My friend shops Aritzia and recommended I go in-store to try on clothes because their sizing can be inconsistent. Also the return policy for sale items is 1) less than 50% off can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit, and 2) 50% off or more are final sale. To me it's still pricey with a sale, so I want to make sure the items fit. I went into the store knowing exactly the two items I wanted to try. I had a hard time looking for a size for a blouse because it was hanging too high up. A store associate saw me struggle and offered to help. I wish I caught her name because she was very helpful and patient. She found the items I wanted, and helped me order one to ship to my house because they didn't have the color in store. In the fitting room, I was surprised there was no mirror! Rather than go out and have all eyes on me, I just used my phone as a mirror. Other than the weird fitting room experience, I had a good shopping experience here.

I sure did get my cocktail and Jesse made it just right: not too much alchi, and the perfect amount of sweetness! He is a vibe, so catch him if you can next time. Betsy, the Assistant Boutique Manager, provided first class service all around. I felt like I was royalty from the moment I stepped in. I had no intention of making a purchase, but once I got a whiff of the new Raspberry Ripple paired with the Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne, I knew I had lost that battle!! Lol The Raspberry Ripple took me back to my childhood days when I had that little Strawberry Shortcake doll.. it smells just like her! Paired with the Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne, the combination is truly exhilarating as much as it is intoxicating! I purchased the mini set because I only plan to wear them on very special occasions. I feel like Jo Malone fragrances are THAT special that I only want certain people to smell them on me, haha!! I also ended up purchasing a candle for a good friend of mine who just moved into his new place. I know he will absolutely love it and I'm so glad they were able to engrave the lid of the candle for that extra special touch! Like I said before, I never knew about this place, but I will 100% be a return customer. Don't let the Boot Barn employees tell you that the commercial discount only works for certain…read moreitems only, it works for all items! Especially the location in Scottsdale! The location here is very helpful got asked multiple times if I needed help. Got a work boot for my Mom. The Lady Sydney was very stingy about giving the commercial discount to my Mom. She got a safety boot, socks and boot covers. She only did the discount for the safety boot only and told my mom it only works for safety boot. (Not true we've got the discount on all items in Wyoming, Utah, California and Texas.) We asked for the manger to get it resolved and at the end Sydney said she didn't know that it could cover for all items.
