and was patient in giving recommendations. We tried a couple different items. Overall the flavored cobblers were ok, there was little to no crust in some and the temperatures were uneven, some parts cold some very hot. My favorite flavor was the cinnamon apple. The classic cinnamon roll was AMAZING! 10/10. The kids really enjoyed the ice cream flight. I love the cute areas they have for pictures and content and the games you can play while you wait create a fun environment. My recommendation is the OG peach cobbler and definitely try the cinnamon roll. I would definitely return for the cinnamon roll and give some of their other items a try! read more

I use an app call Too Good To Go and the Peach Cobbler Factory showed up. I decided to get the surprise bag and take a drive to Citrus Park. When I got there, I noticed parking lot is a little tight in areas. When I walked in the store, I was greeted right away and let the lady at the counter why I was there. My surprise bag was a cherry cobbler and a huge cinnamon bun with peaches and nuts. Then, the owner said there was another surprise bag if I wanted and I got it. I found out the store opened in 2023. Also, the store offers samples as well. I tried the Italian beef savory cobbler and it was very comforting. The cherry and peach cobbler is good. Also there is many flavors to choose from. The staff is good and informative. I would consider this store again or try the one by University of Tampa. read more

And the peach cobbler certainly isn't the best I've had, which stinks since that's the name of the place. BUT it IS a chain, so you have to keep that in mind. Stopped in for desert after a nice Mothers Day dinner. This was our first time here. As we are looking at the menu, the gentleman at the cash register said nothing. We told him after a few minutes that this was our first time here and he continued not to say anything. My wife asked a couple of questions on a a few items and his answers were not helpful. We order the cinnamon roll with vanilla ice cream. Their only coffee is iced coffee. The cinnamon roll appeared to be microwaved. It was doughy and not much cinnamon flavor. Grand Opening today, yeah..... the Sweet Peachy Tea is made in house and bottled. Be careful because on bottle is 290 Valerie's but if you are here having sweets the Valerie's are not an issue for you (or you just don't care). First impression is the atmosphere smells very sweet. I was almost satisfied alone by the scent of the decadence. I wanted cobbler so I ordered what was on the menu. The lady told me that it doesn't come as it looks on the menu. Which was odd, as that's usually never the case. The photo respected a scoop of ice cream on top of a cup of cobbler. I was wanting it made this way as we were driving and not eating in. The nice lady said they come in two separate cups and I was disappointed. I'm like I can't hold two cups and eat in the car. She understood and said she didn't want to disappoint me so she made it exactly as I wished. When I got in the car I quickly realized why they don't serve it this way. Their cups are way too small for the portions and the cream melted and was running over the edges of the cup. It was a mess! The cup was half the size necessary for this so why show that on the menu? Why not get a different bowl size or style like a raised edge plate? If she had told me it was not big enough or that it would be very messy I would have understood that logic. I cannot be mad, it was delicious but I would definitely not ever take it to go again. Eat in, eat it separately as they make it or bring your owl dish to combine them in. I bet if I had taken it as they severe it the portions would have been bigger too. I will say whatever portion I got was more than enough for one person. read more

My first impression of this dessert place is meh. We found this place on Google and decided to give it a try for dessert. I myself I'm not a cobbler fan but they have other options too. The gentleman behind the counter didn't really give good explanations of what each thing was. We opted for the cinnamon bun with vanilla icing and ice cream it was average at best. The role was extremely doughy and to me didn't really have a lot of cinnamon wrapped in the middle. I'm not sure what kind of vanilla ice cream was being used but again it was average. It tasted like bluebell ice cream you get at the grocery store. They also offer brownies, a dessert with bananas in it that has different options and cookies. They also offer cold brew coffee only no hot coffee options. there are other places around the Carrollwood area that are better imo. read more

Nothing here is made in house accept the peach tea. The cobbler is premade frozen brand "chef pierre" it is not homemade. Literally everything on the menu is premade from wholesale Gordon food service. Banana pudding tastes like jello brand from the box. Waste of money, might as well make your own real cobbler.
