We were passing through Naples for the night on our way to Marco Island and decided to stop into Foxtail Coffee Co. It ended up being a great little find. There was plenty of seating, even on a busy Saturday morning, and the staff was friendly and put together. Honestly, their clean uniforms were a refreshing touch. I ordered a doppio over ice and my hubby got an iced mocha (half sweet). Both drinks were solid, and the prices were very reasonable for the area or even compared to bucks. Despite the crowd, we were in and out quickly, which we appreciated after a long travel day. Overall, a nice stop and a place we'd happily return to. read more

Go to the bar order Cortado and then order a drip coffee or pour over and relax! This is a real coffee shop , they know their beans. I'm always impressed when places have multiple options of brewing. They have pour over and siphon , along with their drip! I was recently in there and I don't know if it's new owners or new employees but the weight is absolutely ridiculous especially when there's only yourself and another person there. They were young girls, and it was like they were moving in slow motion. I ordered two drinks why not anything extravagant or difficult?. after 15 minutes I got my drinks and I told the girl to wish me a happy birthday. She said oh it's your birthday. I've enjoyed this coffee shop in the past, but during my recent visits I've been amazed at my sight. One of the regular female baristas had obvious exposed thick chest hair and clearly is unsanitary. The atmosphere of the coffee bar has changed as well. I've noticed far fewer people choosing to sit or interact at the bar, and the overall energy feels less inviting than before. I feel the management should reinforce consistent appearance and professionalism to match the Foxtail brand especially in North Naples. read more

This place was recommended to me by fellow yelpers and it happens to be right around the corner from my doctor, so I decided to give it a go! On their website they say they roast beans from all over the world with their own equipment but I do know they are a chain! I do like that they use organic beans! They opened their first location in 2016 and it seems like this location is fairly new. We told the baristas it was our first time and we didn't get the story per se but they did make recommendations on the menu and we took their advice. They even gave me a sample of the Vanilla Caramel cold brew before I opted into that. I loved the atmosphere, it's so rustic with pops of color and a really cute coffee bar! There's plenty of space and if it was closer to me, it'd be a great place to work. I love that they share a space with Jason's deli but it's separated by walls to make it a bit more private. They are located in the same building as Jason's Deli. I just came in to order a cup of coffee. I could not see that they had choices. But when I asked they have regular or dark roast. I chose the dark roast it was very smooth and served HOT. They left me room for my cream, and I went over to the cream section which had half and half and whole milk. I did not see any nondairy creamer but then I didn't look for one either. Not having a Starbucks as close as Foxtail I can see stopping by and getting a cup occasionally. read more

Such an amazing coffee shop! It was so needed in the area. Wonderful drinks and coffee!

It's not easy getting a great cup of coffee outside of the Pacific Northwest, and I'm not trying to be a coffee snob when I say this. Well-crafted drinks made by talented baristas using lighter roasted beans has been a thing now for about 25 years. They should be available everywhere across the country. While Foxtail showed promising signs of a tasty beverage with their PNW design and vibe, this shop failed to deliver, in my opinion. A cappuccino should NOT have a head of foam outside of Starbucks or Dunkin. It should instead be made with a smooth, creamy dose of milk that is balanced with the espresso and showcases the beans. This was not the case as you can see from my pic. I will probably go back to try the drip coffee, however. And, it's possible that my barista simply wasn't trained on how to make a great drink. Had some really great espresso before, but this unfortunately was not it. The roast is far too dark, even for an espresso/cappuccino/flat white, etc.. I don't know if roasters to these cafes lately are trying to emulate the taste of Starbucks by roasting far too dark. ~$6 for a cup to taste like asphalt and burnt flour. And I know that's not how they are supposed to taste, even if there is a generous amount of milk or water added the drink. Also, it was very hot inside, I don't know if they keep it that way on purpose to reduce electricity costs or to prevent customers from staying too long, but it wasn't a relaxing environment. Employees were friendly and excellent though, so this place gets 2 stars for that reason. read more

My family and I recently came here one rainy Saturday morning. The coffee shop is located in the side of Jason's Deli. The coffee was good and the pastries were good. The place is very nicely decorated and has quite a lot of seating. It was nice to see it with people constantly coming in and out without it being overcrowded. read more

Also Ordered from menu a specialty tea , Blue Lagoon, instead made a black tea brewed in tap water. Foxtail , If ya want to be a coffee place, fine. Very nice decor and atmosphere. The two staff members did not know the difference between the coffee selections & had to look them up as well as how to make the brews so training is required. There should be a listing of the coffees and descriptions, either on a board or on the counter. The midnight oil is the dark roast, and it was very mild. Foxtail coffee is truly one of the best coffee shops I have ever stepped foot into. Not only is the coffee to DIE for, but the atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Not to mention the staff is SO incredibly nice! The last few times I have gone there, I was served by Makayla and she always makes every time I come to foxtail worth it! Her welcoming spirit and sweet smile is something you truly cannot buy. 10/10 barista and solid 5 star coffee shop! Would definitely HIGHLY recommend trying if you haven't already. read more
