I cannot say good enough things about Dr Gallimore and this office all together. Over the last couple years they have made my visits to the dentist so wonderful. They have always went above and beyond for me. They noticed that I was very insecure about my smile. My teeth were so small because I grind my teeth in my sleep. They advised that because the size my teeth and issues with my bite it was in my best interest to get crowns on my front 6 teeth. I have never smiled so big! I am so in love and this is the first time in my life that I am not ashamed to smile and show my teeth! I have been a patient of Dr Gallimore for over 20 yrs. New Years Day (2026) I had a dental emergency brewing. Again, I was having painful, swollen gums where past infection occurred & was treated by my medical Dr., around Thanksgiving. Well, the angry area re-surfaced on New Year's Day. Ugh. Holiday ...all businesses/ medical offices are closed. I woke early on Jan 2 still in pain and called Dr. Gallimore's office. Bad news, no available slots ....fully booked. I explained, begged, and gave my 'senior age' ....lovely staff gave me hope to come at 3 just for quick eval to see if infection was back. Long story, short...Dr Gallimore is an Angel. He not only took time with me (also lucky someone cancelled) never ever does he appear 'rushed'. I received such extensive care and treatment that the pain and my panic were put to rest. As of last night, I can't even tell the area was ever sore. He really worked miracles- I still can't believe how wonderful the area feels today. Thank God for Dr. Gallimore and the always Wonderful staff at this office. He does beautiful crowns, veneers, bridges, and even 'dreaded' root canals without issues. Just came home from our first visit to Dr. Gallimore's office. First impression: really nice modern office, comfy waiting area, high tech equipment. But what REALLY struck me was how happy and cheerful and friendly the entire staff was on a Saturday morning at work. I was floored that every single interaction with the ~6 different people I encountered working was so warm. We actually saw Dr. Ripps today and again, what a great guy. Thorough and friendly. And he has a parrot Morton that hangs out in the reception area. A fun surprise! My hygienist (I didn't catch her name!!) was also so fun to talk to and did a great job with my cleaning. I was also so appreciative that the office manager Kathy took the time to explain what I'd see on my insurance EOB to make sure I wasn't confused or alarmed by any line items. That was extremely thoughtful and above-and-beyond as I've had my fair share of headaches trying to sort through insurance billing mumbo jumbo in the past. During a dental emergency, I called during business hours to ask if they took my insurance. They answered the phone with "Hello". I had to ask if this was Dr. Gallimore's office. The woman giggled and said "Oh yeah, sorry about that. Yeah, this is Dr. Gallimore's office." When I asked if their office covered my insurance she asked for my personal information. I said "I only want to know if you cover my type of insurance." She insisted on getting my information. When I gave it to her she said "Just a minute." A few minutes later she said she "Couldin't find" my file. I explained to her that I am NOT a patient and that I was having a dental emergency... and I was only asking if they accepted my type of insurance. She giggled again and finally answered my question. Needless to say, I got the impression this staff doesn't listen to their patients and it felt unprofessional, so I decided to go elsewhere. read more

Dr Gallimore has been treating my family for over 25 years. He is the most articulate and gentle Dentist I've ever been too. Really great with kids of all ages including their first set of teeth. My oldest son is 35 now. I haven't trusted another Doctor since he preformed the greatest set of upper smile veneers. So good another Dentist told me I had a beautiful smile and great teeth. I can tell when a dental professional is excellent, and finally (after a few nightmare experiences) found gold! Dr Gallimore is so easy to get along with, and all of his staff is friendly. Mikka is the best hygienist in the universe and a real delight. Plus, the location is a stress-free center even if pretty far for some (I happen to live real close). It's a #%$&ing DENTIST office FFS, not a go-go dancing place where they walk up to you with a fresh beer and an even fresher look. That's a good idea - Ima have to talk to him about that, next time I'm in getting my shit-brown British choppers maintained, (you KNOW that's an endless task) - maybe some go-go dancers in the waiting room and a really hot bikini-clad receptionist to make me feel comfortable. Anyways, obviously right now you can only go here for dentistry, but if he gets go-go dancers, I guarantee they're gonna be above-par like his dental work. So I freak out every time I walk in. Like "why did I schedule TWO teeth, I coulda just got the one done today, and kicked the can down the road another few months on that other tooth." And EVERY TIME, these guys whisk me in after a few minute wait and quickly and VERY COMPETENTLY deal with my dental bullshit: decades of smoking, navy coffee and other adult beverages - hell I probably gargled battery acid at some point, and now I'm pushing 60 and lucky I even HAVE teeth: and this guy is their protector. I had a fairly traumatic experience at the dentist as a kid, so I am super jumpy when visiting the dentist. I told Dr Rob and he was the most caring, gentle dentist that I have ever had. I'm writing this review for my Mother-in-Law (MIL) as she is not very computer savvy but requested I do this for her. She ABSOLUTELY loved her dental visit which is something that most people will not admit. My MIL, Solange, mentioned that the hygienist and the X-ray tech were extremely gentle. Dentist Glen alleviated her fears and made her feel extremely comfortable. He explained everything during her procedure and wasn't trying to sell her anything new that she didn't need. If you're looking for an honest and caring dentist then this is the place for you. It's a bit far for my MIL but she was willing to make the drive because it's hard to find an honest dentist.
