The inside has so much character, with Polaroids of friends, family, and customers lining the store, plus lenses, cameras, and film available to shop. They also do custom framing inside, or you can buy the frames they have up on the shelves. I dropped off my film and within two weeks I was getting a call that it was ready--it was super fast and all my pictures turned out great and not super expensive. I also love that you can ask them any questions regarding cameras, how to use them, or if you're just curious, and they are always ready to help out. 10/10 recommend supporting them instead of going to a chain

While I was deciding on frames, they were also helpful in trying to help me be price conscious. Unfortunately it was still really expensive, and that's why I've gone 3-stars. I had a thin, very basic metal frame (they did say wood would be cheaper), so it's hard to see how the value is there for what I paid.
