The remodel took over six weeks, and during that time we were displaced from our bedroom and had to move into a spare room upstairs. Recently, I noticed the caulk around the bathtub seal was coming up. It took more than two weeks for someone to come out, and the repair itself took only about five minutes. Instead of handling it as a courtesy, I was told the work had been installed in January 2024, the warranty was only for two years, and I was a few months outside the warranty period, so technically I should be charged got a $150 service call. While he were here, one of the toilets they had installed also needed a very minor adjustment inside the tank. Again, I was told I was just outside the warranty period and would have to pay over $150 for a service call for what was essentially a two-minute fix. I understand that labor is not free, and I respect that service companies have to charge for their time. However, after spending nearly $40,000 with this company, I expected at least a little courtesy and goodwill for such small, quick adjustments. Instead, I was met with a rude attitude and a complete unwillingness to help unless I paid another service charge. My biggest issue is not just the warranty cutoff. It is the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer care after we spent so much money with them. The experience felt very transactional: take the money, then refuse to stand behind the work in any reasonable way once the big project was done. Based on our experience, I would not use this company again, and I would strongly encourage others to be cautious. Get every warranty term in writing, keep all documentation, and be prepared for them to request proof and charge service fees even for very minor issues. Or just avoid them all together and don't do business with them. Buyer beware.

I turned the water off, flew off for our vacation, and while there, made long distance arrangements to have the water heater replaced on our return. Now, 20 years later, my wife came home and saw water all over the garage. I called a friend and asked about a plumber. She gave me the number for People's Choice. I called and spoke with Dave. Within an hour, he was at my house checking out the situation. He must have thought I was crazy when I told him I hadn't opened the door to the water heater since it was installed. We never had any issues- so why would I? Of course, I didn't know that it was leaking a bit in a few places and getting ready to die a soggy death. David told me it outlived it's life expectancy. The very next morning, David and his apprentice, Joshua, installed a brand new water heater. They did some work with the pipes and installed a water pan and pressure regulator to bring everything up to code. Even in my messy hoarders-like garage, it was obvious how well they cleaned up after the job. David took the time to carefully explain what I needed. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it when the job was done. He is a topnotch person and does quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend People's Choice for anyone with plumbing needs. Our experience could not have been any better. No photos. Garage is too messy for public viewing. Y'all know I'm lazy.

Well darn! I should have read the reviews before calling Roadrunner Pluming back to my house to…read morefind the water leak that we have or should I say had cause my husband found it and fixed it. I will say their plumbers are very professional and I even enjoy their cute little bios that's they text you - very nice touch. That amounts to nothing really if you don't complete the job that is paid for. They did a water leak inspection and charged us $350 to tell us that the leak was likely on our water softer line somewhere. So we called Puragan who quickly came out next day and took a look. They also charged me $0 dollars. It wasn't their lines but they found a line that Roadrunner did not and bam! Guess what we found? Wet ground and eventually the leak. It was on the complete opposite side of the pool. No where near where they said the leak was likely at. We won't be needing a plumber now cause we can fix it with a few parts and some of our own labor. I want to be fair with this review. I do have a very large ranch style house with a pool. It's old and complicated but we love it and are doing our best to bring it back to its former beauty. I'm also not looking for the cheapest option. We just want to hire contractors that give us the quality work that we pay for. Not only that, if you do a good job we will highly recommend your company to others and you will have a repeat customer for as long as we live in SA. We are no contractors but grew up poor in Alaska making us very capable and handy to complete "do it yourself projects" but we are also smart enough to know what things require a professional. When I hire someone, that's all I ask.

Mike came out quickly, right when he said he would be there. I explained what was going on and he got busy finding the problem. It didn't take long for him to figure it out and I guarantee you, I never would have, because it actually involved the air conditioner too. He showed us, on video, what the problem was and gave us two options to clear it up. We chose the option that would keep the drain clean for years to come, and they cleaned it out. We got to see the video of after they did the work. A+ service all the way. Their prices are really reasonable, and I'm really glad we found them here. We will be using Roadrunner from now on.

The initial work was not completed properly, and my husband had to request multiple return visits to address issues that should have been resolved the first time. The situation became even more concerning after I paid off my loan. Despite the balance being paid, I continue to receive charges. I've made multiple attempts to contact the company to resolve the issue, but I have been unable to reach a live person. Every call routes to an automated system, and I receive text messages stating that someone will contact me. When I explained that I work full-time and requested a specific callback window so I could be available, I was told they could not provide one and would simply call when someone was available. More than 24 hours later, I still had not received a call and had to follow up again myself. At this point, I feel completely unsupported as a customer. The lack of communication, poor follow-through, and ongoing billing concerns have left me with very little confidence in this company. I would not use Blue Frog Plumbing again, nor would I recommend them to others.
