We had heard about this place through friends and decided to cater from here for our friends get together. We talked to the owner Mona about our order. Mona was very nice in explaining all food options to us and giving recommendations. We have few kids with food allergies so she made sure what we ordered was safe. We got several different fusion pizzas which included Brushetta pizza, Tostada pizza, Pau bhai pizza, and paneer Tikka pizza. Mona was really nice where she delivered the pizza herself to make sure there was no mess up. She also gave Samosa chaat pizza to try which was great as it turned out to be our favorite. Overall all food was very delicious but we truly loved the Samosa chaat and Tostada pizza the best. They were very flavorful. Paneer pizza was a bit dry, but the brushetta pizza had a lot of fresh tomatoes. Overall it was really good food and we will cater from them again. I'm done giving these guys the benefit of the doubt; not going back. Not sure how good their pizza is, but invariably when I order online for lunch between 10:45am to 10:50 am, I show up at 11:10 to 11:15am, nearly 30 minutes later my order hasn't been touched. It's not like there is a stampede at that the door at that time of day, very few customers. 1. My last order before this one, I ordered the chicken parm dinner with penne, and they called me back to cancel my order and credit my debit card because they were out of chicken and pasta. I went elsewhere. 2. Today, same thing, had to wait an extra 10 minutes with no one in the store. I ordered the turkey / bacon salad, and a hot dog meal that comes with fries and a 16oz drink. Apparently, they took the fountain machine offline, so there is only 12oz cans. Fine give me a can instead. 3. Got back to the office as I only have 45 minutes and the food was gross. The turkey bacon salad was only made with crumbled bac-0 bacon, and there was no turkey whatsoever in the salad. 4. I could have gotten a better hot dog at the gas station or 7-11. This thing was 2-day old rubber weenie, pencil thin, chewy and dried out, on a stale bun. I'm not sure what happened to this place, but it's gone downhill fast since the beginning of the year. Casino Pizza has some really flavorful pizzas, but the overall experience was mixed. Our order took over an hour for just three pizzas, and the service was slow throughout. They also got part of our order wrong -- we received jalapeño poppers instead of the mac and cheese bites we ordered. We tried the Chili Paneer Pizza, Falafel Pizza (which was super dry), and the Manchurian Pizza. Their food is SO good! They are under new ownership as of VERY recently. Yesh and his wife have done an amazing job of improving the place and the food. They are so sweet and get everything out quick and hot! I went in to pick up a pizza last week and everything was amazing. We had the Tikka chicken pizza. It was the perfect chicken tikka taste with crisp crust and delicious seasonings. I have never had chicken Tikka on pizza and it was so amazing. I am hoping they open a location in the city soon! I would love to be able to get my food delivered in Chicago. read more

Terrible service. Made an online order almost $100 worth of pizza for a party. Used the pick option. Paid for it and got texts and email about it ordered. And a pickup time. Arrived. They said they never got it. I showed them the order l, receipts and they did not care. He was very annoyed I still wanted to order pizza. Then told me he would make it after phone calls and then told me 50 minutes. Told him I would return since we paid on line. Went back 45 minutes later and he did not make the order. Ordered online and I think there was a mix up either my end or theirs but initially wanted a whole pepperoni with giardiniera/sausage on half of it and ended up getting 2 pizzas but not mad about it. Used to get pizza from here all the time back in high school, glad to see it hasn't changed! Garlic bread and Mac and cheese bite were okay but nothing to rave about. This place was probably the worst pizza I have every had in my life and I have pizza pretty much at least once a week. The person behind the counter could not understand me at all. I had to point on the ONLY MENU IN THE WHOLE STORE what I had wanted and after I pointed, she asked me two more times. The place only had one menu and it had illegible scribbles on it. Turns out the awful handwriting said "old menu" but never had a updated menu. I was overcharged and when checking out I told him how could I have know about the change since I just walked in and he said I should have looked online for the updated menu. I told him why didn't you just print out a updated menu for your customers and he said he printed out to many of the old menus... The pizza was inedible. The only thing that was good was the crust. TLDR: do not waste your money and make sure to look at the hiked up prices online since there is no updated menu in the place. Also the people who work there are very unpleasant. read more

Came here a few weeks ago and the pizza was great. Today at 6:30 maybe because it's been out since yesterday or all day it was all dried up. I live pretty close to this place and it has been around forever but has changed ownership throughout the years. I always have seemed to avoid it due to the poor Yelp reviews it gets. Anyway, have stopped in twice to get a slice and drink special that they have which costs $4.50 with the tax. On the slices, they have quite a few varieties to choose from and the slice is a nice size. As to the flavor, it was OK. Not great but definitely better than the reviews that were posted. Crust was decent, toppings were decent, but they could definitely use more sauce. I would overall rate their slice as a 2.5 or 3 but will give them a 3 since they are an independent business which always gets the higher mark over a chain place such as Domino's, Papa Johns, etc., etc. which I just cant take seriously about pizza. First of all, stale bread is still stale bread if when it's toasted. I got a meatball sub with shrooms and onion. I witnessed the meatballs coming out of the microwave then put in the fryer. I should have walked out the door right then, but I was on my way to work and was hungry. Then I see the guy put my mushrooms in the fryer as well! Thinking to myself, this should be interesting. Wow! My first bite was my last. It was uneatable. Just disgusting. I hope the owners read this. Shame on you for calling yourself "Italian" food. Simply horrible. Our family was in town for college graduation, so I decided to bring my 20yr old son and daughter to try their first ever Panzerotti. They were blown away! So was I. The dough was next-level perfect. I usually order online to have it delivered for lunch. Their baked Spinach Ravioli is my fave. So far. I enjoy it most without the mozzarella melted cheese that it usually comes with. Their pizza puffs are good too and their tossed salad is abundant in fresh ingredients. I didn't enjoy their grilled chicken as much. It was dripping with bbq sauce and mayo. Just too much sauce. I stopped here today with my fiance and it was absolutely amazing! If you are a vegetarian, looking for honest people to serve you food, come here. There are quite a few vegetarian items on the menu, and the owners are vegetarians too. They cut their vegetarian pizza with different knives than they do with the meat pizzas! Sweet! Casino's Pizza is a great pizzeeia! Pizza taste way better fresh but other then that its fantastic and the cheese fries are great as well, I'm stuck on them. I recommend trying a slice or any other item on there menu. The people there always do you good, sometimes they offer you food on the house which is very generous and there employees are easy to talk to and tend to be nice an respectful. I went for the first time to try out this place. As I ordered the older Indian or other ethnicity she is takes my order and touches the slices with her bare hands, keep in mind she didn't bother washing them or anything so I let the other person pay for his food first. He paid cash she touched the money goes to the oven touches my slice with out washing her hands and gives it to me. I was already disgusted so then I stop and watch her as she goes to the kitchen grabs a hand full of cheese and throws it in a big pot. I asked her why she never washed her hands or anything after touching the food and still had the nerve to lie to me and says she did and that that food was "for her" after I was watching the hole time. The owner is a very nice lady, but outside of her the one guy that is always in there is lacking in customer service standards. I was in there last week and the i asked for a slice of sausage pizza, he proceeds to give me cheese. So i told him that i asked for sausage, he then argues me up and down about if i said sausage or cheese. At that point i had lost interest in the pizza, but had already swiped my card and paid for it.Now the issue i have with the restaurant as a whole is: If i am buying just a slice of pizza which is $3.70 with a can pop, there is no reason why i can't swipe my credit card for that amount. We tried ordering from this place a few weeks ago, the woman was pretty rude and hard to understand. I mentioned that I was doing pick up and she said, "good because we don't deliver to Naperville." I don't live in Naperville and told her this. She repeated that they don't deliver there. Okay so I tried to order a pan pizza and was informed that it would be a 45 minute wait. Seriously! I said no thanks. Tonight we tried ordering again and took into account the time frame needed. The pizza was ready when it was suppose to be and it is huge and heavy. Yes, there is plenty of cheese, but few toppings, maybe five pieces of sausage on each slice. The crust is way too thick and tasteless. The sauce is runny and also tasteless. The sauce and toppings are very juicy and will run out of the box and onto your car seat!!! We ordered a 14" pan, ate three slices and the rest went into the trash.
