Easy one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with Uhaul. I have used uhaul multiple times with…read moreno issues, until today! Was given a price and then at check out, was told a MUCH larger price and when asked about the original price that was given by the employee, I was told "he is new, sorry about that, we cannot talk what he said as the pricing". When asking to speak to someone higher up, they LIED to the guy saying the the worker never said that, but then when I said they called him and asked and he verified he DID say that, then the higher up said we should have looked closer at our contract because the worker was new. Like, why would we do that if we asked?! Should we not be trusting the people working at Uhaul or believing what they say?! Just such an upsetting experience and disappointing interaction. No one can take accountability for their wrong quote given by their "new" employee. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I will tell every single person I know. This location is awful and uhaul is extremely disappointing!

When I call for help, they take care of it. I bought my own tank in addition to my leased tank, and they helped me get that organized. Recently I smelled propane outside my garage, and in the cold weather it got worse. I feared the garage regulator was bad. I called for help on a Friday afternoon. Service told me it's Friday afternoon, but I will try. She called me back that Justin would be there in an hour and a half. He was. Super kid, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Turns out my dielectric unions were loose on my regulator. He fixed that, explained in detail what he did, and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. I have always have felt safe that Ritchie has my back. All my neighbors use them. They also take care of the propane and diesel fuel for our snowmobile club. Good people. Mark

After an after-hours call to CHS, they expedited my order and on a Friday night sent out a truck to fill us up. The driver Jim was friendly and courteous. He said we would have run out of gas in 24 hours and the refill likely saved my pipes from freezing over the weekend. They easily could have told me to wait till Monday, but came through for us when we needed them the most. Highly recommended.

Including Sue driving to meet us at Kwik Trip to bring a jack for the trailer so we could get the tire off so we could limp it to their garage. At which point, Kevin put all of his other work to the side, moving stuff around to fit our trailer in his garage so he could work on it immediately. If I moved, I'd make sure my new service was with them. My neighbor signed on with them more recently and he bought his tank from them, I lease mine. Either way works out depending on your long range plan.

Sol I call the same day to see if they are coming out after a long pause the lady repays yes tomorrow. So she lied to me the next day I call back and ask of they are coming she says no.
