I noticed the barista took the extra step of stirring the flavors before pouring over the ice which ensured that it was well combined. I dislike when you just take a sip full of syrup and can tell it wasn't made with care, so this extra step made me feel like the barista put a good amount of effort into making our drinks - despite being busy.
