Yesterday was my first time using Foxy Fur for grooming my dog. Overall, I had a very positive experience. From the ease of making the appointment to the kindness of the staff everything was wonderful. When I picked up my dog, she was happy and looked great! Her fur was shiny and soft. Laura and the girls always do such a great job grooming my 90 lb Golden Retriever. He can be quite a handful, but they are so patients with him. I originally took my dogs here because maintenance was being done on my apartment and the dogs needed to be out of the house all day. They were due for a grooming anyway and this place worked out with my work schedule so I figured why not? When I picked them up I was amazed by how great they looked. I was worried that one of my dogs would look entirely different as we were used to having longer shaggy fur but she looked phenomenal. Best groomers around! Gunner is a highly nervous and skiddish dog so finding a place he was comfortable was important. He is actually excited when we pull up and jumps out of the car! They have a hound lounge for dogs to play so they can get energy out and don't have to sit in a kennel waiting! Of course he is nice and clean but he is calm and tuckered out when we get home! We no longer live in Corona, but will make the drive out here every time. read more

This is the only place our Akita was happy to be groomed. She's a big dog and even when we do the self wash she's cooperative here. Their gated wash area is complete with the everything you need. I highly recommend it, reasonable rates. read more

Doggie Daycare at Foxy Fur has been a wonderful asset, allowing me to attend business meetings and events while comfortable my dog, who has minor separation anxiety issues, is happily playing and getting petted by Lora or one of her very loving and capable staff instead of creating property damage. I love taking my Great Pyrenees here for the self wash section. It's a simple spot, easy to use, no frills but has everything you need to bath your pooch. No reservation needed but calling to confirm availability is a good idea. They provide professional grade shampoo and conditioner, but you are welcome to bring your own or purchase a specialty brand onsite. Towels, clippers, dryer, a selection of brushes or combs, ear wash, and finishing spray are also provided. Professional guidance is also available. It is incredibly reasonably priced in my opinion, as they clean up the bathing mess and wash all the towels - which beats bathing at home by leaps and bounds. The tub is actually a raised shower pan that fits our giant dog, and puts her nails at an easily accessible location and saves our backs reaching around her. They also provide petsitting services and professional grooming, their canine clients and accompanying homosapien consorts always look happy and well cared for. They have a small shopping area providing high quality foods, treats, and grooming products. Definitely recommend, makes bathing your dog as pleasant as bathing a dog can really be. read more

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had some problems with our last groomer in Corona. We have a Rot cross, he weighs in at around 70 pounds. The groomers we had in Corona had taken care of him probably a half dozen times at least, when we first went there they were great, showed a lot of care. Then little things started, the coat not cut the way we wanted, his ears not trimmed, etc. The big one actually there are two, the first was, we looked him over when we got home and there was a burned area, like the clippers had gone down to the skin. Left a patch about the size of a quarter. No explanation, no help. We talked it over and gave them one more try. Now when we went to get him there was an extra charge, reason was a difficult dog, yeah right. That lead to the Foxy Fur. We went down today to introduce him to the crew, the young lady at the desk was awesome, then they brought out Laura (one of the owners) and another lady. Withing minutes it was old home week, all of them made over Dino, he immediately trusted them. We decided to have him done. Now we had never been there, yet in the short time we talked and watched them interact with Dino we allowed them to groom him. We described what we wanted and that is what we got, 100%. The owner took care of him, she wanted to make sure it was right. Folks we have a winner here, we will be going back. And to let you know, we live in Riverside and we are still willing to make the drive. Thank you Foxy Fur for making today a great experience, and thank you for taking such good care of our dog, Dino has never looked better. read more
