They diagnosed the problem as a failed converter but didn't have the replacement. Upon return to the valley, I contacted the local national RV dealer that wanted me to go through the cost of rediagnosing the converter problem. I looked on the internet for an authorized Tiffin dealer and found EV RV Specialist. I spoke with Josh, explained the issue with the converter. He got be a quick appointment, provided an appropriate time frame and kept me posted on the repair. I found the entire experience, timely, economical, professional and friendly. Bruce B. I brought my 2022 Class A Winnebago Vista in a few months ago as the back up camera said no signal…read more East Valley said the camera was "fried" and the repair estimate to fix it was $702. That was a lot but I figured I wanted everything to work correctly when I get ready to sell it so I agreed. I was told the motorhome was done so when I picked it up, I asked Josh the front desk guy to show me that the camera worked. Guess what, it didn't. East Valley went back to work and "oops", it also needs a new cable. It would take two guys 8 hours to install it and it would cost thousands with the parts and labor. I asked Management through Josh what they could do to make this right. Their answer was "nothing" as the camera was bad anyway so I was out $702. I bought a wireless camera and installed it myself for under $150. My advice is stay away from East Valley RV Specialists. Josh is a nice guy but the rest of the place sucks in my opinion.

My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

Paid it and decided to take my kids and grandson out the next day. Filled the 37 gal fuel tank and launched the boat. Had a real difficult time starting it. It would start and run maybe 30 seconds. I used my trolling motor to get out past the wake zone. tried starting it again, same thing wouldn't stay running. ?At this point I noticed it was starting to get hot. I stop trying then and decided to put it back on the trailer. Well somewhere along the way I lost the plug and the boat was taking on water. Alot faster than my bilge pump could pump out. I had to flag down a boat and get towed back to the dock! Ruined a good day. Got it home and called G and G and brought it back to the the following day. They called the following day to pick up the boat. Upon arrival the lady told me that it got too hot and melted some wires. Said I sucked up something and it plugged the water pump. Said they wouldn't do anything else without charging me. Recommended that I buy a used motor and replace it. I brought it home again and decided to check it out. That is when I found the broken Stern light in the battery compartment. They replaced it with a cheap light with a plastic base instead of a LED light like I had. The impact point on my gas tank is about 12 in. from my stern light. The gas tank had several cracks in it which allowed water to mix with the gas. By the time we got back to the dock that was all you could smell (Gas). The deputy sheriff came over and just said be careful and no smoking as it was draining. I pulled the tank out to check to see if it could be fixed. A lot of the wires were melted. I started to pull the spark plugs to check if fouled out and didn't need a socket, they were removed by hand! I would never take my boat back there nor would I recommend them to anybody.
