Fine. I agreed and the tech came back 2 days later as scheduled. He installed the battery and when ready to pay by Credit Card, he said that he would send me a link to pay by CC. No problem. 1 hour later, I received the link with a nasty voicemail (probably from the manager) to pay as soon as possible or they will lien my RV and call the police if I didn't pay. Just an hour and already threaten me of police. What a great customer service... On top of this, I never received an invoice with detail of the amount, which was much higher of the quote. I paid $424,10 for it and still don't know for what. The tech was great but this is the last time I will go to Griffin RV Services and make sure if I call Roadside assistance again they do not send me again this company.

That was a lot but I figured I wanted everything to work correctly when I get ready to sell it so I agreed. I was told the motorhome was done so when I picked it up, I asked Josh the front desk guy to show me that the camera worked. Guess what, it didn't. East Valley went back to work and "oops", it also needs a new cable. It would take two guys 8 hours to install it and it would cost thousands with the parts and labor. I asked Management through Josh what they could do to make this right. Their answer was "nothing" as the camera was bad anyway so I was out $702. I bought a wireless camera and installed it myself for under $150. My advice is stay away from East Valley RV Specialists. Josh is a nice guy but the rest of the place sucks in my opinion.

Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

They do a complete inspection on every RV before they put it up for sale. They make sure things are working properly , if not they will tell you up front . In our Case Dave took really good care of us. Before purchasing they showed us everything was in good working order if it wasn't Dave would have it fixed. He allowed us to keep the 5th wheel on his lot for 30 days. Also he allowed us to be plugged into his power for a few days to upgrade a few things. Our hydraulic pump to our slides went out while we were there using it. Dave didn't hesitate and ordered a new one and had it fixed in a few days. I saw from their website that they specialize in repairing them. So I called got an estimate which was a fair price. I also had them repair the dash AC which wasn't cooling. The work was all completed and everything works great. I will say that they are a busy shop and I'm sure they could use some help. So I left the RV at a time when I was not in a rush to get it back. I rather they take their time and do it right than pressure them to get it back to me. Another time they came out to my storage unit and replaced the rear axle seal on site while I was out of town. Good people great work and I found them to be honest. I will have them do all the work on my rig that I can't do myself. I recommend them.
