This place continues to hold up over the years with their quality, taste, and well priced food. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal from Francesco's. It's my go to for pasta or pan pizza. I always get the Fettuccine Alfredo with breaded chicken that comes with a side of bread and butter. It makes the best leftovers, too. They also have great fries here and the BEST ranch. It's a pretty small place, so I typically get take out here. Usually takes about 20 mins and it's always hot. All the food in this picture came out to be about $35. All of my reviews are written from a vegan, Vegetarian and omnivore point of view. Fortunately, I do not have to write from a gluten-free (Celiac) point of view. view. Francesco's would be a 2-star review, however the young servers were so friendly, humorous and checked in in on us often. Omnivores have a wide selection here. Vegetarians have a pretty good selection. Vegans have zero. I am especially upset that this place refused to make a pizza for me with the vegan cheese, in sealed packaging that I had brought. Every other pizza place I have gone has done it. Francesco's said it was a "liability issue." These days, many pizza joints offer vegan cheese! read more

I would affectionately call this "dorm room pizza." It's just basic - nothing special. I liked the sauce, but thought the cheese was just average and I didn't care for the crust. The very odd thing is that when I reheated the pizza, the crust became softer and tasted better than when I ate it fresh. I've tried them a few more times in the recent past and enjoyed some items more than others. I tried the cheesy beef on garlic bread and felt it was very mediocre and a little skimpy on the beef. I do like their cheese sticks, side salads and sausage pizza slices. I tried their double dough pizza with sausage, mushrooms and onions tonight. Other than the fact that I would really prefer thin strands of onion over the square chunks that they use, I have to say this pizza was the best item I have ever had from them. Our favorite pizza place in this neighborhood. Ordering from them for 10+ years now. Not super greasy, enough cheese to be delicious and the sauce was approved by my picky husband. The breadsticks are yummy and we always order sides of alfredo for dipping sauce instead of marinara. Tons of appetizers; we've tried the entire appetizer menu, of which there are many, many options. The menu itself is big and I LOVE that they do quarters with any kind of sauce combo. If I want ranch on a quarter, they warn me it will overlap, but they'll do it. Make sure to grab your free bottle of soda or other drink on the way out with a large pizza order. Not much room to sit inside, but for 2-3 ppl, it would be ok. Oh - one more thing; when I didn't want pizza and ordered something else, it was always one of two things - the Chicken Limon or the Cheesesteak sandwich on garlic bread. YUM! read more

Ive been here quite a few times for the lunch slices of pizza. This happened more than a couple if times so now it bothers me. At first I thought I was imagining things but not the case. So here we go . I walk in point to the nice fresh pizza in the glass case. The whole pizza goes into the backroom and the slices that come back out are just a way bit older. Like really older. Francesco's Brothers Pizzeria is a small local pizza place that's low on prices and big on taste. We ordered two large pizzas for take out. And surprisingly we only had to pay $30 after a coupon which I always suggest checking online for. The pizza had a great tasty crust and freshly made tomatoe sauce with an overload of the pepperoni topping. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars instead of 4 is due to the interior. I love pizza places that are sit down, and realistically I couldn't imagine sitting down here to eat. This is strictly take out spot. In our Great Pizza Quest, I have determined that honestly... not much differentiates most of these places. Most of the pizza we've tried, especially among thin crust, has very subtle differences at best. That said, nothing really stood out about our thin crust cheese. It even came in the same "Italian Pizza" box as half of the others. It honestly wasn't that good. It wasn't awful, either -- just sorta meh. The one thing that did stand out was the nice sprinkling of herbs and parmesan on top of the pizza. A nice touch. But it wasn't enough to save it from the depths of mediocrity. The cheese was decent, enough of it and not much "all comes off in your mouth" syndrome, although it also didn't have a whole lot of flavor, and it started sticking to the box. The sauce was pretty good, probably the best part. And the crust was pretty meh, with a floury taste and not much flavor, nor pleasant crispiness around the edges. They have a full menu, which includes goofy pictures of hamburgers with lackluster tomatoes (if you're going this route, get a food stylist?), but I don't think we'll be in any hurry to go back... read more

I ordered delivery, Thin crust pizza, Mozz sticks. Delivery took about an hour as stated, delivery driver was nice. The pizza actually was alright, sauce wasn't too harsh and the toppings were decent. The mozzarella sticks were pretty bad. there's no nice way to put it, they were a little undercooked and the oil in the fryer was definitely overdue to be changed. In a word, Francesco Brothers was disappointing. When you open a pizza box and see that they took the little extra time to add a liberal amount of Italian seasonings, something most places don't do, you expect something really special. Instead what we got was something painfully mediocre. It's not terrible, by any stretch, hence the 3-star review. The 2 and 1 star reviews are for things I truly feel are bad. This wasn't bad, it was just a lot of wasted potential. Overall it was very soft. There was no crispiness to the crust or on the other end of the spectrum, any delightful doughiness. It was just there, lacking any pleasant texture. The cheese, while tasty - especially with the added herbs - felt slightly undercooked. Not dangerously so, just like it was just good enough so they figured what the hell. A few extra minutes, the cheese would have gotten brown and crisp in places and just tasted a whole lot better. The one thing that was consistently good was the sauce. It was savory with just a touch of sweetness. I really enjoyed it. The service there was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary, but they were plenty friendly. I just wish there were a few tweaks to the pizza. The various parts are decent enough, but they need more work to make the whole something far more than the sum of those parts. read more

Pizza was good and I liked the thin crust pizza, Chicken Vesuvio and the Pork Piccata (with capers) were good but not appealing looking and the vegtables were under cooked. Garlic Breadsticks were better then the others. I like the pizza a little better than MaMa Maria's and White Cottage. The Vesuvio and Piccata also, little better sauce.
