But ok. I'm back at the store and continue shopping I was told if I pay cash there would be a 10% discount. I paid with a $100 bill. My change would have included 25 cents. I was told they add up. So I wouldn't get it And that it was only a quarter. Well if it was only a quarter then give me my correct change It must mean something to someone. So who gets the quarter the dealers or the shop It's a sad day when people can tell me what's important to me. !!! Of course my friends and I will never go back. The world is changing very quickly.

Even if your brushes are dried out this stuff brings them back and it also easily removes paint etc. from your hands. And it's bio. I've tried to order it from Catskill AS but they won't order it saying that their supplier doesn't carry it. I CAN order it from Rhinebeck Art Supply in New Paltz and I do but Catskill is closer and I'd gladly get it from there when I purchase other items. I used to live in NYC and shopped at New York Central Art Supply and it was a pleasure and a great place. For an art supply store not to be able to order certain items is inexcusable. If you need it and it exists they should be able to order it. Bad business practice. If you are reading this try the stuff it's amazing. New Paltz will have it in the store in a couple of weeks. I had a relatively large Chinese calligraphy piece I wanted to frame. I gravitated toward simple black, but even from there, she showed me some subtly different options to choose from. She also helped me pick a lightweight glass that makes a big piece easier to hang without sacrificing quality. It was ready for me relatively quickly, and it looks great. I'd definitely come back for any framing needs. The store also has a lot of framed pieces for purchase, many with New Haven themes and others that were Japanese block print style.
