Got the order wrong three times. My Christmas gift (ordered in September) was finally ready in may...and it was wrong (again). Once it was finally corrected based on the drawing we do together, it also snapped in half after 2 months. Over 4k too. Sucks I had to pay another jeweler hundreds of dollars to repair his shitty work but that's how much I will never go back here.
