I had a great experience thanks to Reham in the kids section at Zara. She is always so friendly,…read morewelcoming, and has a beautiful smile. Every time I ask her for help, she is quick to assist and makes everything easier. It's also really nice to see an Arabic speaking employee there. For people who don't speak much English, she makes a big difference and helps a lot. Thank you, Reham, for your kindness and amazing service!

This was my first time ever visiting a Zara location, and it left a great first impression. I…read moredidn't quite know what to expect, but I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. The store at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. I appreciated how spacious and comfortable the layout felt, especially around the fitting rooms, which made shopping feel relaxed rather than overwhelming. Customer service truly stood out. One sales associate (whose name I unfortunately forgot, but I believe it started with an S or possibly a Z) was very patient, kind, and attentive. She picked out several items for me, walked with me to the dressing room, and stayed nearby organizing and putting away clothing so she could be available when I came out to show her what I was trying on. I never felt rushed, and she really took her time to help me feel confident in my choices. I'd also like to recognize Celine, who offered a few helpful styling suggestions as well. Because of the excellent service from both associates, I ended up purchasing several outfits. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I'll absolutely be returning. Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a memorable first visit.

Unfortunately, my experience this morning was far from what I had hoped for. As I was shopping, two employees hovered closely and circled around me multiple times, fixating on my hands and arms without offering any assistance or even a shopping basket despite a few items in my hands that I was fully intending to purchase. I had my personal bag over my arm and was taking photos to share with my mom, who was also interested in purchasing items as well. Being scrutinized like this felt invasive and unsettling, especially when other shoppers in the store seemed to shop freely with their personal bags, totes, and strollers. When I questioned if there was an issue after circling around me not once, but 4 times, the 2 female employees acted confused, but their behavior was unmistakably targeted. Seeing that similar reviews from a year ago highlight the same issue, it is clear nothing has changed. This pattern of behavior feels like an enabling of racial profiling, which is deeply disappointing, particularly when the store is aiming to celebrate and promote culture through their World Cup merchandise and LA Dodger gear. As a Latina, I had simply hoped for a welcoming and appreciative shopping experience but left feeling upset and excluded. I hope this review encourages The Grove to reflect on their staff training and work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all customers. Sharing this experience with the POC communities and on social media could help advocate for the necessary change.
