I was contemplating putting our daughter here after we had a family emergency and could no longer have her at home full time. Never heard back from anyone after many calls and emails trying to get ahold of someone. We ended up going somewhere else and it worked out the best we could've asked for so in a way happy we never got a call back, Leah Kidger was the one we had did the tour with-- Also the place seems chaotic paperwork all over the tables when you walk in, no real organization. Not only that but you can hear the teachers yelling at the kids during naptime which was really off putting. Let me start off by saying that we used to be a very HAPPY family to come to KinderCare when Ebony & Jenn were in the office as managers. I felt very safe to drop off my child and comfortable talking to management and teachers. Teachers were welcoming, having great communication with families, diversity at the center, always send me daily updates and resolved any concerns that I had. It truly felt like a mini family, unfortunately that is not the case any longer. Since the new management came and Maggie took over as a new director there was definitely a lot of changes and shifting in the way that they run the center and welcoming families. I felt very uncomfortable sending my child to school, many issues with staff, my child was constantly getting hurt and moved between classrooms. When I was asking teachers what happened they wouldn't give me a proper response. When I brought up my issues to management they didn't do anything about the concern that I was having and they said I was being "aggressive" which I wasn't, I was just expressing my concern and how I feel about my child coming to the center. Furthermore, I feel like the facility is unsanitary, children are constantly getting sick and the classrooms are not being properly cleaned and sanitized. I do know that children gets sick easily but recently things hadn't been sanitized as they were before. I am just very upset and unhappy with how things been recently. I did pull my child out of the program because how unhappy we had been and now he is going to a better school and getting the support and love that has been missing at Foxworthy. I do hope that the company will reconsider the management at Foxworthy KinderCare or provide management more trainings, better support, and create more welcoming and warming environment. My kids attended this preschool for a few weeks before I removed them. On our initial tour, we loved the place and everyone was friendly but that wasn't the experience once they started. My 4 year old class teachers were nice but that wasn't the case for my 2 year olds class. In all the mornings at drop off they never spoke to her at all, didn't even say hello, and barely said anything to me. Every day. When we would walk into the room, it just all went quiet and awkward. Bad vibes. I requested my youngest to change rooms and Ms Ebony was very nice about it but in the end I just changed schools. Tuition is strange as well. It has to be paid weekly which is a hassle. We've been at Foxworthy for 2+ years, infants through pre-K, and are very happy with the team and facilities. Special shout out to Jenny in DPS, Angelica in DPS and Jennifer in pre-K. The teachers care, work hard, and take good care of the kids. Our kids like going to school and feel loved and cared for. Curriculum is a good balance of activities/learning and play. We've been very happy with the new administration - better communication, more oversight of the facilities, fixing issues, etc. Surprised to read recent one star reviews as change in administration was a positive experience for us. I swear every month a teacher is gone and the lack of teachers is not helping my child's case as it seems there's not enough teachers to watch all the kids. An excellent facility, with great staff that truly care for the kids that they take care of and teach. The staff are not only great at childcare, but also communication (with both kids and their parents), and enrichment/play. The facility is well-designed, with individual geodesic domes for each classroom (age group). Out of all the daycare options that we sought out, this Kindercare location suited us best. This is the worst place to bring your children. I was warned beforehand, but I wanted to experience it for myself, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. To begin, my daughter hated walking in the classroom. She would scream each morning. Secondly, the center was always understaffed, and teachers would get pulled from other classes to cover, or sometimes the classroom would be out of ratio (I witnessed it). Teachers were not trained, uncertified, and overwhelmed; some were very vocal to say they hated being at work. If you go to the states website they have so many citations that it's crazy they are still running; but because most of the revenue for this center is subsidy, they are kept open. I had a pleasant relationship with the office staff, but I can say there were lazy. A lot of the times when I had a question regarding rules or regulations, I would get bounced around staff because they didn't know how to answer my question. Upper management for this center is the same, I emailed them several times, and they never responded. I eventually pulled my daughter from this center because of the health and safety concerns that were being brought forth by the state. Again, I witnessed on several occasions, staff taking a walk around the building while one staff was outside with two classrooms, the class my daughter was always unorganized, filthy, food everywhere, cots thrown in every direction, blankets ans sheets piled up on a cart, water bottles on the floor, children hitting other children and not being corrected, ugh! There is so much chaos. It was just a matter of time for the lack of supervision caught up, and that's when a child bit my daughter. Do not enroll your child here unless you absolutely have to because you absolutely have no choice. read more

My daughter is 4.5 and she's been there since 3 years old. I love this school! She absolutely loves her teachers and classmates. They have an app now that the teachers post their daily activities, food they eat and pictures of activities they are doing all day long. It's really fun and heartwarming to see. We just started here. Its the first time my son is going to a daycare. Last two years he's been at home with us, care givers and family. It's certainly unprecedented times with Covid restrictions. And I thought he wouldn't be able to cope without me going with him inside for the first week. And I was very doubtful if they would be able to handle him and help us feel at ease. BUT we could not be more impressed and happier!! With literally everything. From the moment they called me to say they're open and have availability, to my son's first day of school and all the great updates I receive. Let me start with their great Covid precautions. It's truly difficult times for everyone and they're taking it seriously. Classrooms are cleaned regularly. Teachers and students are screened daily and parents are not allowed inside. I know how hard and strange that sounds (trust me I never had let my son out of my sight). But they're more than happy to have as many zoom calls as you like with directors and teachers. Ms Ebony, Ms Jen and our teacher Ms Martha always are there available and with a big smile under those masks. They send hourly updates, pictures and videos. They answered ALL my concerns. And most importantly I see that my son is actually excited to go to "school." Next I like to point out the diversity in the class. I am very happy to see that. Diversity is one of our big priorities and we are more than glad to see it at this center. Lastly the app makes all the difference. I'm glued to it at times (I can't help it ) and they are on top of it. Simply a pic, video or a few lines of how he's doing makes a difference. Overall we are very happy so far. Wish it was back to normal times so I could have become more involved, but considering everything that's going on, this place is doing everything right. My granddaughter has been at this KinderCare location since she was a toddler; now entering pre-K. This has been a fantastic place for her. The facility is large, bright, clean, and well supplied. Her teachers have been devoted, caring, and engaged. I love the KinderCare app, and seeing pictures of my granddaughter engaged in solo activities, group activities, physical play outside. She seems to really enjoy herself, goes off to "school" happily each morning, looks forward to bringing something to share with the other kids on Fridays (share day). Her development really took off once she started coming here. Kudos to the team--theirs is not an easy job. Finally reviewing this center after being here for over a year now: we are really happy here! Our son started in the Infants room and is now in one of the Toddler rooms, and our experience has only improved the longer he's been here. We truly appreciate the detailed communication and approachable administration--we get detailed daily updates and pictures via an app, and we are always welcome to call or stop by the center to speak to admin or directly to the teachers. They provide daily breakfast, lunch, and a snack. As a former teacher, I appreciate the monthly units and regular conferences. While we missed out on a lot because of COVID, I have always appreciated my candid conversations with staff and their very obvious care and concern for the health and safety of my son. The enrollment process was simple enough. It was Winter Break and I needed care for a 10, 8 and 6 yr old. This place offer care for the regular school break periods so I thought that was so awesome. I need this type of care and would definitely use this service again. I double checked the dates, turned in all the paperwork, everything looks good. They assure me the dates are set for the 3 kids. I even spoke to the director Daniella directly so I felt good about it. I registered about 1 1/2 months early because of work I need to have this all planned out. Then I mention a Groupon special that was running and wanted to use it. The director didn't seem to be too happy and mention well I have to check if it works at this location. I checked the Groupon notes and this location was included. Winter Break is almost near and I checked back on the dates and when to drop off the kids. I spoke to the receptionist and they have no records of any of this. I informed them I spoke to the director, Daniella there. Then I had to leave many messages for her before she even called me back. She stated the corporation had a few changed of schedule and they will not be available until the following week! The weeks she mention were the weeks that I didn't need child care. No one called me and informed me on any of this! I register early so I didn't have to deal with struggling trying to find child care. It was hard trying to find some other place with such short notice! They don't care for the kids here. Seems like once the Groupon was mention, the director Daniella didn't like that. She doesn't call people back! Nice upfront but it seems all about the money! She missed out because this would of been a continue service for me! Bad service and the communication is horrible. I would be afraid of leaving kids at this facility if they are not able to communicate with you what is going on! It hard for me to see Kindercare the same again! This place, this place, this place... Where do I begin. First of all, this facility is EXTREMELY unsanitary; and I almost feel as if that is too nice of a way to put it. I know you're probably thinking, 'why didn't we take heed to the previous reviews?' and really, we needed something right away due to some family changes that had taken place. But I was aware of the reviews and thought we'd see for ourselves and give it a try. This was a huge mistake, and yes, I feel like somewhat of a horrible parent for allowing it to go on for the several months that we did. That being said, the sanitary maintenance of this place is literally non-existent. We decided to remove our child from this daycare after our child contracted hand-foot-and mouth disease. This was the straw that broke camel's back. This was the final straw of of many things that had occurred at this daycare with our child. Our child constantly had bruises on face and head each week to the point where I started documenting them and inquiring about them each week. Our child also contracted a horrible case of croup at this facility, and there were constantly scabies, head lice, and hand-foot-and mouth outbreaks every week. In fact, there was never a week that went my that there wasn't an exposure notice posted for varying communicable illnesses/viruses the entire time that our child attending Foxworthy Kinder Care. Only some parents were made to wear foot coverings for the infant section, and the toddler section was always extremely fowl smelling and dirty, and just closed in and disgusting feeling (this place has very small closed-in little buildings). I began to drop in unannounced at different times of the day because I became highly suspicious of the goings on at this place. There were times where I came in and the children were eating directly off of the table where they play and do arts and crafts, and one of the children had thrown up on the table where he was sitting and the other children were just sitting there and eating directly off of the same surface. I hate to relate such horrible details because for the most part, the staff were always courteous and nice. But when our child came down with hand-foot-and-mouth, and we were informed that there hadn't been a janitor there for over 8 months, we decided that Foxworthy Kinder care was NOT the place for our child. There needs to be a serious overhaul carried out at this facility and management needs to ensure that these issues are addressed and eradicated, otherwise they will continue to lose families due to these occurrences. Honestly, I have raised 2 other children; all of them in daycare for their entire childhood, and never once have the other 2 even had 1 of the illnesses that our child suffered since attending Foxworthy Kindercare. I sincerely hope that these reviews are considered by staff and management, and changes are made. read more

My husband and I highly recommend this amazing school ! My 3 year old preschooler is completely happy with his teacher and friends. We felt that the school philosophy understood and respect the differences between little kids , as some are completely mature socially and others are more racional, as they already knows to read or love doing puzzles as others love to talk about their experiences . My little one is still being potty trained as he had a very hard time at the older school and got very resistente to learn this new skill . The teachers, staff and principal are very kind, accessible , attentive and great professionals , as they know each one of the little kiddos and their needs and progress, it's easier to trust our little ones to them! We're going through a lot of moving process and chances in our lives, and only KinderCare gave us the opportunity to feel safe about the wellbeing of our little Felipe. Honestly, I've been very disappointed with my experience. I've read other places that the problem with this center is their management and I can not agree more. My child is big, at almost 11 months he is nearly 25 pounds and more than 2.5 feet tall. He has been having problems napping there for weeks. Finally the care giver in the infant room told my husband that they put my child in an infant swing to try and get him to take a nap. When I first hired them, I was assured that he was too big to be put in the swings. I agreed. He weighs 2 pounds more now. It was not safe for him to be in a swing. When I asked management why he was put in a swing the answer was, "you said you wanted him to have 2 naps." That's not the right answer as to why your care giver put my child in harms way. The caregivers in the infant room are nice enough, but they make choices that are not necessarily in the best interest of the child. For the first 3 weeks my son was there, he had a runny nose. Instead of using a tissue to wipe it, they used center provided wipes, which gave him a horrible rash on his face. He is allergic to the wipes. I asked why they didn't use the tissues, the answer received was that the tissues aren't soft. I'd rather use not soft tissues than give my son an allergic rash on his face. All in all, the management cares more about the bottom line than they do about the infants in their program. I'd try to find someplace else before I'd put another child here again. read more

I finally decided to review this place. I had a child attend this center in the past. It wasn't what I expected it to be and not very good supervisors either. It wouldn't surprise me if its the same supervisors now...I know from experience after my child attending this program that they are very discriminating against special needs kids and won't support them being apart of their program. I ended up switching my child to a better preschool with a support system in place to help my child do their best and be excepted!! I truly believe that if you can't except every child and help them be successful in your program then what is the purpose for your preschoolers getting ready for Kindergarten? Everyone is different and deserves to be treated fairly and excepted. I do not recommend sending your child to this preschool if they are having any challenges, need extra support, or have any developmental delays because your child will most likely get kicked out. read more

My daughter has been going to this center for a year and loves it. She's 2 now and all her teachers have been wonderful. The teachers genuinely care for their students and it shows. It's very warm and welcoming and I know my child is safe. Their communication has tremendously increased with new management who are amazing at what they do. The new KinderCare App is great and let's me know what my child is doing daily. It ensures me that she's learning things daily, what she eats, how long she sleeps and photos sent to me on how much fun she's having. Enrolled my daughter at Kindercare because they seemed to offer a good mix of free play along with Math/Reading/Spanish classes we could add on. My daughter didn't learn a lot from them- she learned more Reading/Math in her first two weeks of kindergarten than she did in over a year in the Kindercare classes. Additionally, there didn't seem to be good classroom management in the classes- the kids seemed pretty rowdy and noisy. Finally, their billing system was annoying- they couldn't bill monthly like every other place- but rather wanted to bill weekly- it's easier just to write a check at the beginning of the month and be done with it instead of trying to remember whether it's been 4 or 5 weeks since I've paid. read more

I love it here. When I first put my daughter in daycare I was very cautious. I heard about KinderCare through my sister in law. My nieces had been going here for awhile. My daughter started at seven months and is now two years old. Being in the infant room the teachers were very understanding to any special request I had for the day if I had any. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I really needed to for foxworthy kindercare! Having to leave your child in the care of others is incredible hard for parents, and the staff at kindercare are extremely caring and supportive through the process. I toured their facility, and Sara, the director, was incredibly kind. She went with me to the infant room and allowed me to watch my son interact with all the kids. She let me know how their center works, and she never rushed me. We stayed in the infant room for nearly an hour, and she never once made me feel rushed like many of the other centers I visited did. All the kids seemed very happy and the staff was very attentive to all the kids. I was there during lunch time and all the kids were well supervised while eating. The other kids were playing and were being watched by the other caregiver. She was on the ground reading books to them! The center was very accommodating as well. My son always sleeps with the fisher price fish tank, and I had asked if they would allow me to bring it to connect to the crib, and Sara said that was no problem. They seemed to try to accommodate each child and parent which is really nice! They try to make it like home! When I was getting ready to leave and finishing up with the paperwork, Sara had asked if I would like to set up a trial day. She mentioned that I could stay the whole time or leave; it was completely my decision. As a first time mom, I didn't know daycares sometimes allow trials. It is such a nice feeling when they want to make the adjustment easy for both the baby and parents! I started to cry from the emotions of having to leave my son and the generosity of this center, and Sara was extremely sweet listening to me. She even got a little emotional herself which shows she cares. My husband and I were so happy to find a daycare that I loved and felt extremely comfortable leaving my son with while we work. While our situation changed (a friend of my husband offered to watch our son), and we no longer will need kindercare to watch him, I would still highly recommend this daycare! If my husband's friend is unable to continue watching our son later on, we will definitely be taking him to kindercare! The staff and environment of kindercare were superb! Even the director's assistant, I believe her name was Angelica, was extremely sweet when I called to update her on our situation. Even though, we were no longer in need of their services, she was so pleasant to speak with and I felt even more respect for the company and their staff. Kindercare is a good value but its not perfect...no daycare is! Breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks are included. They are cooked on the premises too. They have a monthly theme and curriculum. You should definetly ask for the syllabus from the director. We keep ours on the fridge and reinforce things at home. For example, May's theme was INSECTS. So we made sure to show our child the bugs in our backyard which got her so excited! They have staff development days which other daycares do not offer their caregivers. This review is of the Toddlers Program--2011 In that one year my child learned: To use utensils Drink from a cup Count to 10 in English and Spanish (my request) Sing her ABCs Sing at least 10 nursery rhymes (but we also sang at home and watched YouTube videos) Know the parts of the body To use sign language (at least 15 words) To do art projects, hold a pencil Identify shapes Correctly Identify colors Point to some letters and numbers and identify correctly I also liked that they offered semi annual parent teacher conferences. Student to teacher ratio is small 4:1 My child's teacher was Miss Dorothy, Miss Nora (she has left), Miss Estella If your child is dropped off before 8:30am, they will be in the infant room. Miss Espi taught my child to count to 10 in Spanish, at my request. Unfortunately, Miss Espi has also left. But Miss Blanca is a great lead teacher in the infant room. The things that bug me: My child got sick within 2 weeks! And had about 6 colds when she was in this group. At first I thought they weren't cleaning things. But these were my observations: 1-teachers do clean 2-toddlers like to sneeze and cough on each other 3-toddlers like to stick things in their mouths and then share that toy immediately with other children! 4-teachers hug and hold the children who sneeze and cough on them, then teacher goes and picks up another child and the germs spread Expect an adjustment period, when my daughter started in the 2s group she caught a cold. The 2s group: my child has been in this group for 3 months. The lead teacher is Miss Krissy, she is awesome. My daughter loves cuddling with her in the morning. The classroom is large. It's 8:1 ratio. Its really loud. In 3 months, she's had 5 incident reports, classroom sometimes seems a bit chaotic in the afternoon and not as structured as the Toddlers. But I've been told its the Terrible Twos. I don't know if that is the whole story -so we will keep our options open. read more

I am truly sad that this will be my son's last year at Kindercare. He is off to elementary school in the fall, and I literally have anxiety over it. The entire staff have been simply amazing, and I wanted to write this review to ease any parents concerns who are actively searching for a school. I did a lot of research before coming to Kindercare. I even had my son enrolled at a different school, but at the last minute I changed my mind and came to Kindercare. I am so happy I made that decision !! The school is a gated and secure center. You have to enter a code at each gate and door. Amazing. The lil kiddos are safely tucked inside. Windows are wall to wall, and I always see Sara and Angelica, the center directors, checking in on all the classes. You can truly see the care they have for these children. My son has loved all of his teachers, and always tells me how much he likes Miss Chrissy, Miss Diana, and Miss Nicki. Alllll of the teachers are simply amazing and, I feel secure when I'm at work because I know he is in safe and loving hands. The approach they have with the kids is very patient and truly kind. My son is a handful and I'm always so impressed with how they handle him. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are healthy and cooked in their kitchen on site. A weekly menu is always posted, and you can view everything your child is eating. My son is so picky at home, but everyday I check his daily log , an am always so pleased to see he ate everything. I don't know how they do it. LOL !! If you are working with an agency where your payments would be subsidized they still work with you. And the rates are so affordable ! I have gone through a few daycares and nannies at this point and finally found myself at Kindercare. It's absolutely the best Iv'e found. Here are my pros and cons: pros: - The teachers are all very caring and happy. They clearly develop deep relationships with the kids. - They have a great mix of curriculum and free play. I get art and pictures regularly. They kids do costume play, have picture day, do halloween events. It's a community. - Breakfast, Lunch and 2 snacks are included and cooked onsite. - They are detailed and professional (That might seem silly but Ive' had other facilities that have missed schedules appointments and phone calls) - I love their discipline techniques (which is important when you have twins) - They will help us with the stuff we are working on at home. They partner with parents well. - For a large daycare provider they seem to have really low turnover. My guys have had the same teachers the whole time. Cons: - They serve a lot of carbs and not enough veggies and fruit - Parking and drop off can be annoying, specially walking to the door with two toddlers through several gates then going to a totally separate room to sign them in My guys have totally blossomed there and I really feel like this facility is my parenting partner. read more

Our son contracted a nasty case of hand foot mouth his first week there. There was no communication on it and they were doing tours even though they were fully aware of the outbreak. Not once was it mentioned so we could at least be prepared for it. But we were blamed for not reading the "flyers posted". First time mom and first time taking my son to daycare, first week in. I think a verbal warning was warranted. Paid for 1 week of child care for him to get sick for 2 weeks and us to get sick as well bc me and my husband also got it. Horrible, horrible experience. Action Day -Allen in the same area is so much better. Son never once got a major cold or flu or any other ailment. He also looked much happier and cleaner coming home. read more

This daycare is great! The teachers are very friendly and trustworthy. Our son has been coming here since 6 months and have always been in great hands! He initially got sick a lot from 6 months to one year from all the other kids. After turning one year, he finally built his immune and rarely gets sick now. He is now just a little over 2 years. He has learned quite a bit since he first started. He started learning a few sign language before he started speaking and he is now trying to potty train. He has a nice routine there with eating meals independently, social/play time, nap, and quiet time. They have an app which shows daily what he eats, when his diaper gets changed, and photos. They change their diaper every 2 hours or so. Sometimes, they might not catch his bowel movement right away, so his butt can get a little red. When this happens, they take more caution so his butt can get back to normal. Overall, we are very happy, trust this daycare, and will be taking our second baby here when she turns 6 months. read more

My husband and I enrolled our 10-month old son in the infant program and after a few days, noticed a significant difference in his demeanor. The first week he was terribly sick with a very high fever. Obviously, we expected this to happen upon entering daycare for the first time. Coincidentally, has he remained sick for weeks with a viral infection. To be 100% honest, the infant m/toddler room could use a scrub down! Especially the floors where the babies are crawling. Despite the fact that we have two older boys ages seven and six, our house is clean and we teach our children proper hygiene. Both older boys have came home sick and our 10-month old has never ever been as sick as he has been at this Kindercare. Moreover, our son has always been very happy, playful and mellow. After the three weeks at this facility, we noticed how increasingly fussy and irritable he had became. He will breakdown and cry if I simply turn my head away from him, which he never had done before and he tightly clings onto my clothing every time I pick him up. This is NOT normal. My son has always been especially happy and excited around meal time. Now he cries, gets very fussy and throws tantrums. I noticed often when I drop him off and there are other infants eating, they are usually crying and fussy. I think my son has modeled that behavior. I'm not sure but something isn't adding up. BIG RED FLAG!! When I drop him off or pick him up I always get a perfect report from the teacher. "Oh he was great!" "Everything was fine. He just played with the phone." I get a very ambivalent feeling when dropping him off everyday, and it's not a normal feeling. It's as if I fear for his safety. I understand day care isn't an ideal one-on-one situation all the time, but this particular infant classroom in never full, so there's no excuse for the neglect. Most recently, I received a call from the staff that my son was not taking his nap and to pick him up. I couldn't hear the person clearly. So I headed over to pick him up and notified my husband. I get there and gather my son and his belongings and just as I'm taking my shoe covers off and about to walk out the door, the "teacher" (I use that title loosely), walks up and says, "Oh yeah, this happened today, but he's okay." She hands me an incident report. The report stated that another child had bitten my son because "my son crawled into their space." I asked for a detailed description of the incident. The teachers explanation seemed very watered down and her attitude somewhat nonchalant. I was floored at the level of non-professionalism of this facility. Where were the teachers when this happened? Why isn't the other child separated from the others so they can't bite again?! Why isn't there a conference between both children's parents and the director? After speaking with administration, I feel like this type of thing happens often and they really don't care to address it effectively and proactively. My daughter loved going it would be so easy dropping her off but i fine my self re thinking this day care for my daughter she is about to be two in february and so lately about almost 2 months she screams for a long time n clings to us which i find abnormal. A little scary because she is so friendly so def raised a red flag.. And there is this one teacher who rubs me the wrong way from day 1 she is to rough with the kids so i did advise the director of this situation twice so hopefully 3rd time will not happen!!! .. So I took my daughter out to the jungle and I notice she did not want to play with any kids which is not like her I did notice when a kid came up to her she quicky screamed n ran which scared n worried me due to she has never been this way at all super friendly loving out going little one RED FLAG RED FLAG I do know she had an accident at school were someone bite her and after that I started noticing how she changed completely I did bring to the director as well as teachers but they seem to be giving me different info as well as the dad .. i just hope they are working professional with our children as they claim to be.. Because I truely like some of the staff and how they encourage the kids to learn n etc.. But alot of red flags have been over coming for some time now so much mix emotions with kinder care I truely wish I didnt feel that way at all.. But like any other mother there kids are everything to them and with so much going on in day cares its a bit over whelming when your child does a 160 its hurtful to me that i find my self calling 3 to 4 times a day just to check on her hopefully I am getting the correct info n not just what I want to hear.. Dont get me wrong i understand how toddlers are so I am not blind to that but just like every parent you see something different in Your child and you wish you knew especially when they run up to you talking about the teacher bad which can mean the teacher told you no or SEVERAL OTHER THINGS AS WELL.! i just wish i didnt feel this way always worried when I wasnt like that in the begining her dad on other hand told me no and I went with my gut feeling and said yes and she loved it now she seems like she hates it :((((((( breaks my heart so I find my self very confuse because she is find with other sitters dropping her off when she is to sick to go to day care with no promblem so why here is IT TODDLERS JUST BEING TODDLERS AS WELL AS MINE. OR IS IT THE STAFF WELL SOME OF THEM HOPEFULLY NOT ALL OF THEM!!!! But just like an other day care I am sure there will always be those concerns. We moved to the area a few months ago and were hard pressed to find a suitable daycare. After touring a number of places we decided on KinderCare. I am so glad we made the decision we did. The teachers are all extremely caring and kind with my daughter (3.5 years old) and always take time to talk to me about her developments. The curriculum has her learning so many wonderful things but in a fun and playful manner. She's constantly bringing home art projects and always has a smile on her face. Knowing that my daughter is happy and feels safe at the center is the biggest concern of mine and she's never once gave me question the staff at Foxworthy. I love the constantly changing themes and how they incorporate a variety of lessons into each theme. My daughter is constantly asking questions to further her understanding of what she learned at school- a parents dream! We are expecting our second child in February and have already signed him up for care at Foxworthy because I know they'll provide my infant with the same love and care they provide my daughter. I read some of the old reviewed and I was quite surprised at what I read. I'm assuming the management has changed because we haven't experienced the negative things mentioned by others. read more

My child loves KinderCare and we do too! We were having difficulties potty training her and she was fully trained in a couple of months! She is also speaking much better and is singing full songs. She is also eating much better. Everyone is very nice and we have no problems at all. read more

My son is there for almost 9 months now and I can see his smile everyday when I leave him there in the morning and when I pick him up at evenings. His teachers are adorable, each one of them, and I can see he likes them and also they really like my son. The food is also good and helps me a lot that I dont have to cook everyday. Let me just start by saying I am so happy my daughter attends this school! Not too long ago my toddler's school had to close down and I was so upset because I was unsure if I would feel comfortable sending her to a new school. Then I found this place! My little girl started pre school here and we absolutely love everything about it. So my daughter was a picky eater and never would like to try new foods once she started this school, total change in her eating habits for the good she is excited about trying new foods, even though she may not like some of the vegetables still, she still is excited. What else I can I say ? She is eager to learn loves to write tells us about her day and how much she loves her teachers. Whenever we would have any concerns about something, right away, it would be taken care of. My daughter is gaining so much from this school. Thanks Kinder Care for everything:) read more

I think this school is amazing. My daughter has been going here for the past 5 months and she and I both love it there! The teachers are so friendly and professional! I've had many worries being a first time mom, but they keep track of everything and are so loving and caring to my daughter! She doesn't even want to go home at the end of the day, and that makes me feel so relaxed about this school. I'd recommend anyone to this daycare! I just read a review with zero stars about a teacher Yvonne, I know this teacher is no longer working at the school. I know the director does take care of all my concerns and she must have taken care of that problem as well. If I could give this place zero stars I would, but unfortunately I can't. As a parent, this is not a place I would recommend. Just from observations, the teachers aren't treated the best they could be. I've over heard how the managers have talked to some of the teachers and it's incredibly rude. It's not a professional place at all. It's dirty, unorganized, too many kids in a classroom, I consistently hear teachers say they're out of ratio, I never knew where to pick up my child. It is too inconsistent. The director does a really good job of making this place seem like it's heaven sent when it's the total opposite. I feel bad for the teachers, and the kids. The teachers seem like they get no support from their management. The kids need consistency and they are not given it at all. Kids are always being shuffled around from room to room.
