I contacted system pavers to get my backyard renovated. One reason I went with them was because they offered financing and my neighbor just got work done from them and it looked great. I was contacted by, Jacqueline Penick one of the design consultants, she came and helped layout what I already had in mind to get done. After scheduling a start date, the team of Foreman Maricela and Ignacio & project manager Javier Rodriguez explained to me the process and work they were going to do. I had a simple design layout, so the turnaround was done in 1 week from start to finish! They even took care of some of the little filler spots my wife pointed out even after the project was done. I had some work done and put it in a review, but can't find it. Maybe it went someplace else. ANYWAY. So I had my driveway plus 400 ft more. Came in two and half days "bang" All done. Now almost 2years later something moved and the pavers started to separating. Called Anthony and I must admit I was crazy thinking they were going to give me the run around, like so many other companies. Anthony (what a great guy) said ok not to worry he will take care of it. Ryan Travalini, came by took pictures and said that this might take a full day to correct the problem. I was ok with that. Two weeks later a crew came in and took maybe a half hour to pull and reposition the pavers. All is well with the correction. Now this wasn't a "big job" and this isn't about fixing the problem. This review is about the personnel in management and their crew. All very professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Ryan T knew I was very concerned that this was going to cost a ton of cash. Not the case it falls under their warranty. Both Anthony and Ryan were great in solving this hic up. He really worked to give me everything I wanted in my yard. The cost was about $12k but the 0 interest financing option really helped. I didn't feel pressured to get on board with the project. Once we agreed on the terms we then had Mark the project manager out to go over things with us about time frames/ likely hood of getting things done on time etc. Once everything was agreed upon with Mark, Mark scheduled the landscaping crew out led by Paulo. Last year I had System Pavers install astroturf in front of my house. It makes such a huge difference in the appearance and I don't have to water and mow the lawn. After a few months, I noticed some lines and looseness in the astroturf so I called the customer support number. Since it has a 25 year warranty, they came to inspect and agreed to remediate the issues. The crew came and put additional nails, power brushed the astroturf to clean it, trimmed the strands that appeared uneven or longer, and watered it so that as it dried the wrinkles would straighten. The crew did a great job and even cleaned the areas around the astroturf like the driveway and front porch. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend System Pavers!!! read more

My my my. Where do I began. My consultant was Lidiana Cruz and boy oh boy was she a hand full who was throughly informed my Yelp game was strong. The two stars are for being on time and knowledgeable of the company's product. The three stars were deducted bc this woman wasn't a consultant but a saleswoman and a pushy one at that. How do you tell someone what you're going to do and what they're going to get when they're the one paying or it. Idk how this woman left my home and still thought I was going to hire this company. No fault of the company only fault of whom they sent. I dont even know where to start. I'll start when she asked to come inside to sit. No mask, not one in sight or on her face once she stepped in my home. Overly observant, overly objectionable as to what was happening in my home and overly vocal. Solutions- dont ask to come in peoples home during covid and Monkeypox. Had to microban the area she was in once she left. Price- Re- darn- diculois. Especially for an area under 500. She didn't even start/measure where my original concrete began just started where the crack was. And then was insistent, so dang on insistent on leaving a foot space between my retaining wall and another area, in the shape of a L. Sooooo dang on insistent and "worried" about vines that I told her outside I wanted removed that I said sternly Ma'am! I dont care about those "plants". Even my daughter looked up when I said ma'am bc if I ma'am'in you, it's a wrap. I'm done. She had the nerves to be offended bc I called her ma'am. Like is that the only thing that got your attention that I wasn't feeling what you was selling. Then she insisted on "coloring" in a second sketch she had done. She had already done one outsides. I told her it wasn't necessary and she went on about how customers like getting a visual. I once again told her I dont need a visual and she just continued to waste her paper. It's not like she had colored pencils or anything. She had already been maam'ed, but this showed the lack of respect for me as the customer for the second time. You just gone keep doing what you want. Her causal talk went beyond the scoop of casual conversation. Ok I get asking what I do for a living, but no she wanted more. Well what do you do actually? Ma'am I'm a killer for the company. "Deep sighs" Then she asks about a sound in my home, said it sounds like her bread maker. I was so done my daughter answered. It's the security camera. Her: for what? My daughter: to do surveillance. Duh. Gave her my email address. What does that mean? Me: you sure are asking a lot of questions. Her: well normally email address like this mean something. Me: it does and it's none of your business. I swear.....THE most uncomfortable time. Next the price. Had to be a toss up of crack or meth. Maybe both. And I'm Very well aware that pavers cost more than concrete, but ive done my homework..... soooooo less than 500 sqft you want to charge me almost ( and rounding down here folks) $18k with the discount $15k.
