One such claim was 20+ hours to get two vendor bids and one of those was via email. It was a simple project that the average person could obtain in under an hour with two emails and or two phone calls. Instead of collaborating or working towards solutions, this company came up with excuses and made no attempts to work things out. Friendly representatives but didn't provide what was paid for and despite ample opportunities made zero attempts to make things right.

This is my review for your company and my follow up (as a separate individual) to Arman's review…read more(since I don't have the opportunity to reply to your reply) First off that room in the garage was already existing when we we moved into that house, the owners would have knowledge of this if anyone had done a walk through when we moved in (2010) I am also aware you were not the property manager for 11.5 years that we lived there, however you came into position the 12th and last year. That being said you mentioning that your only regret is that our new landlord didn't call you and check when we moved is ridiculous considering you managed the property for a whole 6 months out of the 12 years we lived there being "exceptional" (per the owners email correspondence) tenants. There were no issues with our tenancy except for the fact the owners didn't know how to communicate that they wanted to raise the rent. However all they needed to do was let us know. We paid on time every month and even paid for services and repairs that the owner was 100% responsible for. Fortunately for us, we didn't need your recommendation when we moved as we now currently own. As for my review of your company it's very clear you left that house vacant for over 5 months after we left which makes it obvious the owners lost significant money because of your poor management. You are a very rude individual to tenants and I would recommend anyone seeking property management to look elsewhere as it looks as if you bought into the franchise rather recently with little to no property management experience.
