My dirty chai was delicious. My father in law had a black coffee and he thought it was very good too. The ice tea was brewed fresh and was straight unsweetened tea (the way we wanted it). We ordered a grilled 3-cheese with bacon sammich and a burger/cheese/marinara panini. All were very good. The burger tasted like meatloaf so that was a nice surprise. Seating is limited. Lots of signs telling you to sit for no more than 45-minutes. We came during a non-busy time so that wasn't a problem. The back patio is covered and very nice. I do wish there was a sauce, even hot sauce - which they might've had, we took to go - as it was a little dry but it was a good, nice and simple breakfast sandwich. This place is not fast, they do have to go available and it seems like you can order ahead, so if you want it in a timely manner that may be the way to go. They do have glass between you and the register and the entire staff masks up. Since we went in the offseason it felt a little like the Denny's in the Santa clause with our first options being out...they were out of caramel for the coffee, the fresh squeezed lemonade but the person at the counter was friendly and helpful. We ordered a latte (with hazelnut, because they were out of caramel and it didn't really sweeten it up much), the French toast which was really good and not overly sweet, the bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant which was good, but nothing super special, and the seasoned beef grilled cheese sandwich which was really good and tasted like a meatloaf sandwich. Cafe Monte Carlo is a small locally owned place that takes pride in keeping the place as safe as possible while serving up great food at reasonable prices. We showed up with less than an hour before closing. The staff were genuinely kind anyway. The owner took the time to answer a few questions about the coffee and believe me, the flavor of their coffee is still lingering in my mind. I had a medium House, the top on their list. Now I wish that I bought a pound to go! The Cuban Sandwich was the winner! It really satisfied after missing breakfast and driving up from Ft. Lauderdale. The bread was fresh and toasted perfectly, the meat, cheese and pickles became heavenly once it melded together. Cocoa is full of tourist traps. They have awesome holiday decorations both inside and outside and they are generally very covid-safe as all the staff wear masks and there's a huge plastic shield separating the customers from the food. We order two cafe con leches, which were not the best we ever had, because could definitely use a little more kick. On the highest note, the food here will make you want to order more! This was hands down the best homemade blueberry pie I have ever had in my life. The crust was super flakey; and the blueberry filling was a perfect amount of sweetness and gelatinous blueberry overload. The Cuban was phenomenal, which had tender pork, slightly sweet ham, perfectly salty pickles, but the super crispy crusty garlic buttery panini pressed bread was to die for. My other half got the delicious french toast, which was a warm southern welcome. The perfect amount of cinnamon, perfect saturated egg wash; which left a tender, but not soggy satisfying breakfast. Do not believe good reviews. I fell for this. Only to find myself feeling very uncomfortable like I was in a cancer treatment center. Felt very clinical to have to order from behind solid partitions like it was a bank or high security area. Both workers wore masks when they came out and gloves like it was a critical care unit. Did not ask if we wanted utensils and would not take them back untouched. I felt sick to my stomach like we were back in the height of Covid. Not to mention worried my vehicle would be stolen. A good breakfast location north of Ron Jons I was driving by headed to the port when I saw this place on the east side of A1A. It is in one of the many strip centers as you travel north on this road. This restaurant has only a few parking spots directly in front of it but it shares the lot with other businesses and there are more spaces in front of the other stores. As you enter, the counter is directly in front of you. They have totally enclosed the counter so you order through a window. The menu was a simple trifold paper affair. They have lots of coffee and tea choices and several breakfast options. The prices are very reasonable with everything from a $3 bagel to $10 for a smoked salmon sandwich. I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The food came out quickly and it was absolutely delicious. Inside seating is about 6 4-person tables along the left wall. I believe that there might be more tables out the back door but I did not check on that. The decor is space-themed (appropriate for their location near the south end of Cape Canaveral). The store was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and nice. It was a very nice place. I plan to visit again and recommend it to my fellow travelers. read more

What a unique and hidden gem! Super close to Port Canaveral cruise ports so if you are looking for a quick lunch-it's perfect! Everything tasted super fresh and the food was really delicious! My husband had the Croque Sandwich and I had their Pressed Italian and both were super tasty! The employee who took our order and served was also really friendly! I will say that the set up is a bit strange with see-through walls all around the kitchen/order area but if you look at pictures you would see that this was because of Covid so it makes sense because the restaurant is very small. They do also have signs on each table asking that you do not linger and stay too long which again because they are so small.. I can understand why. The place is very much a easy breezy location with plastic silverware and plates so not fancy by any means but the food felt like you were eating at a fancy bistro! read more
