It's been about three weeks now, and everything is doing amazing. The sod has grown in beautifully, the sprinkler system works great, and you can really tell they took the time to do quality work. Every time we step outside, we're reminded of how much we love it. Emilio was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He communicated with us, listened to what we wanted, and made sure our vision came to life. He and his entire team were always kind, professional, and respectful, which made the whole experience stress-free. Chris came out on a rainy day (instead of rescheduling), walked the project with me, did his due diligence and emailed me a 3d project video and the quote. Here's the difference - I had 5 quotes, none of them listened to what my wife and I wanted. Chris is the only one who listened to our ideas and enhanced them with his expertise. He was not the cheapest quote we got, but he was the most thorough. The project: complete front yard demo, build stairs surrounded by modern landscaping leading to a courtyard with custom planter boxes and lighting throughout. Chris gave us a timeline for the project and stuck with it. His crew, lead by Jorge, arrived on time everyday and cleaned up before they left for the day. It was a big, 2 week project and they finished on time. The entire crew was polite, waved at my kids everyday and worked hard. Project manager Jorge knew what needed to be done everyday and his team executed. Chris worked with our busy schedule, listened to all of our concerns and was quick to act or change directions as needed. Never once did he make us feel like we were not the most important client to him. There is always hesitance when thinking about pulling the trigger on a job that would cost a hefty 5 figures, but when the day we saw the finished product, our jaws dropped. They did such a good job in every aspect. Chris and Jorge clearly know what to do and how to do it. We have had non stop compliments from our neighbors, friends and family members. Chris gave us a beautiful court yard to enjoy and elevated our house's curb appeal to stand out. We have done many projects in the past and have never felt this good. If you want a professional, smart, client listening, hard working company that is worth every penny, call these guys. Chris promised quality and he delivered.

I am not a happy camper ... the end of August, I had Charlie order 670 Sqft . of Blue-Rye (High…read moreQuality) Sod and have his crew install the sod for me ... This is only because I am way too old to be on my hands and knees, for the time needed to lay the sod myself. In retrospect, I regret that I didn't ...l as I WOULD HAVE DONE a much more professional job. Instead, I gave them a tip ... only because I didn't have to put the sod Down... and didn't see "HOW POOR of a JOB" until the morning after ... The sod was local fresh cut from Delta Bluegrass Company here in Stockton and was of excellent quality cut rolls. The "Installation of it" was not. Left with poorly laid, gap-ridden, and torn sides on a few rolls from poor handling techniques, I was less than impressed. Having said that, grass can be repaired ... which the next morning, I proceeded to fill in all the gaps between the sod with topsoil, and had to buy some "expensive" Blue-Rye seed that is very hard to come by ... to fill in the seams and oversees a few other areas ... Even though the sod was poorly laid ... that is all correctable easily enough. My Main issue was the "lack of quality" and general overall "professionalism" ... I had reminded them several times to watch to not step on my sprinkler heads and I had spent a week on getting them adjusted and set to the proper depth... I witnessed them step on a few of them more than once, on several different occasions. The Biggest insult was when they had finished and had time to test the sprinkler coverage, someone forgot to cut out the opening for the sprinkler to "Pop up" ... so, when they tried to find it, stepping all over the sprinkler head and compressing it even further down in the ground. This now cannot be repaired until the sod has had a chance to firmly grow in place and establish itself before I can dig it up to repair the groundwork and raise the sprinkler heads back up to height. I would recommend "Delta Bluegrass Company" for your SOD, but I would think twice before hiring "Delta Charlie Sod" for installation work. Unless he does the work himself or brings a professional team of installers. One that won't undo 3 weeks of prep work to undo in an hour-and-a-halftimespan ... If I had the money, I would literally tear off 2/3rds of the sod, and redo my sprinkler heads, (3 of 8 were stepped on and compressed lower, one is requiring correction within about 6 weeks... the others can wait unless they sink lower once I START MOWING. so, I feel I got a great deal on the sod, negated by unprofessional workmanship. I felt Charlie knew what he was doing, but his crew was "Clueless".

Despite that, the gardener later attempted to significantly increase the biweekly rate, citing fuel expenses. This was unexpected, especially given the upfront cost I had already paid. There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. Additionally, multiple sprinkler heads were damaged during the period of service, something I had never experienced with previous gardeners.Ultimately, the gardener resigned abruptly, citing the access and sanitation issues. While I understand the challenges he faced, the lack of consistent communication and the property damage made the service less reliable than expected.

After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. Based entirely on Juan'scommunication and professionalism, I felt completely comfortable letting him handle the project without being there for a final walkthrough. He exceeded our expectations. I guess they do not need the work but I wanted to add on some tree removal as well. Alas, no follow up. I don't like that I have to put a star rating because there is no work to rate but this rating is for the lack of follow-up. UPDATE: Frank, I understand. Maybe just call or text and say, "I'm super busy but you're still on my radar!" Or something to that effect. I still need to get the work done and I even let you know that it wasn't a big rush so I'm not being impatient, just expected to at least have a follow-up. I work a whole bunch too...but I do try to make room for follow-ups for sure.

From start to finish, this company really nails it! We had many companies walking our neighborhood since it's a new development and so we reached out to several of them to get a quote. As soon as we reached out to System, Steve was able to make time for us when other companies had us waiting at least a week just to look at our backyard project. Steve sat down with us, listened to what we wanted to do with our blank slate, and came up with a "phase 1"design that could fit within our budget. He never tried to upsell us and made sure we could see everything he was doing to fit the project within our budget... no backdoor deals or haggling. We really felt like he respected our resources and made sure to maximize what we could do. Once we agreed on a price and design, he told us when to expect work to start and that Jessica would reach out to help us further. She was great and was quick to schedule an initial walk through with Steve and the project manager, Frankie. They showed up to go over some of the minor details that needed clarification and made sure we were completely happy before moving forward. Steve showed us the website which was incredibly user friendly. We could see exactly where we were in the process and we always knew which milestones required our next payment. Despite the terrible weather through January 2024, Randyand his crew showed up right at 9 every single day that wasn't absolutely pouring. I couldn't believe how hard that crew worked while also making sure that every detail was attended to! They kept our property incredibly clean and never left for the day without thoroughly cleaning any dirt, mud, or debris. And while these guys were insanely fast, I never felt like they were not paying attention to detail. Steve created a very clear plan for the yard and this crew made sure that vision became a reality. Frankie stopped by several times to see how we felt about the process and always apologized for the days that the crew couldn't make it. Even with the bad weather, we were surprised at how fast they completed our project. This included over 600 sqft. Of pavers, about 50ft of mow strip, and another 50ft of curbing. Not to mention all of the grading and dirt removal as well as connecting our drainage system. I can't wait to pick up the phone and call Steve again when it's time for us to start phase 2! Enjoyable process and the end product is spectacular! We had our 30 year old cracked concrete slab replaced with pavers from System Pavers. They finished last night and we are so pleased with the end product. It looks fantastic. What an improvement! Gary G. first met with us to figure out what we wanted to do. He was very helpful in figuring a look that matched our aesthetic and blended in with our existing walkways. He also helped come up with great ideas to keep the cost down. He provided a hand drawn color rendering so we could better visualize what we were going to get. We found the experience and process with Gary to be smooth, engaging, enjoyable, and creative. After we signed the Contract, we next met the Project Manager, Mark T. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately expressed his desire to ensure we were happy with the experience, end product, and asked that we call him if we become the least bit concerned about anything. He was responsive and helped us through the process. We couldn't be happier with the end product and the process to get there. The crew was friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. We looked very carefully at the finished product during the final walkthrough, but everything was perfect, which was a first for us. We have had a good deal of experience with contractors doing work for us over the 30 years we have owned this home and this experience, by far, was our favorite. The end product is gorgeous. I planned and got a good estimate to concrete the entire house backyard and side yards; except twelve 4'x4' squares that I planned to grow some fruit trees. I heard System Pavers advertising over radio on the way to work for many years, but I did not even think about calling them for a comparison quote. However, I was connected to Chris from System Pavers by a door-to-door flyer drop off. The first meeting with Chris was informative and no sale pressure. Chris patiently listened to my feedback and accommodated my change requests. The project final design was a compromised that met my financial limit and exceeded all project initial objectives. I pleased with Chris' design and the System Pavers process so far, then I was so impressed with the System Pavers delivery team. Leading by project manager Mark, the Isaac paver installation team was always on time, extremely efficient, accurate with simple tools, and happily doing their works. These people are genuine, working smart and friendly. The team's collaboration and trusting of each other are shown in their artistic workmanship and the beautiful final result. We used System Pavers for our backyard-and they do so much more than just pavers! They did excavation, grading, drainage, built a freestanding wall, installed a drip system, and installed artificial turf. (Our guests have told us is the best looking turf they've ever seen! ) We had a hiccup in the very beginning of the project- but System Pavers quickly figured out our situation. I was very happy with my experience with System Pavers. First, Morgan Osuegara, the design consultant, spent a while with me mapping out the space and helping me weigh the pros and cons of different pavers, their warranty and costs. He was a great help in deciding and he was patient when I first expanded the work to the side yard and then to the front. The project manager was Mark Trojanowski was great to work with and he bailed me out when I forgot to buy the pipe to provide a 'pass through' for future electrical work. He was, of course, responsive to texts and calls and arrived on time for the appointments we made. The product itself is only a week old, but is super solid and I am very happy with it. The team also did a good job cleaning up the site afterwards and if I have a complaint it is that the crew appears to have written a phone number on my fence with sharpie. I had a pool put in my backyard and did not want to add more plain concrete to two areas that needed hardscape coverage. After much online research I could see that System Pavers was the best company to go with. I was completely satisfied with the entire process. A design consultant Jacqueline Penick met with me and within an hour we worked out the plans. This included a beautiful design and well-thought-out drainage. My project manager Javier Rodriguez was very competent in all areas and easy to reach at all times. Javier provided a hard-working crew with Ignacio as foreman. They tackled some unforeseen problems with my existing drainage and worked with me to add a gas line beneath the pavers. The pavers are beautiful and solid. Chris spent time with us going over what we wanted and what we could expect from the process. He was very responsive to the questions we had. Tony was an awesome project manager. He was always on top of what was going on and did a great job of keeping us informed, visiting with us daily on the progress of the job, and answered our questions and concerns timely. In 2016 System Pavers helped us with a major remodel of our front yard with the focus of multiple drainage solutions and the use of decorative pavers for the front steps, walkways and driveway. They also did some paver work in the backyard which integrated with existing structures. All the work was professionally done and it has held up wonderfully over time. The System Pavers crew who installed our driveway did an exceptional job. It came out better than we dared to hope. Dozens of people walking by have stopped to admire it and ask who did the work. Even a few drivers, too! Work started by removing our very large, dated and cracked exposed aggregate driveway that was an embarrassment. We were out of the country during the entire process but foreman Beau made us part of the project by sending us photos and videos of progress every day. We had no surprises either. What Beau and sales rep Steve said would happen, did. The job was completed on schedule and within budget. We've had the driveway 4 months and still go out on our porch just to admire it. At first I was excited after the completion of work performed. Then came the rain and the pavers moved. Complained to System pavers, they came and said they will fix it this time but we should have gotten a soil engineers report. How were we supposed to know this. After a month of repairs done by them, the gaps as shown in the pictures appeared again. I called customer service and one of their area supervisors came over. It has been almost 3 weeks and not a word from them. The project we had done was close to $80,0000. Having spent that much money, putting trust in this company and their unresponsiveness is highly unprofessional. Will definitely not recommend this company for large landscaping. read more

We were too indecisive on many personal factors. James was professional from start to finish. He was responsive and accommodating. He provided many videos to support his work and all of his completed jobs looked amazing! It is a shame that we did not move forward with him. Though he did not do our landscaping, I would still highly recommend him.

My husband hired them to put in a barbecue area in our backyard and pavers with trees in the front of our house. Then he suggested adding on some plants by our master bedroom window and behind the barbecue area. That's where the trouble began. All work was approved in August. We decided on honeysuckles on trellises and camellias. The work for the barbecue area and the front of the house went well and on schedule. The area behind the barbecue area and by the master bedroom were not completed. It kept getting put off. The job was started in August and was not finished until the following April. Excuses included that the plants were not available at the nursery that they use. That actually was a bit of a relief since they wanted to plant them in January and I was afraid that they would freeze. Then March rolls around and I ask if we could go to the nursery that they use and pick out the honeysuckles and camellias. There was not much to pick from, but we decided on coral honeysuckle for behind the barbecue area and purple honeysuckle and two white camellias for the master bedroom area. Unfortunately, the only white camellias available were on trellises. I told my husband that it might cause a problem, but if they asked for more money that would be perfectly fine. Unfortunately, no one spoke to us about it. Their answer to the problem was simply to leave out the trellises for the honeysuckles. Now we have honeysuckles that are planted too far from the fence with no trellises. This company is either lacking in communication with customers or does not have enough experience with smaller plants. I recommend them for stonework, paving, and tree planting, but not for smaller plants. Their pricing is very reasonable. Just be sure that they understand what is important to you for example trellises. Also be sure that they don't do any planting in January when your plants are liable to freeze. Better yet just stick to the stonework and paving. They are great at that!
