I'll start off by saying that Drains and Plumbing 24 will now be going on my Emergency Contact List. PRIOR to Drains and Plumbing 24, my home warranty contracted a plumbing company to come out to my home to clear a backup in my bathtub and restroom sink. The technician arrived and after approximately 30 minutes, he said it looked like I had a bigger issue at hand such as a broken drain and the drain would need a camera inspection. He also wanted to install a clean out. After he left my home, I walked in to puddles of water in my vanity, resulting in water damage. I then reached out to Drains and Plumbing 24 for a second opinion. Adrian was the technician who came to my home and arrived within the estimated time given. Right off the bat, he was professional and personable. He walked in my house and treated it as if it was his. He made sure to be clean while walking in and out of my house. After he assessed the backup issues, Adrian assured me and my wife that our drains were not compromised. He took his time clearing the clog and was very clean and meticulous throughout the process. Clearing the clog required Adrian to run the drain snake multiple times, but he did not give up or try to sell me on additional services our home did not need. I've been working in customer service with large companies for over 35 years. I'm just in awe at the amazing customer service I received from this company and Jose himself. He came out personally assessed the situation. Gave me the cheapest to highest options on what I could do to fix it. Didn't try to up sell me anything. They had booties to put over their shoes on the ready in case they needed to come in my house, but they didn't. That shows that they truly care. They gave me my quotes n I had them fix my leak and they got rid of the old water heater for an extremely reasonable price. They were only here for a couple of hours and they fit me in between another job they still had to go to. Jose found another small leak in a line while under my place and fixed it for free. During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off. This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home. At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This to me showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things. What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose. Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it's great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair. After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn't shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn't even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn't charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug. All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received.
