We were lucky enough to grab a table in the shade on the sidewalk. It started out great! We ordered the calamari appetizer which was excellent and a good sized serving. Then we ordered the mushroom pizza to which we added pepperoni. The pizza arrived and looked delicious but it was not. Hardly any mushrooms but plenty of pepperoni. There was a taste we did not like nor did we care for the crust or the pepperoni and that's an ingredient we always like. This being said I'd go for the calamari but not the pizza. A group of us came here for dinner and we had a lovely time. The food, ambiance, and service were all wonderful! The best part was we stumbled on some live music in the back outdoor area. It was a musician named Jim Coleman, he was was playing guitar and singing. The music was absolutely beautiful and really made the whole evening. The food was beyond delicious and fresh! Our waitress was very friendly and made a few suggestions of her favorites when asked. The calamari was some of the best and freshest that I've had since being in Florida! That sweet chili zing takes it over the edge and I want two of those, forget the marinara! Decided to try this place put for late lunch on a lazy weekend. It was not very busy around 2pm and we got seats outside. It is BYOB so I brought some Surfsides. The waitress was friendly and food arrived timely. I was in a seafood mood, and was glad to see seafood on the specials menu. I got the fried calamari app (marinara and sweet chili dips) and creamy shrimp and scallop scampi risotto (both specials). My husband got the chicken parm alla vodka sandwich. Portion sizes were big, but we managed to finish (didn't need dinner that night though!). Everything was done well - would definitely come back for more. read more

I had the vegetable pizza. The crust was thin and bubbly and delicious! Fresh roasted peppers, mushrooms, basil and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic made this pizza outstanding! The downside was no wine or beer and the washroom is not particularly clean. Men left the seat up and peed on the rim. The service staff are amiable, attentive, and will help with any questions. The restaurant is small and cosy, with music and seating outside as well as inside, making every occasion a pleasant one. It's a BYOB establishment, while having many non-alcoholic beverages available. My husband saw this restaurant in the town of the Milford area, and we decided to check it out one evening. As we entered into the restaurant, I thought it was a very warm and cozy feeling. I did not realize how small the restaurant was, but it worked out pretty well. We were placed in the back, and we had enough room to sit. The waiter came and explained the menu and told us that Fridays are fish Fridays. I decided to get the eggplant parm. I thought the pasta needed some more sauce, and the eggplant parm wasn't what I thought it would be . It was just breaded, and some cheese was slapped onto the top. My husband got the chicken parm, and it was pretty good, but it was the same as him he was expecting the sauce to be more to the pasta. We both had leftovers. We heated up the food the next day, and it does not taste great . Next time, we will give it another try and test out their pizza. Until next time ! read more

We heard about this place a couple of times and we were determined to order takeout from here today. It's really a cute place with indoor and out door seating. They offer a nice menu with brick oven specilty pizzas, hot sandwiches, entrees plus daily specials. We ordered their linguine with white clam sauce, shrimp parmesan sandwich, meat strumboli and grilled marinated chicken, broccoli rabe, garlic, provolone on an Italian hero plus some sort of broth that you dip your sandwich in. We have eaten there twice- full meals and have enjoyed each time. The lasagna was the best I have ever had. The eggplant tower appetizer was unbelievably delicious. The linguini alfredo was so-so. Friends also had chicken marsala and eggplant parmigiana. They enjoyed both. I have not had their pizza. The portions are huge- you will need a box to take home. It is BYOB so bring what you like. Service was excellent- wait staff polite, friendly. My ONLY criticism is the lack of space- Very small and tight inside, The take out counter is very busy and noisy. Everything we ordered was delicious; I would particularly highlight the roasted artichoke, calamari and mussels appetizers, and the soppressata (with hot honey!) pizza. The food was big portions , came with my family we sat outside they have heaters but they don't do much, if you can sit inside definitely do in the winter months, very small inside, we got two pizzas one was undercooked and wet for some reason on the bottom, the egg plant parm was okay.... Nice atmosphere. Small but cozy. Our server was very warm and gracious and provided us with just excellent service. The dinner portions are huge but unfortunately very bland and tasteless. Pasta was over cooked. The sauce tasted like something you'd receive in an elementary school cafeteria. The chicken parm appeared to have been cooked in a deep fryer with the sauce and cheese (that was not even fully melted) added afterwards. The Chicken Marsala had no mushrooms and I'm not sure what the sauce was but it was not Marsala. Everyone else in our party expressed similar dissatisfaction with their meal.
