So, I was sent this companies information to help me get 2 toilets removed and new ones installed…read moreas i am handicapped and the toilets are low to the ground hard to get up. While i was waiting i went and was pricing toilets. $139 to $349 (I would not pay $300 for any toilet). I called 5 contractors today asked them what the labor charge to put remove and put in 2 toilets. Do not use this company as they are charging out the nose for their service. I find them taking advantage as i told the i was handicapped! I am sick as this company came recommended. Call around they for sure are not cheap and a toilet that at most would cost $250 dollars being priced 300% up is nonsense! My highest price from the people today was $200 or $100 per toilet. I got ALC's quote and about fainted, they wanted to charge me to get the toilets $825.00 each (2 different sizes) and not to put them in. Then Installation of toilets 1.0 $725.00 So before hiring anyone call around so you can make the best use of your money but you wont make the best when a company is charging as this company is!

I called TLC and the representative who I talked to was friendly, courteous and informative. The price was reasonable. Within hours I was able to have someone come out and look at my heater issue. The heater problem was minor and just needed a new internal electrical igniter. In just a short time, it was fixed and working again. The guy who came who did the service was friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't mind all my questions as he was working. I was very happy with them and will be calling again if I need future services.

He showed up and completely replaced the water heater within two hours. Very friendly and professional. The only thing we need to do is wait for the city to come by and do the inspection. I had called another plumbing company first but TLC Again , was quickly available to take care of us. My neighbor also uses TLC and is very pleased with the prompt service And quality products. I know nothing about replacing a water heater and was surprised that it was only him and no other help. He does only water heaters, so he is a professional at it. Chris and his buddy quickly changed out the capacitor and were both friendly and professional. I was just happy to have AC again. I tipped them both $20 for a job that only took about 10 minutes, but it was well worth it. The markup price for the capacitor is high. That is the only negative thing about this visit.

However, the person they sent couldn't help with that and didn't seem experienced with indoor hybrid HVAC units. They misidentified components and refused to take it apart to find and clean the blower fan. They said I needed to either deal with it or replace the entire unit despite plenty of advice I've received contrary to that. Also, they didn't want to check coolant levels since "the air was already cool." In the end I ended up paying $150 for him to walk over with my hose and clean out my outdoor condenser, which I'm sure I could easily have done myself. So, I don't think I got great value.
