Excellent and speedy service at this small business that has been here for over 20 years! We spend about 30 minutes choosing colors for our frames and background for the cloth artwork. Elana was so helpful in the process by letting us play around with color combinations until we felt good about the choice. Her expertise was supportive to finding that right choice. Although coming here is slightly pricier than going to big store and getting a frame there, the experience and quality of the work is incomparable. based on excellent reviews I reached out via phone, two times, to ask if they could cut a piece of replacement glass for a previously framed piece. both times a woman on speakerphone with lots of background noise said something I wasn't unable able to understand and hung up on me. Yes I dialed the correct number, the caller id even has their name attached. Maybe they do excellent work as their reviews state, but If I can't speak to them, I wont be able to get that far. read more

This is the best framing business on the planet! No other framing house I've been to has come close to the turn around, quality, and selection of frames in Los Angeles. I'm an art and concert poster collector. I don't trust anyone else with my pieces which range from daily specials to museum archival framing when needed. They can rush if needed and have made my house look like a museum due to the quality. People ask me if I paid hundred of dollars, when in reality their prices are highly competitive to other places I've been to with greater quality and framing. If you need anything framed, this is the place to come get your pieces done. They're open until 6 p.m. so it's open late enough for me to drop off posters and such things off after work. I've driven by this place for many years, and I knew when the day would come, I'd go to them to give them my business. Fast forward to now, and I gave them 3 pieces to frame. The grand total was SO AFFORDABLE! The sizes were 24x34, 17x11, and 18x22. For the biggest piece, I got plexiglass on it for safety reasons. The other two are with glass. They have great options for framing, with many colors, designs and prices fit for any budget. The rep Martha was super helpful. I also like that she is bilingual. I can't wait to see the finished product and will post up pics when I can. For now, I'm definitely won over by their impeccable customer service skills, friendliness and options. I have been going to Frame Club for some time now and the are the absolute best. The offer everything from very inexpensive, basic custom framing that is practically the same price as an off the shelf frame you'd buy at Target, but then also offer super elaborate, high end framing at a cost that is a fraction of what you'd pay at other places, and do some of the best framing I've seen. I originally found them after going to probably 5-6 different frame shops throughout the Valley first and being disgusted by the prices I was quoted. I'm convinced they have the best prices for the best work in the city. I know for a fact that Aaron Brothers, Michaels, or any big retail chain place will quote you a price that is 3 to 5 times what Frame Club usually offers, and Frame Club will be better. Plus they have an absolute fantastic selection of frames and combinations. I've gotten some unbelievable framing jobs done here. Just so you know how good they are, they once did a float framing of a humongous 3X5 foot signed print, complete with color matching inset background matte, and then a highly intricate three inch frame. Seriously, it was such an incredible job, if I ever auctioned the piece, the framing alone would make it command a premium. Oh and they are incredibly nice and easy to deal with. Once, we couldn't find the time to pick up two pieces we got framed before we went away for 3 weeks, and they were totally cool and understanding. Do know, they have a massive variety of frames across all the available walls. Thousands probably which means you easily can get lost in selecting, but then also know that you can find the perfect one. Do know that because they carry a bunch of different lines of frames, you'll pick up two nearly identical frames, and one will be dirt cheap and the other will happen be 4 times as expensive. But they'll tell you what frame is inexpensive and what is expensive based on the wall you're looking at and you always know that it's because the supplier that one frame comes from is more pricey. You always get the sense you're getting a great value with them. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Let me count the ways I love Frame Club: - They offer custom poster-framing at less than half the cost of virtually every other framing place I've contacted. I was stunned. I'm so accustomed to astronomical quotes for frames! - They are friendly. When I dropped by on a Saturday, I had a great conversation with the owner about the different price points. She didn't try to upsell me on anything, and she shared a few comments about the history of the business. It's the type of chat I like having with local businesses. Plus, they helped carry the frames to my car. - They're all local. The owner has operated the place since 1982, and I'm pretty sure they get most of their materials from local businesses, which is how they've kept the prices so low. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) Those are just a few of the reasons Frame Club rocks. This is my go-to spot for framing for the foreseeable future. read more

Took several items here at once to be framed since it was suggested by Bargainsla.com. We ended up having to come back a few times, many more times than we expected, because: 1)The back of the frames did not end up as requested. 2)There was a visible scratch on on of the frames 3)One item got lost and then the frame store owner found it later. Each time, the store owner was very courteous about fixing the problem. She said if we ran into any future problems, like if we needed to take out the framed item for some reason, we could bring it in to be removed, and then placed back in later. We did not complain about several frame imperfections that looked like they were done during manufacturing. Conclusion: I've had better experiences at other framing stores. We really like the owner, who was very nice. read more

What can I say about Frame club? Amazing!! Alona is such a pro and really took the time with us and gave us a great deal too!! My wife wanted a bunch of stuff framed but we always thought the price would just be outrageous! Not at Frame Club! We had at least 10 prints custom framed- so many options to choose from - for about a third of what anyone else wit if charge. And the quality is outstanding. Not too long ago I had an oversized movie poster (40" by 60") both framed and later vacuum mounted on foam core and reframed in plexiglas at Frame Club USA after conferring with the owner Alona. At first, I was unhappy with the framing, because the poster wasn't laid down "flat" in the lower right hand corner, and it just didn't look right, but rather a bit crumpled up. Together with Alona, we were able to find a solution: mount the poster on foam core board before framing it. When I first dropped off the poster, I dealt with Alona's assistant Marta. I told Marta that I was concerned that the framed poster might not fit in the back of my car, and asked if they could deliver the poster to my home in the Hollywood area. Marta told me that would be no problem, and that this would be done at no charge. When it was time to pick up the poster, it turned out that the poster did not fit in my car. I asked Alona if she would drop off the poster for free, but she declined. After I told her what Marta had promised me, we were able to work out a deal. To her credit, Alona kept her word and personally delivered the poster to my home at no extra charge. read more

Frame Club has framed my original paintings, as well as prints. They also stretched and framed a loose canvas print I bought. Quality work. All options in glass, matting, and frame styles available. They also have very helpful and knowledgeable employees. I compared having a piece of art framed at Aaron Bros. with Frame Club - and saved over $80 using Frame Club. Only down side is limited parking, they're located on a very busy corner, so take your time navigating the intersection and either park on Sherman Way, or on Vineland. There is limited parking in back, but I recommend it only for small cars. read more

I LOVE this place. I would give this place 5 stars just based on price - you can get a piece professionally framed for the same amount as you would buy a crappy pre-made frame for. But when you add in all of the benefits of going here, Frame Club shines! They have a great selection of frames in all price ranges. The owner Alana is so personable and takes the time to learn about you and the rest of your art before recommending different options. Every piece I've had done there has turned out GREAT! Yes - it is a little tucked away in the valley. But it's freeway close so don't let your Valley-phobia stop you. It really is one of LA's best kept secrets. read more
