I scheduled service with this plumber, and unfortunately it was one issue after another. * The first appointment was canceled at the last minute. * For the next two appointments, they were complete no-shows. I waited as scheduled, only to be left hanging. * When I finally sent a message to say we had waited long enough and needed to move on with our day, the only response I received was a one-word reply: "Noted." No apology. No effort to reschedule. No sense of professionalism or respect for my time. I understand things come up, but consistent no-shows and dismissive communication are unacceptable. I was able to speak to Tameka from FPS and schedule a visit because we had a toilet running constantly and a men's urinal not able to flush. Technician Dustin came to the property and was able to find out quickly that there needed to be a rebuild for the flushometer valves for each unit and restored to proper operation. " Dustin Was Very Honest, Professional, & Gave Awesome Service " Dustin Ferguson from FPS Plumbing came to my house right on the appointment time to fix one of my toilets that was leaking water out of the toilet tank into the toilet, about every 10 minutes. The toilet would turn itself on to refresh more water into the toilet tank. The toilet tank valve needed to be replaced, and within 20 minutes Dustin was able to take out the old toilet valve, and totally replaced it, with a new one. He also snaked the toilet, so it would have no problems sucking down any items in the toilet very quickly. Dustin has a very relaxing and professional personality and double-checks everything to make sure it's perfect. Dustin has a very nice FPS Plumbing truck, and I love the FPS Plumbing Logo on the truck.
