Came here on National Ice Cream Day bc I noticed they had a a free ice cream scoop. They were super friendly and I tried many ice cream scoops. They sell Blue Bell Ice Cream here which I've had in other places. I tried many flavors including red velvet, key lime pie, pralines and cream, strawberry cheesecake, mango. I finally decided on black cherry. It was okay to me. I loved the chunks of black cherries the best. My husband loved the red velvet. They also have milk shakes from 9.99 to the huge ones which were around $18, but they have a massive slice or piece of cake on top. They also have diff flavored edible cookie dough. I didn't try it but they do offer free samples. They had a blackberry type ice cream in the freezer in the jar,but not as scoops. That one sounded good to me. We frequent melting pot often and always joke we will get dessert here at the yard after. It's a joke because we always fill up on cheese and chocolate at melting pot. But on Valentine's Day we were in the area and decided instead of dessert where we were dining, we would finally come visit the yard and try their milkshakes. When we walked in no one said anything to us. There were a handful of people inside eating, but no one in line. We just looked at the menu as it constantly was changing and ended up both deciding on the peanut butter bliss milkshake. Personally, I love peanut butter. I could eat it daily but it's just too calorie dense so I have it as a treat. Well, this shake was a complete and utter disappointment. The rim of the jar is covered in a not great tasting brand of peanut butter, and then there is just the smallest of drizzling that goes on top. When I think "peanut butter bliss milkshake" I'm thinking vanilla ice cream with globs of peanut butter mixed in making it a PB milkshake. The milkshake was just a plain chocolate shake, with small drizzling of PB that you couldn't taste, topped with a brownie that is probably just from the Publix bakery from around the corner (still good anyways), with whipped cream and another small drizzle of PB. If this was labeled as like a reese type of milkshake I could get all the chocolate, but even so, I'd still expect more PB flavor in the milkshake itself. Likely won't be returning. Some guy took our order, but the lady that brought the shakes to us was nice. The place was clean, and it seems like a nice place. They have a large selection of ice creams and toppings and even offered samples when I felt like I couldn't make a decision (thanks because this definitely helped me choose that yummy strawberry cheesecake). This was our first time here and it won't be our last! The staff was patient as we decided what we all wanted to order. My parents each got single scoops in a cone, my middle ordered sorbet, the other two shared a massive shake and I indulged in a "bowl" with my hubby. All was delicious! There's also a jar washing station to clean out your sticky shake jar of you finish it while there. Lots of flavors to choose from. If you order a regular shake you can add up to 3 flavors for $7 which is also rather pricey. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the pricing. Customer service was great! The kids working were very friendly and hard at work. They helped us understand our options and waited patient while we decided. Came in with our friends from Georgia so they could try this place. They got the Peanut Butter brownie bliss and we tried something new, the Buccaneer. Still cannot give them five stars because I just don't understand what takes 30-45 minutes to fix my ice cream order and then they only bring one order out at a time despite you being with a group. It's not like you can let your ice cream sit because it will melt. Seating is also limited for the traffic they receive. The Buccaneer was ok, very chocolatey and the brownie football just wasn't as good as the brownie that we've had before on the bliss. Still recommend trying however be prepared to wait!! read more

We are ALWAYS amazed by the humongous milkshake concoctions. We ended up sharing a Buccaneer this time around and it I'd a chocolate lovers dream. Chocolate shake with a brownie on top of whipped cream with what I think was an oreo crust on the glass jars rim. My blood sugar ran screaming for its life and I just shoved it into its coffin and nailed it shut...lol. The milkshake itself is nice and creamy and the toppings are stupendous...BUT. I have to ding one star because it does take quite a bit of time to get your treat (around 30 minutes this time, sometimes LONGER if it's busy). My family of 4 shared this together as we already had dinner prior. It was delicious! We also tried a cookie dough pop ($4) and that was also delicious. They have a freezer near the front entrance that offers cookie dough pops and edible cookie dough in mason jars to purchase. Plenty of tables and chairs inside along with outside seating. The restaurant is very cute and has plenty of fun areas to take Instagram worthy photos. The chocolate chips on the jar were very bitter. If you want the signature or large you can't choose to not have the souvenir mug so it was way too pricey at $16 each. Somehow I paid $40 for 2 milkshakes and a pup cup. I was by myself to order the 2 shakes and pup cup, the employee sat them down in front of me on plates and left, like I was going to eat both of them right there by myself. Thankfully another customer saw me struggling to get them together to leave and helped. But the employees did not care. Unfortunately we tried this place out because Cold Stone was closed but I feel completely ripped off. I wish I looked at the reviews first. Lesson learned. I would not go back. It was literally a frozen rock hard piece of cheesecake in a cup with one scoop of ice cream!? It had the fake whipped topping similar to cool whip, and a bit of graham cracker crumble on top. Literally watched the guy make it and the strawberry drizzle was right beside the chocolate! I wanted to take back the dollar tip I had put in his jar.
