Absolutely amazing experience during the hardest time of my life and my son. Very professional, from the owner to the monitors. Very clean. The monitors are kind of and supportive of the parent - child relationship. They are in the background rather than intruding. The owner and monitors inform you where to meet when and how each week. This makes it very easy rather than scrolling through emails or texts. They two locations and several rooms to choose from. The center goes out of their way to make it inviting and warm with painted walls, plenty of games and toys so the financial burden is less on the parent. With Eric Frame (the owner) it is all about being in the moment with your child and enjoying that time - even when it's limited. He is very much in support of bringing positivity and simply following the order and rules. He makes it easy just to be - be there - with your child. The payments can be hard but it's also hard to place a price on time with your child. Frame offers Venmo (easier), Zelle at no extra fee, and Chime Bank (Stride) also send money directly through text. The sooner you pay and attend every visit, the sooner things change. I Do Not recommend this agency. They will determinate your supervised visits instead of confronting the problem. They will make up a determination later saying things that actually never happened during the visits. They are custodial parent side. Monserrat is a very young girl that rather lie to make up something and determinate your visits instead of confronting the problem against the other parent. they take the easy way out. Frame Visitation was great for me and my family. I had called close to 20 places in the greater Sacramento area and Frame was the only place that would accommodate professional supervised visits off site . This was a wonderful relief and although Frame offers office space where visits can be arranged with plenty of toys and activities which we did utilize periodically my kids are a little older 5 and 7 and really enjoyed being able to go offsite . Are supervisors were awesome they communicated very well with both myself and my daughters mom and would help confirm the plans I had for my kids to do offsite activities such as movies , trampoline parks , shopping , train ride etc. The supervisor would meet me at the Location prior to the kids arriving with their mom. The supervisors were professional but also very chill and good to hang out with . My kids really enjoyed our supervisors company and the supervisor was always kind , professional, considerate , and had compassion. I felt that she was very non biasis and treated both myself and my kids mom fairly. I would for sure recommend Frame visitation if you are in a position where you need supervision for visits this is a great place for sure. read more

Frame visitation did a great job of making the best out of a very difficult situation. They did a great job at keeping the kids safe, first and foremost. Almost as important, they provided an atmosphere that was warm and inviting for the kids to visit their mother. The girls loved that they would join in on the games rather than just being a sterile observer. Even six months later and they still talk about how much fun they had with Eric and Ashley. The organization was top notch and prevented me or my children from having to interact with their mother outside of the visits. They were communicative and kind. They started off ok... it was a little difficult scheduling the supervised exchanges because they toggled between the 2 locations and changed the times here and there also we would be at the facility before the monitor arrived most times.. Had an incident in which the monitor never responded so I was outside when the other party arrived when I let Eric know his response was the monitor is there and that he was busy at a wedding.. the exchange happened outside when the monitor finally came out and then she left us out there alone.. when I reported back to Eric he pretty much blamed me for not going inside when he texted me. Then wrote the report in such a manner to blame me as well instead of the non responsive monitor... he charged me 90 a report that I had to have him make corrective to every time gonna attach the report if I'm able read more

Eric helped me with a visit to see my son. Eric is a sweetheart. He's honest and affordable. What I liked the most about his service was that I could choose anywhere I wanted to have the visit. So I chose sun splash and we all 3 rode the water rides , went in the lazy river and rode the waves. We also checked out the arcade games. This was a birthday party visit with my son. When asking for visit notes I had to ask multiple times and continue reminding. I requested notes from Eric at one point which never were followed through with at all. Both him and his wife Ashley do not have children. His wife is currently pregnant and some behaviors from the children which have been existing, were expressed by Ashley herself to be a concern for how they are being parented at custodial parents house, after almost a year of visitation and right before setting up the process to return to court, all of a sudden she is too stressed out by my children's visits and gave me a termination letter. She states in the letter that no alternative agreement could be reached however she didn't even give me the opportunity to have a discussion with her in regards to what we could do differently to continue on till at least up to next court date. This unfortunately causes me to have to find another provider and spend enough time with them to establish a new understanding of the situation before returning to court. in turn only delaying the process. For anyone trying to fix a custody situation going with this visitation service might put you at risk for extended times of the orders being as they are with supervision. Just be cautious. Coming from a mother dealing with a nasty divorce and not needing additional drama to the situation, this last event has really been unfortunate with frame visitation after putting the length of time of trust in them that I did. read more

This is a job I would not want ! It seemed to me his job can be very difficult and stressful having multiple Mother's and Fathers pressing on you daily. Mr. Frame did everything I asked of him he's very kind and gentle person. My ex choose Frame Visitation for his supervised visits with our daughters and they were very receptive to our, and our daughter's, request for a female supervisor as well as location and times of the visits. Ashley was very responsive and kind during the visits to our girls and bonded with them over various things. Ashley made our daughters feel comfortable and at peace when rebuilding their relationship with their father. When it became cold they ended up renting a location and supplied several toys and games for the girls to play and helped provide a positive place to try and heal their relationship with their father. I am very pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone going though supervised visits. Frame Visitation is a light when you are in a dark place. Unfortunately, my husband was placed on supervised visitation with his 2 children from his first marriage. Only by the grace of God did we happen to find Frame visitation while desperately searching for a company to monitor our visits and of course this was during the holidays. Ashley Frame was professional, knowledgeable in Family Court procedures, and made this horrible time in our lives a little more tolerable. Frame visitation allows you to pick where you want your visits to take place. The first 2 visits were in a public place and then we were able to move them to our family home. Ashley always has the best interest of the child(ren) in mind and she knows how to handle all parties involved. There are no words to express how grateful we are to have found Ashley and Frame Visitation.
