This company is by far, the best I have ever experienced. First off, I called on a Sunday night. An emergency situation around 9:30pm. They answered their phone, (amazing!) and the owner personally came over, no questions asked. Upon arrival, ( less than 30 minutes later. ) he took complete control of the emergency, and knew exactly what to do. He eased my worries that my Christmas Party wouldn't be jeopardized by the horrible flooding that occurred. ( hence the emergency. ). He purchased extra fans and no cost, to cover the large area that had been flooded. Scott is a godsend. His professionalism, sincerity, and knowledge of his field were immaculate. His technical expertise eased my mind as I had NO idea how to handle this mess! I learned so much! And he was happy to educate me and answer all of my questions. He is IICRC certified. He knows exactly what he is doing. And cares about the quality of work. He came back the next morning to check on progress, and made sure I was completely satisfied. He also helped me move heavy decorations around, out of the kindness of his heart. This company is leading the way for customer service. Hands down, the most painless and effortless in communication and quality. I cannot thank Scott, the owner, enough for taking the time on his Sunday evening, clearly stepping away from his family, to help my family and our carpet emergency! First time ever calling a carpet cleaner, but I'm glad I called Scott. I spilled a leather dye onto the carpet and not wanting to waste time, I looked for an available carpet cleaner. I found this on yelp and gave Scott a call near midnight, and he came within 15 minutes. The stain was a nasty one (I'm sure it'll be something he'll never forget) but he kept coming back until he had exhausted every last option. It's all gone now and I couldn't be more relieved. With the holidays quickly approaching and family is coming into town I was looking at my couch and thought I'd better get a new one, then I remembered my neighbor had her rugs and couches cleaned about a 6mths ago by Frac's Carpet Cleaning service and they are still looking great so I decided to give Scott a call. As luck would have it since he's located in Newport Beach he has a brother that lives down here in San Diego and was able to come and clean it the very next day.. I have to tell you that I thought it was a real long shot but without any hesitation Scott went right to work and I was amazed at how the dirt was lifted and how clean it is now ! I recently hired Scott to clean the interior of my 2005 Tacoma Truck. I bought it used and the seats came with dirty stains that I haven't been able to remove myself. I tried all different types of cleaners, even steam and I was never able to remove them. So, as a last resort before purchasing seat covers, I called Scott. He was readily available and met me at my house within the week. He was very flexible with day and time and communicated well, even sending me a text when he was on his way. He worked quickly with an assistant. They were both friendly and polite. When the job was complete, I was shocked to see that the seats were actually a light grey color! What a difference! The stains were gone and they looked new! Scott saved me a lot of money by not having to purchase seat covers. I just had Scott come clean the 13 carpeted stairs leading up to my apartment (weirdly, the only part of my apartment that's carpeted!). They hadn't been cleaned in probably about 2 years, and have that much time's worth of dirt, stains, water tracked in. He did an amazing job! He took his time and was very detail orientated!
