ive eaten here three times and two out of three had burnt pizza on the bottom. its black on the bottom and taste burned. I also wanted to use a credit card but they had a 7$7 min and i had only two slices that totaled to 4.60. i said well add another slice on and he said it still wont be 7, it will only be 6 something. if two slices is 460, im assuming their each 2.30, a third sslice would total 6.90 and they couldnt swipe my card for ten cents? Just moved to the area this pizza place is located next to the shoprite so I stopped in ordered a pizza staff was friendly knew what I ordered by my name. The red sauce was amazing you can taste that it is homemade also the crust is a perfect golden brown not burnt at all or under cooked just right I'm not a crust eater but I finish the whole thing. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for pizza in the area ! read more

Francescas is absolutely standout from the many subpar Italian restaurants in the south jersey area. The pizza is incredible, the entrees are amazing, and the wings are simply to die for. I LOVE this place! I used to go to Angelo's until I discovered Francesca's. I can't believe I'm the first one to write a review on here about it. Anyway, their pizza reminds me of NYC pizza. The sauce is perfect, and they put lots of cheese! I have yet to try their other dishes because I always want their pizza. Anyway, for those in the area, you definitely have to try it out. They also have a 15% coupon that is great for bigger orders (I think you have to spend more than $20). Definitely check it out! read more

I've been here many times, as its convenient to my child's studio. Sometimes, I have a salad, which is tasty, but overpriced. Most times, I just get my child a couple of slices (not inexpensive) and move on. I can't critique other foods because this restaurant is NOT special diet-friendly. At. All. There is no effort to accommodate gluten-free diners or those with food allergies. And based on multiple interactions, I feel that they carry lack of accommodation as a badge of honor. Today, I had the audacity to ask 'what type of cheese' they put on their fries, as I placed a to-go order for a family member. Well, I was mocked by the cashier. Not to my face, mind you, but unapologetically in view and in hearing distance of me and other customers. A guy behind the counter, saw me watching the act she put on, and instead of apologizing, rudely demanded to know why I was standing there. (Um, I was just waiting for the to-go order.) Also, I separately ordered slices for my child, before the to-go order. In neither case did the cashier exhibit basic manners. No 'thank you' or 'have a nice day' expressed all all, when I paid for each order nor when I was handed each order. And that lack of manners is pretty consistent among my multiple visits. Now, diners that don't need a special diet may not care that people like me are not accommodated, but do you really want to patronize a business that shows such a lack of respect or appreciation for people, especially a regular customer? I don't care what the food is like, if the staff and management resort to antagonizing customers, and otherwise treating people like garbage, a restaurant does not get my continued repeat business. We will be going to another nearby pizza place from now on. read more

I wish I had the energy to go on and on about how unbelievably rude the person who took my order on the phone was. I am visiting this area and I will tell you that although I did enjoy their wings, I will NEVER order from here again. I get it, you are busy and have lots to do at 2:00pm on a Tuesday ( sarcasm) but taking my order to contribute to your business shouldn't be something you're too busy for. The best ever of everthing!! the pizza is my son;'s favorite, while my husband and I love their dinners from Lasagna to Chicken to Veal to Pasta. The favorite is the meat sauce, it is so good over the penne!! Kudos to Frank and Gus ! read more

Pizza is tasty but the bottom crust could be crispier. The insides of the steaks and hoagies are delicious but the rolls are bland and wimpy, kinda like cheap generic white bread. Please get a better baker. read more

Francesca's is the by far the best pizza I've ever had! Tastes like it's straight from New York! Nothing but a good environment and nice people as soon as you walk through the door! I live close by where there are TONS of pizzerias and little Italian restaurants. So when someone chooses your business in a town where the competition is plentiful, you should be nice to your customers. I have ordered lunch during the day and get nothing but a huge miserable attitude from whoever is behind the counter. I order dinner and get the same rudeness from he phone girl. They do not even say goodbye or thank you when hanging up the phone. I gave two stars because they do have good food (not as good as Mama's up the road, but good). But their attitude stinks. I've tried to give them more chances. But I'm done. And it's a shame because I have a job where I'm able to recommend places like this to new residents of mount Laurel. No more. This pizza was excellent but the customer service was the worst. The guy who took the money had deragatory terms that he used for homosexuals and continued to be backed with his colleagues about "walking straight" with the pizza and that they are from New York Astoria and he knew more than I did about pizza. They guy was short, buzz cut and very disrespectful, but made it clear that there's nothing I could do because i asked for a side of garlic powder and reiterated that he ran the business and was from New York and that if we wanted extra pepper flakes we were not from NY and that we could take our "gay term " back.
