I've had the same tests conducted dozens of times over the years since I'm 57 so I'm familiar with how it worked. It was never supposed to be so painful. When I asked for my records to be forwarded to a new dental office, they first told me the new office was in their corporate group so the new dental office can access it on their shared cloud (which wasn't true when I checked with the new office), then that told me that they sent it (which also wasn't true when I checked my email and received only a few xrays when I've been their patient for the past several years. They were problematic even before this last incident. When I had oral surgery, the surgeon told me they could put me under and it'd be covered by insurance. I trusted him and went ahead. Turned out it wasn't covered and it took me months if not almost a year to pay it off. Be careful of this office.

We prefer having the same Doctor so you may build a relationship with them over the years. Dr. Nguyen is everything you'd want in a Dentist. He is professional and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable. I especially appreciate the fact he only does work you actually need. We have found other Dentists in the area push unnecessary work. Here, they want to ensure you have a positive experience from check-in to check-out without hitting you up for work that isn't needed. They always ask me about my day and remember previous conversations from my last visit. They are always upfront with the costs prior to the consultation, and they provide an itemized invoice to let you know what is going on with your teeth/gums. Overall, Dr. Nyguen is very kind, gentle, and understanding; he truly cares about his patients. His office staff are always very professional, welcoming and friendly. We will continue to frequent his office for all our dental needs!

After checking Yelp reviews in several local dental clinics', and checking my dentist network, I called this dental practice, "Affordable Dental II", made an appointment with Dr Tiburcio, and I was really impressed with his persona, because he listened to my concerns, took the time to address them, and gave me good advice. In addition, he took the time to go through my x-rays, my dental health, etc. He was not in a rush like most dentists; I consulted in the past. He did not try to push treatments that I did not need and were suggested by prior dentists. I truly appreciate Dr Tiburcio's honesty, something it is very hard to find these days not only with dentists, but with other businesses in LV. Twice I asked this question to be interrupted both times, mid sentence. Then an assistant walks in with the prices, and before I agreed to book the appointment, I asked "how long is the filling procedure?" She then said "let me go ask Dr Faddis" and she came back to me and told me he quoted about 1 hour. Which means he very well could have quoted the length of the procedure. Dr faddis I believe is not qualified to do my fillings if he can't even provide a guesstimate on how long the procedure is. I'm age 36 AND retired so I have plenty of time to find a much better dr with good ratings. I'm sure dr faddis is good for quick simple little procedures, but not cavity fillings.
