Wow so I have tried most of the places up here most are not good and a few are good not on the level of Queen's or Brooklyn but not bad and one or two are very good. Gave this place a try and now I see what others who have posted mean . This was the worse slice by far I have had here and the owner behind the counter I'm thinking maybe some thing just not right about him . Skip this place! Between their prices, and stinginess on portions, this place is simply ridiculous. We ordered a small cheese pie, a side of broccoli rabe and sausage. Total came out to over $30. Opened the broccoli . First, it was regular broccoli. Second, it was over cooked and COVERED in oil. We received a total 6 pieces, meaning they sell their fake broccoli rabe for $1 a PIECE. The sicilian was HORRIBLE. the crust was terrible. soggy on the bottom, terrible texture and flavor. way too thick.. ended up taking a knife and cut half the crust off the bottom... the onions were badly and thickly sliced in clusters no effort made to even put then evenly on the pie. cheap on cheese and sauce. The cooks do not wear masks or any kind of face covering. This is the era of covid-19 and after I paid for my pizza yesterday, I noticed the cooks were preparing food without any face coverings. Have been a customer for over a year now. Never have I gotten any food that was not good and I have never been treated badly by the staff. I tend to think that there are some Internet trolls that are trying to keep people away from this place because they are affilated with a competing restaurant. I have never had a bad pizza. Okay, one time they neglected to slice it but I guess they were in a hurry. They have good garlic knots too. Enjoyed some dinners that were just fine and delicious. We came up from Vermont for a quick one night trip. After a 5 hour drive we were tired and hungry and found this place. We ordered a white pizza with extra garlic and good lord it was some of the best pizza we've ever had. My husband and I ordered two Italian sandwiches from this place . We received our order and there was ZERO meat on it . My husband politely asked to speak to him to get another sandwich and then OWNER got on the phone and told my husband to go the fuck some where else for his food and hung up. I then drove to this so said " pizzeria " and asked for my money back where they guy screamed in my face and did not want to give me any money. I persisted while he walked around and screamed in profanity . After finally receiving my money where he argued about what the menu item cost , to which he did not know . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This place is unreal with the amount of disrespect the manager has towards customers! I called for an order of wings. I was told my total had to be more than $10 so I had to order a coke (which I don't even drink). The manager was getting so angry that he put another employee on the phone. She said the card payment option was down and asked if I had cash. I didn't have cash so she ran my card anyways and it conveniently worked. The manager then gets on the phone and demands that I leave a cash tip because he wouldn't leave a little tip on a card and while I was telling him this was rude for him to say he hung up. The delivery girl showed up smoking a cigarette while handing me the food. She said "i don't know how you feel about cigarette smoke but here's your coke." I told her that I really thought it was rude that her manager treated me that way and this was the second and final time I would EVER order from them. I love this place! The owners are kind, friendly, and attentive. The food is wonderful, and the place is cozy and pleasant. I have ordered pizza, subs, dinners, you name it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the speed of delivery. That was fine. I originally ordered a plain cheese pizza. The pizza came with swirled cheese, showing to me the customer, that the delivery was of a crazed haste. Now, that is only an assumption...the actual issue is that upon opening and serving the pizza that it was overcooked and burned.You would think that would warrant a refund and properly made pie. NOPE! Not only did I NOT get a refund, when the replacement pie came, it was on the opposite side of the spectrum. Still swirled cheese. Undercooked, and luke warm! Used to be one of our favorite places. Then we ordered a pizza whichnthe dough was awful. We called and asked if they had changed the dough or if it was perhaps old. We were yelled at and told there was nothing wrong with it. I was shocked they have always been so nice. No more will we spend our money there. read more

Ok where do I begin well first on July 7th we ordered a stuffed pie and asked for mushrooms, sausage, bacon and meatballs and chicken fingers w/ fries(for my pup lol) first we had to wait for a hour for it to be delivered but when it finally got here I opened up the box and it was a greasy soggy mess, I cut it apart and realized it had pepperoni, ham and I believe it was salami so the first thing I did of course was call them asap the young girl that answered the phone was very polite and said the cook must of messed up and put what he usually puts in it, so I politely said that is not what I ask for so she told me she was very sorry and took my name and told me when I order again just tell them what happened and offered me a FREE pie next time, well yesterday the 30th of July I called up and told them what happened and the girl that answered put me on the phone with MICHAEL the cook so once again I told him what happened and he wasn't going to do anything about it so I told him I was goin to write a review about the situation after a few moments he told me then he would HAVE TO give me a free pie so I told him he didn't HAVE TO do anything I just wouldn't be ordering anything again so he decided he was goin to honar what they had told me, I said thank you very much and hung up....... about 40 mins later a received a call from MICHAEL saying we had to pay half........ needless to say we told him where to put his pie. And will never order even a soda from them. Very disappointed with this place and with MICHAEL. If you want your pizza the way you order it I suggest you go somewhere else. read more
