He cleaned up both the front and backyard to make them look good as new and now comes every two weeks to maintain them. A couple of months ago I asked him if he could help plant some veggies for the backyard and he (and his team) did a fantastic job of that as well! The back of my backyard butts up against the street and they really was no dirt for the rock to sit on. Javier knew to put dirt and fill that area so the new rock would not fall out between my property and the rear fence. After the winter, all the rock started coming out the back of the property onto the street because Javier never put any dirt underneath it where he was supposed to. I sent him photos and asked him if he would fix this and he denied it and said that he put dirt there when you can clearly see there is no dirt there. Now all the rock is falling out. After he told me he put the dirt there I went and really looked again really hard and already knew there was none there and then sent the video showing Javier that there was no dirt. After that, Javier never responded and will not answer my calls. Would not recommend him. I have to put one star to post the review otherwise I would put zero sad to say. It turned out that it was one man, Tom Oliver. That home sale didn't work out but I met Tom. When my dad became unable to tend to his yard, I asked Tom to help him out, Tom did a great job at a fair price. Eventually my wife and I did find a different home to buy, and our original landscapers were doing a minimal job. Tom has done a great job at my home since my wife and I hired him. Just make sure that your expectations meet what he is paid to do. Tom is willing to care for customers that communicate and compensate him for his talent. His work was not impressive, and he gave my mother a hard time over being paid - he INSISTED it had to be done in person, and by only her. She was out of town, so I pulled out the cash to pay him. He then told my mother he was uncomfortable being paid by me, because he thought I may take the cash for myself and then SAY that I paid him. Needless to say we did not ask him to return on a weekly basis. We have now been having an issue with him working on our neighbor's yard, as he refuses to pick up any leaves and will blow them onto our property instead of disposing of them. We have a weekly landscaper, that is not him, and our landscaper actually picks up our leaves and throws them away as opposed to blowing them into the street and onto other's lawns. I have photos and videos of him doing this time and time again, he has even walked around / on our property uninvited. When we approached him and asked him to stop, he argued with my sister and I, and told us to go away, lol. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy business. You should look him up on BBB, I did and was unable to find an "A+" rating as he is not BBB accredited. Really gross behavior for someone running a business. Edit - I'm happy to know that Tom thinks that my review is funny, because his actions very much proved that he is amused by making women uncomfortable. He also has his daughter / family and friends posting falsified reviews about his work, but that's to be expected when you're unpleasant towards others.
