first time trying whisk & grind and i would say it's your typical brunch spot. DON'T recommend coming on a Sunday morning or lunch time because most people go after church. we had to wait 20 min for 2 people. i ordered a tri- tip sandwich which included pepperocinis and grilled onions. it was pretty good, the fries were really seasoned and crispy. the placed was filled and clean and wasn't too loud.

Food was good service was slow but I'd come back to see if it's just an off day. We got our food and ate a bit and boxed to go, but like I said I would try it again.

This restaurant is so good! We came in on a Saturday morning. It was busy, but we were quickly seated and greeted by our server. The food was amazing and serving sizes were large. We all needed boxes. This place is a must go if in the Merritt Island area'

A nice looking place, bustling with people. Service was five star. Food should be, but, while plated to the chain's standards, it's made without a lot of love or care. The hash browns are in a tray warming under the broiler, made in advance. So oily that we couldn't eat them. The Benedicts had badly overcooked eggs. The server was nice enough to get one good one, for my Bene, but it took the kitchen 15 minutes to replace it. Hollandaise didn't hold up. Cold isn't fun. Coffee is Peet's which rocks, East coasters Needs a little TLC and some ass kicking from the head chef and it can easily hit five stars. Right now? Won't thrill ya. Won't kill ya.

Our first visit, dining room is small and a bit loud because it was full. Coffee was delicious and service good. Our meals were tasty, I had the cheddar chorizo benny this was a fun spin on the normal eggs Benedict, my husband had the southwest scramble, which he enjoyed. I felt like I couldn't sit after eating and enjoy a final cup of coffee because there were so many people waiting to be seated.

Good spot if you're on the go and want a can't miss flavorful breakfast. Not your traditional breakfast spot it give a big kitchen feel which I enjoyed. The service was pretty bad it was my first time and around 12:30pm I know they close at 2pm but I felt ignored to start then rushed once my food came. I will double back to see if I was just late because the food was really good.

We were visiting Merritt Island, and found this on yelp. It was only about 4 miles away and we drove to it. It was a Friday morning and there was plenty of parking although it says usually not enough available. We ordered breakfast and I had a bloody bloody. Mary and my wife had pineapple mimosa. Our server was quite pleasant. Told us about the restaurant and I had a good time walking around taking pictures of things and soon enough our food arrived. I ordered the huevos rancheros and my wife ordered the skillet. Both were served in a skillet, but the huevos rancheros has three tortillas on the bottom layer of salsa, cheese, onions, and two eggs on top. Oh, and don't forget the jalapeños. This was simply delicious and a definite Mexican style , not the best I've ever had but pretty good. My wife had the skillet. It was rather plain compared to mine. However, she must've enjoyed it. She ate it all. The potatoes are these cubes. They must buy them like that cause they're all the same size and I think they deep fry them but they were fine. And don't forget to order a bloody Mary, spicy but delicious. My wife had the pineapple mimosa which she said was good. Not a bad little place for breakfast. I saw the pancakes come out. I wish I would've ordered, but there's always next time.

Every time I drive by the parking lot is full so I had to visit to see what all of the hype was. First I'll start with the ambiance, it has a clean crisp modern yet home diner feel. The Menu is vast with a variety of choices. Staff was friendly and made you feel like you were in your dining room, enjoying a breakfast that was just prepared in your own kitchen. I started with a coffee and they have the cutest clear coffee mugs! Then as reviewing the menu I saw that they had mimosas so I asked the waitress which one she recommend and she recommended a flight of mimosas which gave me the option to try every mimosa, they had peach, orange, pineapple and strawberry. The pineapple was my favorite but they were all very good! I would say it was like paying for a bottomless mimosa and you got the amount you would most likely drink with a bottomless mimosa for 16.95! Now let's move on to what everyone is really coming here for the food. I had the Jalapeño bacon & eggs, it was cooked perfectly and the bacon had a nice spice to it but not to spicey. The eggs cooked perfectly, toast nice and buttery and the hash browns had the perfect crispy yet tender consistency. My fiancé had Joes scramble with the potatoes, he thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well! Everything cooked to perfection. One of the options they have with the meals is toast or a cookie. We were a bit confused. What is a Cookie? I mean other than a regular cookie we thought it couldn't be a regular cookie thinking it might be however a biscuit and they call it a cookie, I was wrong. They actually have a cookie that they cook every day in house. So we got one, had to try it! It was good. I see a lot of reviews on the prices being to high but everything now a data is high and the service was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great! The price I feel fits into the overall experience and was worth the price! This will be one of those places we visit on a regular and bring our friends that come in town for a good breakfast!

I ordered the Americana club sandwich (pictured) and switched out the fries for sweet potato ones - I loved it! It was very delicious and filling. Other people in my party ordered the Americana burger amongst other things not pictured. They all said they enjoyed it. My only note about this place was that when we arrived it was basically empty and even with it being empty, the food took a while to come out - much longer than you'd expect for the restaurant being slow. Other than that the overall experience was good and I do recommend going if you want a tasty sandwich/burger.

From the jump, it became one of my "if we dont know where we want to eat, go here" kind of places. Easy, consistent and delicious every single time. We started with the ahi tuna appetizer. I was apprehensive, a tuna app at a pub? Fresh fruit, ginger, tuna was seasoned well, I couldnt be happier. It was trying a well balanced poke bowl right from the start. The wings. Award winning. I am so picky about wings, so to have a place make them properly brings me to my happy place. The wings cooked well, and the buffalo sauce has a kick like its supposed to. Its been a MUST every visit. I dont even know if they have other flavors. We tried the SPECIALE PIZZETTA, and that now gets ordered every time. This place could legit be a pizza place. In an area where good pizza is hard to find, this is a perfect solution. Now Ive tried a few burgers, every burger has been seasoned perfectly and still juicy despite asking for medium well, its only a matter of what you'd like for a topping. The Village Blues burger may be my favorite so far, its the only one ive had twice. The staff is great with us, they always have new beers to try, and its a why not situation! My only ask at all would be steak frites on the menu, I think that would be made so fire in a spot like this. That said, I came to write this review thinking about them because I might just get dinner there today!

We spent a little over $300 for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child and the food was prepared well and tasted amazing. We ordered the Baked Brie and scallops which was the best 2 bites of the meal. Everything else was excellent just these 2 really stood out. Tomato bisque was incredible along with the lamb. The wife ordered the mahi mahi which was the special of the day and unfortunately was seriously overcooked. I figured this was a special and not something they cook regularly hence not having complete mastering of preparing this fish. Here are my only comments for why I gave a 4 star vs 5 star: 1. The portions are huge and normally this shouldn't be a problem but the chef would do better to cut the portions literally by 50%. By the time the entree came along I was already stuffed since everything was super yummy and I couldn't really stop eating. The sides were absolutely enormous for each dish lol. 2. Service was very good but I wish someone would've came around to clean up the crumbs on the table top. Also, the plates were large due to portions which made it very difficult to fit all the servings on the table. I would recommend using a plate riser to fix this issue or make the portions smaller and use smaller plates. We had a problem with having enough room on the table. 3. Our server was super nice and awesome. It must've been a shift change and I saw her leave and didn't let us know so I wasn't sure how best to tip since I really appreciated her service. I would hope next time to let patrons know this so we can take care of staff accordingly during a shift change. Also on another side note, I love lamb chops and unsure how the chef prepared it but somehow was able to mask the full taste of lamb. This is neither a positive or negative just an observation and personal preference. I tend to enjoy the taste of lamb while others may not. I have to laud the skill of the chef for their skill in doing so since this was a 1st time experience for me for not being able to taste distinct lamb flavor in lamb chops. Altogether a memorable experience and my critique is based on attention to detail which I feel this restaurant would've been perfect if these 3 items fell better into place for us. The quality of food and price for the portions blew us away in a positive way and even though we spent $300 on dinner we thought this was very reasonable given the large portions and quality ingredients and yummy cocktails.

I understand it can be challenging for new owners to reopen a business and uphold its original integrity, but unfortunately, these owners have failed miserably despite the multiple chances I've given them. They are extremely inconsistent with their hours, often closing during peak times or random days of the week. Tonight, for example, a busy Saturday night with the village packed...they decided to close early at 9 p.m. and were only serving rum and Coke or beer. They were literally turning away business. The authentic German food that once set this place apart is gone. While a few "German-style" items remain on the menu, I wouldn't recommend them. The overall atmosphere has completely changed, no longer family-friendly, with rude staff and no trace of the live German music that used to fill the air and make this spot so special. Clean, nice ambiance, prices were very fair too. Please ignore my taco pic as I had to hurry and it was swinging! My personal favorite was the Chicharron taco and it was fried to perfection! It was crispy without losing flavor or juiciness. Just the right amount of spice too. The tinga taco also has as very tasty and the cheese was a bonus.
