STEER AWAY!!! They claim to do a "final walkthrough" to go over everything they did and trust me they are EXPENSIVE. They never did a final walkthrough with me and charged over $3500 for a home cleaning and the house was still dirty. Porcelain tiles and grout were still dirty and they completely ghosted me. Ivan and Limpia Carpet Care are amazing. I originally posted to Nextdoor looking for a recommendation and after several people wrote recommending Limpia (and then reading the reviews on Yelp), I decided to give them a try. I was nervous because the only other time I've hired a company to steam clean a sofa, it was a terrible experience on every level. This was the total opposite and I am over the moon with the results. The owner Ivan was very responsive, straight forward and pleasant from beginning to end. His quote was half what I got from another company and he promised there'd be no hidden costs, surprises or up-selling. He was true to his word. We had two sectionals cleaned, one of which was on the older side and had been badly cleaned the last time and I thought those stains would never come out. Both sofas look new! I can't believe it. Ivan and his helper/cousin Abraham were so very thorough (and just lovely human beings). They even cleaned all the throw pillows AND the rug under one couch AND the entire carpet under the other one at no additional charge. I can't recommend them more highly.
