Our family has been with Action Day since our first child began in 2018, so we've enjoyed many years of quality programs and experiences for the children and their families. As we conclude our final week at Action Day Lincoln, I wanted to take a moment to formally express my appreciation for two amazing programs that they hosted. The first was the Multicultural Celebration on 2/19/26. I was pleased to see it organized, but I didn't think I would have time to attend. When I arrived that evening for pick up, our child was excited about trying to visit some of the wonderful stations. We only stayed for a short time, but the experience of my child getting a Passport to get stamped at the different country stations and try food and learn about each country was so positive and uplifting. I was so honored to be a part of the Action Day community beautifully representing the diversity and value that each family brings into it. The second was the Innovation Night on 3/19/26. After the experience of the Multicultural Celebration, I made an effort to ensure we had time to explore and enjoy the experience. We spent more time during this event and it was both fun and informative for the children. I could say more about why these events were so impactful, but I'll simply express that the demonstration of inclusion and innovation were so well organized that I can honestly say that they were the two best events I've attended in the almost 10 years we've been with Action Day. Action Day Lincoln has taken such good care of our boy! Our son has severe food allergies and eczema that requires a lot of care and attention. He was in Action Day's infant program from the time he was 5 months until he was 1, then we took a short break and now he's back as a 1.5 years old. I'm writing this review because I had a hard time finding information about how daycares handle food allergies when I was looking through reviews myself. Jamie has done so much to help us feel confident sending our son (who is severely allergic to milk and eggs) to daycare. She worked out plans to keep him safe during meal time when other toddlers are eating his allergens, and ensured staff were all trained in how to handle allergic reactions. She even visited the local fire department to inform them about the severity of his allergies and ensure they were prepared to find their way around the campus should they ever need to. Additionally, our son has a great time every day and all of his teachers have been attentive, warm, professional, and easy to communicate with! Shout out to his current teacher, Miss Maria, who takes extra care to apply lotion to him all day long and does frequent diaper changes to keep his eczema at bay. read more

We have been going to Action Day for over a year, starting when my kid was 5 months old. Our daughter is now in the walkers room, and is obsessed with Ms. Allison. My son was about 3.5 years old when he started at action day, it was a rocky start but got better within couple weeks and he was loving it. We feel so lucky to have Ms. Rana as our child's teacher. What I love most is that she's kind but doesn't let things slide; she teaches respect, responsibility, and good habits in such a positive way. Our child has grown so much under her guidance -- not just academically, but also in confidence and maturity. After over three and a half years at Action Day Lincoln, my oldest has moved onto elementary school. We have had so many amazing teachers over the past few years. Starting with Miss Sophia on the infant side, who was so incredibly caring and guided us through the odd stage of starting day care during covid. To Miss Rose and Miss Gloria on the toddler side who were both amazing. They took excellent care of our son and were in constant communication with us on how he was doing. The one who stood out the most was Miss Rana. She was more than we could have ever asked for. She goes above and beyond what is expected at school. She is so passionate about teaching- she taught our son way more than we thought a 4-year-old could learn! After a year in her class, he was writing his name, drawing his picture, he now knows his letter sounds. Miss Rana gave us a folder at graduation that included projects from the beginning of the year to the end of the year showing our sons progress and it brought me to tears seeing how much he has developed. Also, I must mention the art! So much art is sent home and its the cutest!!! He is so prepared for elementary school/TK!! We are incredibly grateful to have had Miss Rana as our sons preschool teacher and will be forever thankful for all she did. Thank you Miss Rana for everything you did, everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend Action Day as my 4 yr old daughter looks forward to go to her school every morning! This is what you call an immersive experience. You walk in, it looks professional, welcoming and inviting. Raven is phenomenal, my kid walked into his soon to be classroom and enjoyed playing with all the toys. They don't makeup excuses about space for not potty training your child unlike some other places. They have potty-training capabilities starting at 2-years old. Whether your child takes advantage, that's up to them and parents. This place might be expensive, but it's a quality run facility that will serve local willow glen families for years to come. The only down-side, they do charge extra for yearly supplies and summer-time activities. They also charge extra for meals. Are there some downsides, yes, but no daycare is perfect. This review is specific to the Transitional Kindergarten program on Lincoln Avenue. I cannot rate this program high enough. My granddaughter entered the program when she was three years old. She has been in the program for 8 months and has not only learned all her letters and sounds but can also read and write complete sentences. This is really due to the phenomenal teacher, Ms. Rana. She has such high expectations of all her students. Her explicit, direct instruction enables all students to learn. I am a former school teacher and administrator and I recognize that Ms. Rana is the driver and reason their TK program is so successful. I encourage people to check it out. My granddaughter loves going to school and is so advanced for her age. We will never forget this amazing and talented teacher. read more

My son attended Action Day (Lincoln) Preschool for almost 2 years and had a wonderful experience. He was in Miss Rana's class and she was an amazing teacher who really cared about each child. Miss Rana took the time to get to know my son's personality and learning style. She made learning fun through hands-on activities, games, arts and crafts, and more. My son looked forward to going to school every day. He learned so much during his time at Action Day (Lincoln) - his reading, writing, math, and social skills all improved greatly. The preschool also provided a nurturing environment. The teachers emphasize kindness, sharing, and respect. I appreciated that academic skills were balanced with developing emotional intelligence. An additional benefit was the Saturday open house tour for Transitional Kindergarten that Miss Rana hosted. It was incredibly helpful to get a preview of the TK classroom environment and curriculum. My son felt comfortable and prepared for the transition to elementary school thanks to this experience. I highly recommend Action Day (Lincoln) Preschool. My son gained both academic and social skills at this warm, caring preschool. Miss Rana is an exceptional teacher who truly invested in my child's development. I've had my daughter at Action Day Lincoln for over 18 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. She started in infant care with Ms. Karla, and for a new mom who was hurting over having to leave my girl with anyone, we could not have gotten a better teacher. From day one we got delightful notes about what she did with her day, and they were so caring and attentive. She eventually moved up as she developed (I really appreciate that the classrooms are divided on a developmental basis) and now is in the preschool. She's had amazing teachers and teacher friends along the way like Ms. Hutaf, Ms. Yahaira, Ms. Marissa, and Ms. Stephanie. Now that they've upgraded to a digital report card system, we get photos almost every day, and I get to see her playing with her very first friends. I also need to give a shout out to all the adorable art projects she gets to do, the camp-like fun they have over the summer months, as well as all the amazing things she learns. My kid is still shocking me on nearly a daily basis with all she learns at school. It's way more than I'd ever be able to do with her at home, and I'm so glad I get to send her somewhere with the expertise and resources to provide those learning opportunities for her. read more

After nearly five years and two kids going through the program, today was our last day with Action Day Lincoln. Overall, our experience as a family was very positive. In my opinion, the negative reviews on here are short sighted. Yes, the parking sucks. Yes, they ask for a couple extra dollars here and there for things like Kona Ice and the book fair. No, you're not going to get a detailed breakdown of every moment of your students day-to-day activities complete with photos and video. They do what they can and for a preschool of that size what they send seems more than adequate. However, what you will get are the best teachers and caregivers our neighborhood has to offer. The staff of Action Day Lincoln are second to none. Every single one of the roughly dozen classrooms that our kids have progressed thru has been excellent. Most recently, our son graduated from Ms. Rana's class and we could not be more pleased with her. Under Ms. Rana, our son flourished both academically and socially. It seems like almost every day our son brought home art and reported on the amazing projects and activities Ms. Rana had planned and executed. Rana's enthusiasm, compassion, and commitment to our child's education cannot be overstated. We are truly grateful for all she has done. Thank you, Ms. Rana, you were the cherry on top. But she is not alone: Ms. Yanya, Ms. Diana, Ms. Elaine, Ms. Monica, Ms. Sherene, Ms. Billy, Ms. Michelle, have all been the most amazing teachers one could possibly ask for. Is Action Day Lincoln perfect? No. But you will not find a better, more caring group of teachers anywhere else in San Jose. My child went to Action day for about 6 months. At first we loved it , we really like Ms. Stephanie in room 8, she's great. My child enjoyed going to class. The director suggested my child moved to another class. I immediately did not care for Ms. Kim. She has no compassion for kids, she yells at them. One time I could have sworn she called my child dramatic because my child was crying when I dropped my child off. I was going to pull my child out of the Action day completely after being in Ms. Kim's class for 2 weeks. There was an incident where supposedly my child was pulling a toy from another kids hands and the other kid yelled stop and then proceeded to scratch my child in the face. I have no idea where the 2 teachers were and why they didn't intervene. I've never seen that behavior from my child, my child doesn't fight over toys. But i understand kids are kids, im more upset at the fact that it got that far and now my child has a scar. Another incident with Ms. Kim was she asked me to ask my child not grab things from the counter because my child grabbed the other teachers croissant and started eating it. lol my child is 2 years old, I'm sorry. She also never helped me when i dropped my child off, it was like she didn't even care. She never stepped in to say "okay mommy's got to go to work, say bye to mommy" nothing i literally spent 30-40 minutes dropping off each time(my child goes once a week so drop offs were always hard for my child) When other teachers helped right away without me asking. I can go on and on. It's like she's just there for the pay check, honestly. The last straw was my child coming home with a bite mark that lasted over 24 hours to go away, no broken skin, thankfully. My child's father did pick up this day and we received different stories. The office staff stated no one knew what had happened, however, a teacher, told my child's father that the kids were fighting over a little figurine my child took that day, i guess another kid was trying to take from my child. No one cared to check to see if my child was injured, like i said this bite marked stayed for over 24 hours, I'm sure my child was crying a lot when it happened. I'm just done. I was so happy with them in the beginning but it's not worth paying all that money if they can't even properly care for your child. read more

My daughter attended the Infant Center for 3 months and we absolutely love it! She started school at 4 months old and we're blown away by the development we've seen from her since starting daycare. All the staff at the center, and especially the teachers in the Infant room, are incredibly kind and seem to genuinely care about our daughter. We feel so welcome and it's been easy to trust her in their care. The infant room has a variety of toys and they follow a cleanliness protocol to ensure the kids are all staying healthy. There is an outdoor space and often have the windows open so the kids can experience the fresh air. They also play lullabies in the crib area to soothe the kids when they're sleeping. Our son went to the action day care infant care center and preschool both. Our experience with infant care was amazing. Infant center director Ms. Diana and all the teachers were really good. They used to have planned activities for kids. However, when our son turned two and shifted to preschool it was very different. There have been many issues. 1. The first issue which I would like to highlight at first is about their irresponsible act towards our son who is severely allergic. On the last day when we were leaving the daycare, we went to collect his emergency medications and EpiPen which was given to school in case he encounters a severe allergic reaction where he can be anaphylactic. The school was not able to find his medication, we were scared thinking what if it would have been an emergency situation where he needs his EpiPen right away. We were really upset and thought the decision of leaving this daycare was so right 2. We haven't seen them reading books for kids or following the fancy curriculum which they shared with us. 3. They have an app to track the daily progress, but we never received a video or photos of our son doing any activities. We used to be so excited to see how his day was going but they never updated it. Probably they were not taking any activities except the DANCE PARTY. Every other day his activities used to state 'DANCE PARTY'. seriously? Since they could not engage kids in any kind of activities, they just used to turn on the loud music and we have seen kids just getting bored with not doing anything interesting there. 4. As per the norm they should be informing us if the kid is not eating anything or absolutely refusing to eat. One day from 9-5 our son did not eat anything, and he was starving the entire day but nobody cared to inform us. I checked his lunch box was untouched and that's when I reached out to the director, she was in disbelief since as per the school policy she needs to be also informed if kid is refusing to eat anything but teachers were so casual about it that nobody informed her and later she called us and apologized to us which was of no use because as a mother my heart just sank thinking about he was starving the whole day. We could have picked him up early and fed him something. 5. One day I saw the other kid was beating my son with sand toys on his eyes, face and head, I waited for some time to see if teachers were going to interrupt the kid but none of the teachers were paying attention. Kids are bound to fight but it's the teachers responsibility to teach them the right things. Another incident where our son cut his lips and was bleeding badly but the teachers said we do not know how he fell down. That was not acceptable. 6. The 9B room was very small and congested while the other classroom 9A was big and spacious. In this classroom whenever we used to drop or pickup our son, it used to be so overcrowded and claustrophobic though we were paying the same fees as the other classroom kids. 7. I used to see kids mouthing the toys a lot there and our son was falling sick every other week. None of the teachers were interested in stopping kids doing that. Kids listen to teachers more than their parents. When we talked to our friends, we realized that this is not the way daycares are supposed to operate and hence decided to move our son. The place where he is going now is so much better and when everyday we look at his activities, videos and photos, we feel bad that he missed so much learning when he was at the action day care. He already started writing letters, started learning music & instruments and he mentions about various story books which teachers reads to them everyday. He started communicating better about his day to us. He made friends there. All this has happened in just 4 weeks. Overall we feel teachers are loving and caring but the fees which they are charging is comparatively very high than the other daycares but the exposure that the kids are getting for learning/activities/communication is absolutely zero. read more

Super shady! Please read the whole thing!!! My son hated going here. He is 18 months old. He came home every day with unexplained "ouchies." They give you an ouch report that always starts with "friend." Friend bit finger, Friend and I were hugging and we fell over and bumped our head. One time he had a major injury to his ear. It was bleeding and VERY bruised. definitely more injury than a toddler could do. They has no idea how it happened. Maybe it was on the plastic cot was what they told me because they had seen that type of injury before. The cots they sleep on are made out of plastic and have no sharp edges. I asked for his sheet so I could see if there was blood (I bring my own) and the said "oh we accidently threw it in the wash with the rest..." (the only day they ever did that) They also changed his clothes that day (only day they ever did that) and his other clothes were wet like they had washed them (only day they ever did that too). After that day my son went from just crying to hysterical when dropping him off. He was extremely scared of most of the women in his room. All this happened in the ONE and a Half months we attended ADPP. One day I picked him up, he was standing with his back to the fence on the playground staring at the floor really sad by himself. I went over to him and when he saw me he just fell into my arms crying and not one person said a word to me. Most days when I picked up I had to find the clipboard with his info sheet from the day myself. No one says hi or greets you. They don't try to sooth the kids that cry, I witnessed this with other children as well. The kids are ignored if crying. As if all of that wasn't enough, when I sent an email to them to tell them I was not happy and we were not going to be returning, I got an email reply back from the head of the department (whom had received my email via a forward from the infant center) my email was CHANGED to say my son had SPECIAL NEEDS and that was why we were not returning!!!!!! This is a review of our tour. We went for a special open house visit on a Saturday to view the infant care center. It didn't seem like they had a structure to their days as babies can nap whenever. The outdoor play area was smaller than most apartment patios and had sad dirty toys on it. They had music blaring in all rooms and when I asked about it they said this was how it was all day. The communication with parents throughout the day sounded limited to paper notes and emergency phone calls. It was not a good fit for us. read more

I must say I am a bit biased since I did go here for preschool however I have recently been taking my friends kids here while I was working as a personal assistant. I was interested in how the place looked after a good 17 years of being there. To be honest it looks better than ever. They have 2 good sized play grounds, two different areas for toddlers and kids (3 months to 2 years old and three to eight or seven years old I believe). The instructors have an amazing philosophy on education and well being of your child and still provide a great and comfortable atmosphere. There are three buildings, one which is the newer building that was finished in early 2000. There is a lot of room and there is always a welcoming feeling when entering. One thing that I do love about this program is that they have GREAT dance programs and at the end of the year (not so sure if they still do this) both the toddlers and older children from primary plus hold a dance show usually performed at the Center or Performing Arts in downtown San Jose. Impressive. The reason why I love this program is because it gave me an opportunity when I was young to explore different creative outlets, and I have been dancing ever since and recently toured in Europe. They're always marketing their programs but you feel like it's a sales pitch more than a genuine interest in academics - They nickel-and-dime everything. Want lunch? It's $4/day. Want to chaperone a field trip? Parents would have to pay to come along. Want your child to participate in ice cream day? Make sure s/he comes to school with $2. Why can't they just incorporate those stuff into the tuition? I'd rather they do that than to deal with a dollar here and a dollar there. - Director and admin. staff can be super absent-minded. You can have a conversation with director about your child's classroom one day and the next day, she has no clue what you're talking about. - Not the ideal place for children who are a bit more "advance". My son went to this childcare facility for 6 months. We love love love the teachers and especially in the infant care room and room 1. The pros: 1) Many teachers ! Lots of caring ladies that watch over the kids. 2) There are teacher's helpers coming in once in a while to help on those crazy days. Super clean facility. 3) Teachers are genuinely caring and loving. Especially critical on those days when kids are recovering from illnesses, teething or general crankiness. 4) The daily logs and written reports are fantastic! Very helpful in knowing exactly how much my kid ate etc. 5) Fun activities for kids! Lots of art and craft at an early age too! 6) Super flexible timings for drop and pick up and completely open door policy 7) Coded lock on the fence! Love this.. Cons: 1) Super expensive program - with no meal provided. They give some snacks but not substantial 2) Too many kids in one classroom. Often room feels crowded ! My son fell sick so often, it was really bad. I think there needs to be less number of kids and somehow more strict rules and sickness policy. 3) Our son was moved rooms total 2 times. The first move was very welcome since his 1st room was too crowded. However, the 2nd room change was too abrupt and sudden. Too many changes so soon are not good for kids who are new to day care. He seemed attached to the other teachers and has to fit in to new routine and new teachers all of a sudden. All the teachers here are amazing, experienced and superb! :) read more

My daughter attended Action Day from 4 months old to just shy of two years. She has been through 3 different class rooms and I have loved the infant room and her 1-2 year classroom the most. There was a middle classroom that was a transition from her crawling to walking room that was just awkwardly setup, but my daughter loved it all the same. Our daughter is currently 17 months old and has attended Action Day on Lincoln since she was 12 weeks old. She has moved up to her third room now from infant, to crawler/walker, to toddler. I really like that they move the children up based on their pace, not just age. We have loved all of her teachers and really appreciate the team approach they take in each room. It is clear that everyone there truly loves children. We love all the adorable art projects coming home, almost as much as our daughter loves the mess she gets to make while creating them. Our daughter does so well socially as a result of her time at school, that we constantly get complimented by our friends on how well she shares and interacts with other children. read more

What started as a promising program for our son deteriorated quickly. Six months went smoothly, but then our son was moved to a higher level room without consulting us. We went along with the change, but it didn't go well and he was returned to his lower room. To the center's credit, they did accommodate moving him back down. However, he was switched back and forth AGAIN, and we were not told. When we confronted the center manager about this, she never apologized or explained herself and instead deflected our questions. After that point, inconsistent communication, conflicting reports, a refusal to listen to our concerns, and a general lack of responsibility for their mistakes made for a contentious relationship with the center and we terminated our contract. Daily written reports were utterly useless. A glowing written report would often be contradicted by the teacher when they would say something bad happened. The center director said "We only want to put nice things on those written reports". How in the world is that useful for the development of our child if we don't know what is really happening? Add to that, the written report could say our son had a great day, the teacher in his classroom could say it was also great, but an office employee would say otherwise. Teachers often openly disagreed with management and stated that they felt our son was doing great. Avoid. There are better centers out there who care far more about educating the child and listening to the parents rather than just money, nepotism, and image. read more

Total transparency: We did NOT decide to send our child to Action Day, so this review is based on our experience in all of the touring, learning about and trying to even determine if we wanted to enroll here. I got the sense that we were somehow an inconvenience, especially asking questions around the curriculum, training, and qualifications of teachers and caregivers. It was also made very clear to us that thanks to their "prime location in an in-demand neighborhood" that spaces would be very limited. Their infant rooms apparently fill up exceedingly fast and they were looking at placements well into 2020. When asked about availability for a toddler-aged child, there were multiple conflicting answers really depending on our "urgency level" in our conversations. Never got some questions answered around the experience of teachers. The school itself is quaint...but shows some wear and tear. Parking is ridiculous...felt like it would be easier to park down the street and just walk over. And we were there on a Wednesday in the middle of the day...NOT at drop off or pick up times. can't even imagine that mess. The play area was a big reason we did NOT choose Action Day. Honestly, it looked like stuff taken from our own back yard. Other facilities we have toured have amazing physical structures that look sturdy and impressive. We literally looked around at a collection of Step 1 2 3 houses and tables that could have been lifted from our playgroup's back yards. That was a real disappointment. There was nothing HORRIBLE or WRONG with our experience...just didn't hit the mark for us and was a bit of a disappointment considering the costs. read more

There are some real issues with the infant center that need to be addressed, one being the lead teacher in the infant room which I will no get into on yelp. During the three months my baby was there he couldn't go one week w/o getting sick which resulted in too many doctor visits to keep track of (my deductible has been met and it's barely April), one ER visit, and he was hospitalized. His last week there he got sick again and on a nebulizer and 8 days later still coughing. I brought him to the doctors and he was diagnosed with RSV. Thanks Action Day! This is not our first experience with Action Day. My older son attended from 6 months to 5 yrs old and we loved it. Teachers change unfortunately it's not always for the better. I'm hopefuly that by the time my son's older he'll be able to attend the pre-school side because we love the pre-school teachers. Hopefully they're the same teachers now when he's old enough to attend. Who knows maybe we'll just stick with the nanny we hired. She's great and we love her. I originally gave them two stars but after my son was diagnosed with RSV yesterday I'm knocking them down to ONE star. read more

Our son has been there since he was 7 months old and until now he is still there. The great aspect of this day care is it has age specific rooms. Meaning. 6-12 months in one room, 1-2 in another room, and so on. Your child gets to interact with their age unlike other daycares where the child can be mixed with other ages. They get to learn from each other and we can watch him progress from just turning, crawling and now starting to walk. I think it's because he sees other kids doing it also and growing. I have to give alot of acknowledgement to the staff there because to my son, they are almost like their second parent. They took really good care of our son and followed instructions (medcine) when needed. They have alot of activities for your child to keep their mind growing such as painting, coloring, etc. You can visit anytime of the day which I do because i like to watch to see what my son does outside of home. I love this place. First off, it reminds me of Sunnyside Daycare from Toy Story 3- having said that, let's get into the review. My son has been going here since July and although he hates it when I leave him in the morning by the end of the day he's happy and has a blast. He comes home singing a new song and does lots of artwork. The teachers are great and very caring. They give him the attention he needs in the morning to help him deal with me leaving him and sometimes they know just to leave him alone and give him some time. The teachers seem to know what your child needs at any given moment. To me it seems as though they are in tune with your child understand the child and their needs. The teachers are sweet and manage to supervise the kids with all activities. My son always comes home with new artwork, which I love. They have circle time that includes songs and reading. There is nap time and lunch time (which either you provide or you can buy "hot lunch"). As far a diaper changing they change my son probably every hour to hour and a half. And now that he's 2.5yrs old they've started to potty train. It's not a full blown potty train in that they just ask if he wants to use the potty and don't force him if he doesn't want to use it. The playground is well equipped and clean. They have a sandbox, playhouse, tricycles, balls, and swings. I like it because it brings formal structure to the kids and gets them socialized. My child has learned his ABC's, counting to the teens (i can't understand the number he is saying but i've heard 13), shapes and colors. But what's more important is that he's learned to play with other kids. The entrance is coded for the infant/toddler side (which where he is) so it's not like a random stranger can just go and pick him up. Plus the office window faces the entrance. read more

I have been taking my son to Action Day since my child was 1yr old, he is now 4. Action Day Preschool/Daycare has proven to be the most reasonable, caring happiest place next to my home for my son. The staff have always kept me informed, the environment is very clean. There has never been a cause for alarm or concern while my child has been cared for. My child can't wait to return every day and is sad to leave his teachers and friends in the evenings. Within this short time, my son has developed social skills and has academically proven to advance in toddler learning. We have been sending our son here since for a year now, including their summer camp. He is now 3.5 and ever so happy with his friends and each teacher. My husband and I are continually impressed by the communication we recieve daily through phone calls, email and notes informing us about how are little guy is doing, upcoming opportunities for him and general info to help us meet his needs. As he accelerates through the classrooms based on age and abilities he has loved every teacher like a second mother. Currently Ms Dalia is his favorite and when we play school at home I assume her persona! We've had three daughters go to Action Day over the past five years and it has been a wonderful experience. The teachers and staff are great. The holiday parties are cute and fun. Just a really nice place to take your kids. I also give very high marks to their extracurricular programs. Our daughters each went through two years of their dance program which culminates in a spectacular annual recital at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts. I think the high reviews come from the infant program - until 2 years old. That program and the teachers are wonderful! Once your kid turns 2, the Action Day experience changes. At 2 years old, they are transferred to the building across the street, which has different management and different energy all together. And I speak from experience. I think my kid had four different teachers between 2-3 years of age. From talking to teachers, I understood that are underpaid and therefore not as motivated. The place feels like a business. It is not bad safety wise but other than that, there is not much justification for the amount of money we were paying each month. read more

My 6 year old went here since 4 months and my 3 year old currently goes here (since 4 months). Has been nothing but a good experience for me. Great teachers with low turnover. Very clean and organized. Big outside play yard with tons of toys. Its pricey but worth it. I trust them to take care and teach my kids. read more

My child has attended Action Day on Lincoln since she was 5 months old. She and we have made lifelong friends during our experience there. Since we started in the infant room, we have been through the entire program at Lincoln, and have been utilizing the robust and amazing Jr Kindergarten program at Amber since last summer. I can not say enough positive things about our experience. Every day when I drop my child off, I know she is not only cared for, but loved, enjoyed, entertained, guided and educated. From the first teacher on the infant side, to her Jr K teachers, she has never felt anything but absolutely comfortable and loved. Some basics: you will receive constant feedback and communication about what goes on daily, development goals, areas to focus on, etc. The extra curricular activities are stellar - we have taken advantage of soccer, baseball and dance. The organization and enthusiasm with which this whole company does things is evident in every aspect of the experience. I recently chaperoned a field trip for Jr K and Kindergarten kids, and was again impressed by how hard the teachers work to keep the kids happy, comfortable and SAFE, plus make sure they are having a blast. The dance recital experience in itself warrants an entire Yelp review. You will be blown away. Sadly, we are leaving this month so that our daughter can attend Kindergarten at our neighborhood school, but I will forever be grateful to Action for all of their love and support over the past five years. read more

My daughter attended action day from age 3 months until 22 months. The only reason we left was because we moved to Mountain View. Our daughter absolutely loved it! We always felt like she was given the best care. Mrs. Paula runs a tight ship and her team is excellent with children of all ages! read more

A lot of the kids in his current room have also been going since we started, which shows that other parents are happy too and it's great because he has his buddies with him as they advance through the age-specific rooms.
