    Ok, final update. I had them come out because one of the MaxAir fans didn't turn on, it was simply a switch on the wall I didn't know controlled that fan- omg- my bad. They were on time, solved the issue, then Gene went thru a few other things on the RV to help me, including washing out the air conditioning unit on top. He went above and beyond, and really cared. I can highly recommend this company - will use them again for sure

Flooded again, twice within 10 days. Finally got someone to come see if they could find where water was coming from; the hole around where the fridge part on top of roof of trailer was cut too big!!! Can you believe it? Instead of fixing, they "rigged" it. Can you imagine how much water must have gone down inside walls! I was told the reason my floor is not worse, is because I caught it before the water had time to absorb in floors, was all absorbed in the walls! I'm sure Mr Warren Murphy, in Forest River Corporate, will have another excuse to blame this on my choices and not admit this particular trailer is not worth the set of tires Forest River put on because of a blowout while in their possession. Do not trust Forest River products. I've been fighting almost 3 years on this lemon!! Just to be honest Forest River has said they will return my funds I've put in trailer but the funds I've lost because of this trailer are my own fault, per Warren Murphy. I believe my only bad choice was choosing #Forest River Rv products and #Rowley White Rv Llc. I'm now almost out of my funds and have nothing but a very expensive lemon! I'll be sending out my 5th Attorney General letter this week along with updating all other complaints I've listed. Forest River seems to do this a lot; I'm finding more interesting reading each time I search either company.

We ended up going back to Always RV becauseof the staff and knowing they inspect every RV throughly . We worked with the owner Dave Tomlinson on the deal. He was fair and to work with. They do a complete inspection on every RV before they put it up for sale. They make sure things are working properly , if not they will tell you up front . In our Case Dave took really good care of us. Before purchasing they showed us everything was in good working order if it wasn't Dave would have it fixed. He allowed us to keep the 5th wheel on his lot for 30 days. Also he allowed us to be plugged into his power for a few days to upgrade a few things. Our hydraulic pump to our slides went out while we were there using it. Dave didn't hesitate and ordered a new one and had it fixed in a few days. He goes a above and beyond taking care of his customers! The office manager Patricia was also easy to work with. She's knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Dave and his staff use no pressure sales when you are shopping for a RV. I highly recommend going to Always Rv if you are looking for a good used RV!

Unlike other companies we've used in the past, there was no pressure to replace any "aging" components on the unit. All the electrical readings were explained to us in simple language and we will definitely call Rusty's for next year's service.

I had Rusty's visit my parents house…read moretoday since the external unit was making some noise on shut down, and given how great they were in 2023 when I needed them, it seemed like a no brainer. Nothing was declared wrong with their unit besides the LRA being higher than normal. (Apparently reading 129 when the rec on the unit is 120). So when I arrived the young tech was attempting to upsell my father on Compressor protection to solve this at a cost of $600, and stating to both of us at that time that the issue would only get worse and the compressor was the most expensive part of the unit to replace if it goes out (correct). He said $600 was cheaper than a compressor replacement (also correct). After some basic research I realized they were being upsold. Sure protection is good, But if your unit is already covering most of the bases a protector would, then why install one? The upsell statement was.... "Without this your unit will be unprotected and your LRV values are only going to continue to get worse, compressors are thousands to replace" It felt like doom tactics and for a second in my mind I was like, we should just do this. I took a photo of my units information and serial, threw it in to chat GPT. It told me the following about my unit. " What you have Brand: Lennox Model: ML17XP1-048-230A01 Type: Heat pump (not just AC) Size: 4 ton system Refrigerant: R-410A Voltage: 208/230V system (not 120V)" " Does your system already have protection? Yes--your Lennox ML17 series includes: Internal compressor overload protection Anti-short-cycle delay (via thermostat/control board) Standard electrical safeguards required by code So you already have basic built-in protection " I cross referenced this with the manual too. So maybe he meant "Compressor saver"? Like a hard start kit, who knows I'm not an AC tech, back to the internet. Well looks like my unit does not need or benefit from this since its only 2-3 years old and our capacitor was almost on point with the expected readout so starting was likely not an issue. I also saw that 129 was still within the expected +/- 10% tolerance even if on the higher side. So in a nutshell I am disappointed with the outcome here. I understand a bit of salesmanship is required for a successful biz, but $600 of not required add-ons for a unit that has most of it already doesn't feel honest. Not to mention that feedback online was to expect to pay $350-450 and that $600 and above was considered very expensive. And lets say I am totally off the mark here and my research is off, then in that case the young tech seriously failed to explain in detail about the topic. The tech that visited me in 2023 was so knowledgable and at no point did I feel like I was being upsold on things I didn't need. There was a trust bond there almost immediately with that guy. I went back to read reviews and saw that the same has happened to some of your other customers (Quincy . R from literally 2 weeks ago) Your biz was EXCELLENT! I raved about you guys to my neighbors in the past. Some of them even booked you. I know you guys are better than this. Sadly i'll have to take my biz and recommendations else where from here on. Thanks for the great job you did in 2023 and good luck with your continued biz Rusty's.
