The pizza is so so so good and their attitude is so good every time I go in there I ask for the deals and they are so kind

Pizza is so delicious I love all their foods & goodies. Service is always quick and nice. Restaurant is clean and nice.

Just a heads up, don't give me wrong. I love Franco's pizza but it is raced our prices. I think now a large is like 2197 hard together and eat anymore used to you could go there and eat for under $20 now it's over $20 to eat there. I know that I know the owner. He's a good guy him and Franco his father built that best is up from the ground up the very good place to eat but for me I can't afford together and eat anymore and I just went there yesterday to eat and it was $18 and some change for pizza now it's $21 and 97.$1.97 I believe the prices keep going up everywhere. People is gonna have to start cooking their own own food at home so hope just don't discourage nobody from going here eating but I gotta I gotta lay off quit going here so much cause I can't I can afford it but I think a pizza should not be over $20. I'm very disappointed I always order from y'all but just so happened tonight. I did not go in I hade surgery and I sent My Husband to go pick the food up over the phone but lower the hole after I paid $30 some dollars for the pizza the bottom of it was burnt the top of it burnt. I'm very disappointed. I went there yesterday after many years. Here's my point of view. 1. The staff aren't friendly, especially the main cook...he was rude when it came to having a food allergy. 2. It's expensive and they don't put much food in the bread, meaning it was a skimpy Philly cheese-stake. 3. Their sanitary in grade is in the low 90's, wish I saw that prior to ordering. 4. not sure about their pizza by the slice, it looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while. Not my favorite at all nothing was satisfying at all we ended up taking almost everything to go not what I will say is if they had cooked the pizza longer it will have been a lot better than what it was we got home after driving 3 hour back home and put it in the over for about 20 minutes at 375 and boom it was 10 times better or I was just hungry read more

Great food great prices. Pizza is huge and delicious. Lasagna and chicken parmigiana is equally as good.

I've tried other pizza joints in whiteville and they weren't up to par but i came upon Franco's and their pizza was out of this world I'm glad i found this place and will be going back and their fried mushrooms were lite and very tasty read more

As someone else mentioned; really bad attitude especially for the lone, seemingly overwhelmed, order-taker. Although the mexican cooks happily enjoy their favorite native music at full volume while laughing and joking among themselves. They are raising prices so fast they can't print menus to keep up, they just post a note saying prices have gone up. Pizza slices waiting under the food light may be fresh or they may have been there all day. Like roulette, you take your chances at Francos. No matter what you order, other than pizza, it seems slightly oily although the portions are about right and the food is fully cooked and reasonably well presented. Sadly, the speed of preparation has not risen as fast as their prices. Its location makes it convenient when traveling but I could not recommend it if you are on any sort of schedule. Be prepared to wait quite awhile for dine-in and, do not, repeat, do not place a to-go order. Our family members have been given the completely wrong order more often than the correct to-go order for several years. (IF you find the error before leaving, you can wait again while they try to prepare the correct order.) This led one of our younger members to say Francos is like a gumball machine, you put your money in and you never know what will pop out. read more

While the chicken Alfredo can be heavy on oil it's divine. I love that you can get pizza slices while you're waiting too. Ive always ordered to go but I know they've expanded dine in. Service as of late has been incredibly kind and has a very small town vibe in the best way. Francos is kind of a staple of Whiteville now and I'm glad for that. Okay place wasn't anything fancy at all. You order at the counter and the bring it to your table. I must say OMG the food our table ordered was all amazing entrees came with salad and wonderful garlic bread. Healthy main dish portioning. And it all was very delicious. Now the pricing is amazing every entree we had was $13.99, where I live what I had goes from $20-23. ( ps don't even think of raising the prices I respect that you are not trying to make your fortune all on one customer lol ) Place was empty when we arrived and 15-20 mins later not an empty seat. I call this place a hidden gem. Counter person extremely friendly with a big ole greeting when we walked in and when we left we were taking some photos out front and one of the employees came out and offered to help us with out group shot. This Italian Restouront was a nice find being that I'm from NY and am usually very disappointed, most of the time. A local store owner told me about Franco's and convinced me to try it. Boy was he right. I had shrimp parmigiana hero and it was great. The place doesn't offer fine dinning but you will get great Italian food. read more

I am only giving a 1 rating because I have to but it doesn't even deserve that! We ordered a steak and cheese and they added onions. Then they wanted me to bring the wrong one back so I did. I wanted it replaced with the correct Stromboli and they gave me one without the dough done and the cheese wasnt even melted. Guess where that one went. In the TRASH! Just ordered food from this place, 09/11/19.. I ordered philly steak sandwich and after a couple of bites, I started feeling a weird taste in my mouth, it tasted and smelled like feces( crap).
