Well I got along with everyone at this clinic, I made them all masks and everything. When I got my last pain injection I had a headache for 2 weeks straight, no breaks in the pain. Then my blood pressure shot up and I had a seizure, which I've never had before. When asking Dr. Provenza, of course he denied doing anything wrong. Well since I confronted him with my problems and concerns, he "discharged" me for inappropriate behavior. This here proofs his wrongdoing to me. Found this out today and now that he has passed away, he can't justify his actions and lie about my "behavior" He wasn't the only shady doctor there, they fired the other one that was prescribing medication that actually helped me instead of covering the pain. If you want pain meds and don't want to fix your pain, this is the place to go, they give it out like candy.

They recently moved from Madison Avenue to E. Countyline Rd, in Greenwood located conveniently across the street from the new Costco. They are part of the Franciscan Physician Group. Note their new name is now Madison Family Medicine (previous name was Madison Avenue Family Practice). I paid a recent wellness visit to my primary care physician, Dr. Shelley Stiner, DO, who practices at this facility. Upon arriving at their beautiful new location, I found the facility to have a large waiting area with plenty of seating, magazines and flat screen TVs to enjoy while waiting for my appointment. The staff has always been very friendly from the front desk to the nursing assistants. Dr. Stiner always listens carefully to my concerns and offers healthy alternatives to prescriptions where possible. She is very pleasant and professional. I have always had short wait times on all of my visits and scheduling for appointments or a referral has been very easy when working with their office staff. Lastly, I love their "My Chart", web portal....you can schedule appointments see your past visits, Billings, request a prescription refill and various other things related to your healthcare experiences. They have an excellent response time to their emails that have been submitted to this portal. After each visit I receive an emailed survey of my most recent visit to complete if I choose to do so. I have always seen Dr. Stiner, but I believe they have at least one nurse practitioner and possibly more and other doctors available. For this large of facility I'm sure they have to have other physicians, but I don't have that information. Actually as I was walking out the door I saw sign for a new physician. (See photo attached) If you are ever in need of a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, I highly recommend giving Dr. Stiner a try if she is accepting new patients. I have been with her for approximately 1 1/2 years due to my doctor retiring and wanting to try a DO for my healthcare needs. Due to her high demand, I had to wait initially about six months until she was able to accept a new patient. (I had to keep calling every so often to see if they were accepting new patients). I hit it lucky I guess and on one call was told she was taking on new patients. At this point in time, I'm very happy with their services and the new location of this practice. Review #28 08/11/16

I encountered Dr. Vallabhaneni during my recent hospitalization at St. Francis Hospital, part of…read morethe Franciscan Health System. Dr. Vallabhaneni, who often goes by the abbreviated "Dr. V," was part of my inpatient team of doctors treating a variety of concerns and served as my internal medicine doctor during the majority of my stay until it changed in the last 3-4 days - I believe she was headed on vacation and, as such, my last few days were actually under a different physician. Dr. V is part of the practice of Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants, a Greenwood-based practice that seems to primarily work through Franciscan. I have not dealt with them in terms of outpatient and my entire experience with Dr. V was during my inpatient stay. You could tell that Dr. V has the respect of the staff of the unit where I was treated, which was 4 South in the Cardiac Center. Staff members were quick to compliment both her knowledge and bedside manner. They correctly predicted that I would appreciate her as I am big on customer service and communication, both areas in which Dr. V would prove to excel. Dr. V visited my unit daily - most often in the mid-to-late morning hours. She was serious, yet always smiled and I was constantly impressed with her willingness to take the time to explain concerns, test results, diagnostic concerns, and any new or unresolved issues. She didn't just tell you things, but she ensured that you actually understood what she was telling you and what it meant for you and your care. She was, by far, the most communicative of the physicians who worked on my case and she had a way of communicating that made me feel like she was listening to me and that I was in good hands with her. I also appreciated that she had a very even-keeled demeanor. She would talk about serious issues, but she didn't do so in a way that panicked you. You took her seriously, but she made you feel safe in her care. I was also impressed that she was aware of my financial concerns. While I'm insured, as a person with a disability I have in the past experienced severe financial distress because of my health and she understood this and made sure to always let me know that the team was making sure that anything ordered was actually approved by insurance. I didn't have to ask her about these concerns - she understood they were there and addressed them upfront. Again, she worked very naturally to keep me calm and engaged in my recovery from a serious illness. I was disappointed when Dr. V left my case as it felt like the quality of my internal medicine care did drop and I didn't get the quality level of communication from the replacement physician. Dr. V is simply an absolute gem - she's incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to communicate that knowledge in a way that is simple, user-friendly, and accessible. She's compassionate, personable, and very interactive. She takes the time needed to listen, understand concerns, and explain her own concerns. While I don't live near Greenwood, she's definitely a doctor I would return to again and I really appreciated her compassionate, knowledgeable care as I dealt with serious health issues. She provided quality care in a way that made me feel safer and less anxious about the entire ordeal.

I have been coming here for a number of years and Dr. Miller is a great doctor and his nurses are fantastic. The clinic here also does blood draws and all the testing needed, so it can be a one stop shop and I appreciate that. They open at seven in the morning, so if you need an early appointment, they are available.

What I noticed most about the waiting area is that there were no toys, play areas or even televisions. This is one of the first places though, that I actually was present while they sanitized the waiting area. The staff there was very nice, from top to bottom. I am a very punctual person and one of my main gripes with the place was that I was not called back until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I understand that things happen, but I like to stick to my schedule. Outside of not meeting my appointment time, this is a great place to bring your child. It is easy to get in and out of and my kid is very comfortable here.

They do not provide behavior mental health services they referred us to Riley. However, at my son's Physical every year, they ask questions about medication that he's on and how things are going. And then consistently charge us an additional charge. Whereas they do give us paperwork stating that if he is seen for anything "additional" that is not the physical at that appointment, we will be charged for it, they do ask questions that lead you down a path. I'm not sure how they expect me to answer questions on his overall well-being and medication's that he's on and not be transparent about behavior mental health as well. Overall, the office staff has always been great, but they have no problem charging you for things that might be ethically questionable.

I had called my family doctor's office near Greenwood to see if I could schedule an appointment with the doctor, but when told she was on vacation until the next week, I was referred to this location as an alternative to waiting for my doctor to return to practice. The office even went ahead and secured a visit time the next morning for me to get my congested sinus problem looked at. Located just west of the hospital in Franklin in the Professsionals building which is clearly marked with the address to identify it as being separate from the hospital, my wife dropped me off at the entrance and I was cleared through Covid protocols and soon headed back to the check in location. I identified myself and was asked to wait for just a few minutes. I was pleased that the Dr I was told who would be helping me greeted me and I was taken back to a room. Because it was quickly determined that I was basically having sinus problems and some hearing loss due to allergies, no infection was detected, one of the assistant staff walked me through using an ear cleaning procedure (Just to eliminate any possible contributors to the hearing loss) which helped. I was also told how to use inhalers properly (not like I had been taught as a kid) and given notice that I would have some prescriptions at my local pharmacy to pick up to manage my reactions to the allergies. I was in and out in a very timely manner. The prescriptions were already called in and were being filled by the time I got back to my local pharmacy. Everyone I dealt with was upbeat and helpful. I wish all clinic and hospital visits were this efficient. One of the best if not THE best check in and processing I've experienced. Despite the troubles that many places are having during the pandemic, FP of JC is a beacon of how things should work. I am already noticing improvements after just one day. No problems using the tools they suggested for ear and sinus maintenance and I got a great night's sleep. I have a follow up scheduled in 2 weeks just to be sure there are no problems lingering and no signs of infection as well. I appreciate their working to fit me into their schedule on such a short notice for something that probably wasn't critical in nature. Thanks to all the folks who helped me.
