I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

About a month ago, I stopped being able to reach Alberto by phone or text, which I assume is due to a phone number change. Unfortunately, no one provided me with an updated contact number, so I currently have no reliable way to communicate with them. This week, they arrived while I didn't have my phone nearby, so I missed the ring notification at the gate. After waiting for some time, they left, and my house ended up not being cleaned. Since I still couldn't contact anyone directly, I had to hire another cleaning company on short notice, which caused a major inconvenience and forced me to stay home while they completed the job. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. Just rinsed. They didn't even dust all the surfaces on our first floor, and the ones they did dust, they simply dusted around objects. They also didn't take things off our bathroom counters before wiping them down. They just wiped around things. Lamps are still dusty- they didn't wipe them down at all. They were very nice, but $275 for just kind of/sort of cleaning is not okay. When I called to ask if they could come back, I was told a manager would call me. I called back again today and was told again somebody will call me. Disappointed and will cancel after this situation gets worked out. Update: once the local manager worked with me, she was wonderful. She sent people out to re-clean and was very easy to work with.
