After looking into Francis Collision, I decided to go with them. All the staff I delt with were polite and friendly. The completion of work was quick which was much appreciated as I was going on a vacation and was worried my car would still be at the shop while I was away. The quality of work is superb my rear bumper is ever so slightly off in color, but I was informed of this during the initial inspection. The explained in great detail what was going to be done to my vehicle to repair it and most importantly, kept in CONSTANT communication throughout the process on practically a daily basis. my insurance company recommended this place,i looked at reviews and thought it was be ok to have them do the work. My car was towed it took them 3 days after the initial tow to provide an estimate for repairs. My insurance provide a car rental so no big deal right? wrong. This company has a lot of foot traffic so they take long toorepair. I finally got my car fixed i had to extend my car rental because it wasn't done on time it was estimated the 27th i didn't get my car until two weeks after. My out of pocket fees for my car rental was 400 plus. Finally picked up my car it LOOKED repaired but after a few days my fender started to bludg. I had to take days off sit in the wait room from 3-4 hours waiting they know for certain time is money but it only matters if it's their money i feel as if this company provides low quality work rushed work and completely takes advantage of insurance companies. I would not recommend this place because of their nonchalance attitude about their customers time. They do everything slow so if you come here be prepared to wait. Be prepared not to have your car done on time. Be prepared to deal with rude front counter women who sit in one spot all day so why would they care you took a day off to handle a mistake made by their company it doesn't take away from them! this company just has super poor timing just know everything is gonna be delayed just know their gonna charge your insurance up the hoo ha for repairs the max they can take it they will! they let your know they are using used parts but your just so desperate to get work done to get your car back you really don't have time to think of the trouble you will encounter having used parts as replacement parts after an accident! you will need to return, censors will be off, body work will start to wear off. but they don't care they did the work it looked good the day you pick it up but beware down the road you will find something off you will have to Take days off you will loose money giving them your business. read more

WOW, out of the last 6 months, 50% of the reviews have 1 star! I needed my car repaired, on and accident that wasn't my fault. I told my insurance agent that I wanted to use Francis, their response was good luck. I should have listened. Went to their office talked to the two ladies at the front desk. They said the process was to email in the insurance paperwork. They gave me and email address, and Kevin's card. Sent it in, a week later, nothing. Called their office, explained to the gal that answered the phone why I'm calling. Asked for the name, had to spell it to her 5 times. After about 10 minutes she said " I'm new here, I will have someone call you". Now after 2 weeks nothing. I went to another shop by them and the car is already being work on. Time spent on paperwork 2 days. Can't tell you what kind of work they do, but I can tell you, they are not very responsive. Poor Customer Service! read more
