Excuse the glare from my flash!

These guys are wonderful, detail oriented, great competitive pricing, and such a beautiful end result.

Got 4 frames done for my office. Referral from someone who used them for over 20 years. Amazing job...quick service. Couldn't ask for Better Bruce Truly the only place I will go for frames

We have used Nick twice this year. First he framed some sports memorabilia and it came out perfect. He also created some display cases for some custom Ukrainian eggs. It was all perfect. Prices was fair and service was phenomenal. Great value.

Extremely Disappointed - Worst Delivery and Customer Service Experience…read more I have never been so disappointed with a company. I ordered a sofa from Crate & Barrel almost three months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told delivery would take 4-6 weeks, but I ended up waiting nearly 12 weeks. After all that waiting, my delivery was finally scheduled for today. The driver called me and told me to open the gate. I explained that my address doesn't have a gate and that he was at the wrong house number. He simply said "OK." A few minutes later, I received a text saying my delivery had been canceled because I didn't open the door--which was completely false. I then spent three hours on hold trying to reach customer service, only to be told, "We're sorry," and that the earliest they could reschedule was next week. No real solution, no urgency, and no accountability. Because I trusted Crate & Barrel's delivery schedule, I took the day off work to be home. I had also arranged for another company to pick up my old furniture, so now I have no furniture at all. To make matters worse, I'm hosting a party tomorrow and now have to rent furniture because of Crate & Barrel's mistake. For a company that charges premium prices, I expected premium service. Instead, I experienced poor communication, a failed delivery caused by the driver's error, and customer service that showed no willingness to make things right. The lack of accountability and concern for customers is shocking. After waiting three months, this is how Crate & Barrel treats its customers. I will never shop here again and cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I was shopping for gifts for two of my favorite friends who happen to have their January birthdays one day apart. A group of us were meeting for a celebratory dinner, and I was on the hunt for a fun, unique gift for each of my pals. Though I gave the store a good walk-through, I didn't find anything that jumped out at me. I ended up settling for gift cards for each of them. One of the ladies Loves HG, so I knew she'd be happy to have a reason to go shopping. The other one doesn't need much in her home, but likes to have fun finds for their garden / patio, so that should work out well, too. Usually HG stores are very well merchandised and do displays that feature seasonal items, or different color schemes or themes. This location didn't have standout displays to catch my attention. It seemed a little unorganized. The line to check out was very long. Much longer than I'd have expected on a Tuesday afternoon. They could have used at least one or two more cashiers. Then the one younger woman who took care of me got confused on the gift cards and didn't know how much was on each one and had to get a supervisor. The amounts were different because I did have a smaller gift I'd ordered online for one of the friends. I didn't want to end up giving the wrong card to each birthday gal. It took even longer for her to find a supervisor who could help her. Overall, the visit didn't go very smoothly. I still love HomeGoods, just not this specific store based on the experience last week.

I love love Hobby Lobby, but they have a manager there that needs some serious management training…read more She is going to get them a law suit if she does not correct her ways, she is always up front & her name starts with a "V". I heard her say some stupid stuff for a manager, just after the Covid scare, "where is everyone getting their money from", because a Mexican family was buying a lot decorations for a party!. On another occasion during the day & the lines were long", doesn't anyone work anymore!. Just yesterday I had a $45 order, all I had was a hundred on me, the cashier asked if I had something smaller, I did not, she called "V" over & she asked the same question, I said NO, sorry. She said I would end up with a bunch of $1's, I said no problem, she came back with like 50 $1's & some $5's - she told the cashier, the RULE is you have to use the $1's first. Well the cashier did not listen to her & gave me $5's. As I was walking out, I swear she went into a victory dance. (Not knowing I got $5's instead of $1's) I am contacting corporate - that was the final straw. Really "Rule", she sounded stupid, that's the RULE. Imagine a manger behaving that way.

Not to single out this location…read more.. I seriously do not like Hobby Lobby, no matter the location. I will say the music was pleasant, the selection okay, and the store was clean, but they need to understand that they're missing out on certain communities of people. The first, us Neuro Spicy brained people/autistics. Not a single sign whatsoever on what's where, what's down the aisle, nothing. It becomes very overwhelming and stressful. The second group of people? Any and all with a bad neck. Not having signage, forces us to look down each and every aisle before going in it, causing someone like me with a birth defect and cervical instability to become very dizzy. Yes, I could have asked for help, but I chose to familiarize myself with the store. Not realizing years and years since I've been in one, they still don't have any signs at the end of their aisles. Is it laziness? I have no idea, but as a highly creative in many areas, I'm done with Hobby Lobby. As an art store, GET CREATIVE, and put up some signs.
