Our first stop on our first visit to the area. The friendly service from Melissa and the great breakfast of the CornBeef Eggs Benedict, Cheesy Grits and The Meat Lovers Skillet were a great start to the day! Quaint little spot just passed the bridge is definitely worth checking out with its charming decor.

Come support this small restaurant! 5 star! Best service! Amazing food! My brother and sister in law come here regularly and brought my boyfriend and I for breakfast on a Sunday morning. This restaurant seemed to be booming when arriving which is very telling. Obviously the locals and visitors love it. The restaurant was decorated cute and was clean. We were seated right away. There is a coffee bar in the back with many types of coffees brewing. This allows you to try many flavors and can even purchase the bags of flavored coffee. I got a banana bread coffee that was out of this world good. I ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait for breakfast. It was huge! Packed full of yummy fresh fruit and flavorful granola. Everyone else loved their breakfast orders. The service was fast and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. We had such a great experience and now I know why my family comes here so often. Thanks Perfect Cup for a great meal!

UPDATE: 3-12-26 As always, great food, terrific service staff, nice neighborhood ambiance. My wife and I love coming here for breakfast and lunch. They have a few new lunch items that are delicious. Their coffee is roasted and ground on site. It's fantastic and fresh, with several daily blends to choose from. But the BIG news is, this owner decided to finally stop charging a credit card fee!! Yippee!! Now they get five stars. Nothing is holding them back. This is one of the smart business owners in the area. She tried something, she felt it wasn't working and changed it. No credit card fees!! Thank you!

    It was Eggs Benedict

Great service FOOD, and Ambiance. All good. We split The eggs Benedict and the slice of ham was 1 in thick, with perfect breakfast potatoes ( real potato's skillet fried from scratch). Locally owned bussiness and it shows. If you are extra hungry the crabby daddy is a good choice, but everything on the menu is good. Amazing grits too. One of those places feels like your having breakfast at an old friends house kinda places. One of our favorites, for the past 5 years.

    Lox on everything bagel

Cute environment, cozy seating. I ordered the lox on a bagel and my friend a veggie omelette with hash browns. Self serve coffee bar, which I wasn't a fan of, I like to have my coffee brought to me with my breakfast. Lol. The food was fresh & good as was the service provided by our incredibly nicer server. Need to return and try the shrimp & grits.

We love coming to the Perfect Cup for lunch or breakfast. Today Judy had a scramble and I had a Ruben Sandwich with potato salad and chips side. The Ruben was excellent. Always fast service with a smile. Rae was there when I needed her: water refill, extra napkins the check. Good

Love love this place, my fav place for breakfast, never had lunch here because I can't get past their breakfasts. My go to is the veggie omelette with the home potatoes & grits! The flavored coffee of the day is always delish also!

Been wanting to try this place out for a while & I'm glad it did not disappoint. The biscuits, scrambled eggs & coffee were great. Staff were super sweet & super cute decorations. Definitely becoming a regular!

Excellent food and service. Very clean "Shipshape and Bristol fashion"... Fun menu for Breakfast and Brunch. I had the Crabby Big Daddy omelette with crab, asparagus, provolone with a side of hollandaise ... made with 4 eggs. Delicious. Husband had the 2+2+2...2eggs, 2 LARGE pancakes...(wonderful) and 2 thick bacon slices... Ambience... decor is fun and eclectic... perfect for The Perfect Cup. Coffee bar for their bottomless coffee. Iced, hot and frozen coffee drinks as well. My Hot Chai Latte was flavorful and satisfying. They also have sandwiches, salads and soups.

    Salmon lox & seafood chowder

The real mf deal. I'm from NH and here on vacation and I ordered the salmon lox. Same price as back home but 4x the salmon. High quality ingredients and tasted so good. Had cup of chowder too which was phenomenal. Great spot. No complaints

An absolute must go to when in Matalacha Florida. An unassuming quaint little place with the best coffee and breakfast I have ever had in my life. First of they have a coffee bar where you serve yourself with whatever blend of coffee you like and there are several to choose from. The breakfast menu is quite large for such a a small place. I had the Eggs Benedict with bacon. The eggs were perfectly poached. The hollandaise sauce was divine. Served with amazing grits with a sprinkle of freshly grated cheese. My brother had a cheese omelet that was light, fluffy and huge. A must go to! Then stop next door and grab a tee shirt from the delightful gentleman!

    Veggie omelette with sliced tomatoes

We heard this was a great place to eat. Colorful restaurant and ambiance. Service was wonderful either way quick service and suggestions for breakfast. Had a huge veggie omelette with tomato slices. It was much too big but very tasty. Followed it with a Vanilla latte. Would recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

After waiting 39 minutes, the food finally came out, and it was wrong across the board. The sandwiches were served on croissants, and we were told you didn't have American cheese. My wife pointed out the mistake, and her plate was taken back. I kept mine because of how long we had already waited. When her replacement sandwich came out, it was on a plain bagel. When she reminded the server she ordered an everything bagel, she was told she could "put everything bagel seasoning on it herself." At that point, we decided to leave. The server told my wife the biscuits and gravy were removed from the bill -- which was the only thing handled correctly during the entire visit. We left frustrated, hungry, and disappointed.
