I believe the seats are original to the theater. My seat was lumpy and not at all comfortable. It was directly behind the seat in front of me so I had to lean to the side to see the stage. That said, the building has a very interesting history. It was originally built in the 1920's as the Town Hall for Littleton. A fire truck was kept in what's now the lobby and there was a jail in the basement. The whole building has a historical feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming and their production of Avenue Q was excellent. Parking is along Main Street which could be a challenge so I recommend arriving early.

It is on the smaller side and I will say that the few shows I have seen here were overly packed where it was difficult to enjoy the show. The sound is good for the size of the venue. Bartenders do a good job to get people their drinks and not have people waiting too long. The smoking area is a good size which is nice. A lot of venues have a tiny smoking area so everyone is shoulder to shoulder. I look forward to my next show at the Gothic Theatre that is hopefully not going to be overly packed.
