Dr. Burkett is so knowledgeable, kind and sincere...with the best communication skills in explaining dental procedures simply and concisely. Our son got his braces off and needed a few veneers. Dr. Burkett was super thorough in her recommendations and the benefits of composite veneers for a teenager who is still growing. Scheduling with the friendly staff was easy to accommodate his ortho appointments. The veneers made a huge difference to his new smile and it was just about an hour in that chair because the veneers were made in the office. Voila...he now is smiling ear to ear! She even gave her recommendations on teeth whitening options that's very transparent and in the best interest of the patient. Well, I decided to have at least two dental appts before reviewing Harmony Dental! I am extremely picky..., so my husband says lol. This place has met my expectations, they are Covid safe, super nice, delicate with your mouth, they DON'T try to charge you up for things you don't really have or need. HONEST! These days that is uber important for me. I highly recommend this dental office! Also there are TVs in the rooms and beautiful outside views of birdies and landscaping. First, Do Not Come to this office to get your free cleaning if you have insurance. They do not do much for the cleaning. I asked them if they are going to clean the tartar off she said no. I asked if they would use the polish most other offices do they said no. Now for them to do anything of a cleaning its all apart of the deep cleaning they like to charge for. If you have ever been to any other dentist office they at least do flossing and or polish. The only thing they did was do a estimate for other work I need on my teeth way over $3500 dollars. Sure I need some work done on my teeth but I came for a simple cleaning. On top of that they want money up front no payment plans unless you get a credit card that they suggest. So you almost just walk out with a bill. I asked for was a simple thing I needed to 1 imparticular tooth costing $40 and they refused to do unless I bought the $400 deep cleaning. It was a total waste of time. I suggest to looking elsewhere when it comes to getting a cleaning some of us are used to. The first clue to this being the wrong place is that the owners park their big obnoxious vehicles in the front taking away from the customer parking. Please like this post so it goes to the top because I did wait a couple of weeks and I'm worried people will go to this place without knowing these things before hand. I'm happy my insurance foot the bill being my first and only cleaning for the year they provide but the time wasted and pain they cause with the x-rays and the sharp tools they are using to check the gaps in your gums to make their outrageous estimates. That's all I hope this review finds you before you end up going to this office. read more

As per every visit, the staff here are excellent in what they do!! Another teeth cleaning that went without a hitch. No pain at all. I have been coming to Harmony Dental for a few years now and I'm glad I stumbled upon here. Dr. Reiter is very knowledgeable and professional!!! Although I've been here for only cleanings, it's been pleasant! The staff are very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend here! ** Just finished my 6-month cleaning with Kim, who is awesome! Very very nice and gentle and easy to talk with!! Thank you! Also, Dr. Reiter recently sold her practice and it is under new ownership and the current employees speak highly of the new doctor. Please do no go to this dental office! Horrible administrative staff. Informed me the day before my appointment that my insurance is not going to be covered and I have to pay full for my visit. During covid they billed my insurance for their PPE which they later took out when they sent me the unexpected bill .. although I confirmed after my appointment that everything was settled. I had another teeth cleaning yesterday with Lillian and once again I can say (and no aspersions to previous hygienists) that it was the best teeth cleaning ever. Not even a twinge of pain and I left with squeaky clean teeth! Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how I look at it, Lillian noticed something that needs to be followed up. But she explained it very well (and showed me in a mirror and took some pics she showed on the TV). She also gave me a plan for how we can proceed, and got me set up for the next step. I'm sorry I have to get something taken care of, and am a bit nervous of what might come of it, but I am confident I couldn't be in better hands. No wonder these Dentist's received "Best of Vegas Gold!" They are fantastic, caring, professional, kind and really, really care about patient care. My 87 year old Dad goes here ;I live elsewhere) and they communicate with me, go out of their way to care for him (in his wheelchair) and have even made house calls to fit his dentures and check his mouth. Today was my first visit at Harmony dental and it's like day and night from my previous provider. First of all their fees are super reasonable and everyone who I met with was so pleasant. My prior dentist recommended a whole bunch of work on my upper right molars and Dr. Burkett told me that I didn't need any immediate work done and just to monitor the area rather than trying to rack up more charges by having work done that wasn't necessary at this point. I am glad I found them now but wish I had earlier as I feel that I was ripped off. No wonder Harmony Dentak won best in Las Vegas! read more

It took me 4 dentists to find the right one and let me tell you Harmony Dental is the best Dental Clinic in Vegas, Periodt! The front office staff gave such a great first impression, very kind and gorgeous women.. My hygienist was super sweet and was very very thorough with the cleaning/flossing/waxing which I absolutely love! My teeth were so clean that my boyfriend literally asked if I got them whitened!!! She made sure to address all of my concerns and was so easy to talk to. The dentist was wonderful, very thorough with her examination and she made sure I left without questions. The appointment took 2 hrs or so which I was looking for, the longer it is the better!! These other clinics were half assing, took 15 minutes to clean my teeth with wax flying everywhere and would lie about cavities that weren't there! Made an appt. on Mon. and still waiting for a call back, its now Thur. Now after reading some of the other reviews I cant understand how a company can mail out letters of " no trust" and think that is ethical. When I go to the dentist I choose what they can or cant do. I am horrified that patients got these letters because they didnt agree to strong arm up sell tactics. Never in my life have I heard any professional in any profession doing this. I myself have been in the medical field for 45 years working for the largest medical co. in the nation. Had one of our providers tried this tactic we would have been on the 5:00 news and sued. read more

I have been a patient of Harmony Dental since I moved to Las Vegas. There is much to commend about the practice: the fact that you can have a crown done in one appointment is nothing short of wonderful. However, when I arrived for my check-up and cleaning last month, the dental assistant berated me for taking so long between check-ups. I guess she'd never heard of COVID. Then she left me twice in the middle of procedures to get Dr Burkett She did ask me if I wanted to sit upright, but since I never imagined that she'd leave me upside down for about five minutes while she waited for the dentist, I said I was fine as I was. When Dr Burkett arrived, she started the spiel about scaling and root planing. I stopped her, telling her I'd had the procedure done at least twice (once actually at Harmony Dental). I also told her that the first time, I had the procedure, the dentist (in Chicago) drove me to tears with her aggressive sales tactics. Well, as soon as I left, Dr Burkett rushed to her computer (or she had one of her office staff rush) and printed out the 'trust has been broken/you're fired' letter. I assume that she didn't trust me since if she felt I didn't trust her, I would think she'd let me fire her. The irony being that I had come around to accepting the treatment and was going to suggest it on my next visit. Now my husband had a favorable impression of Dr Burkett. So as long as you're not a stupid old woman who can't be trusted to make her own health decisions, you might like the practice. read more

Dr. Reitor is sorely missed. I loved that woman, her mannerisms and her knowledge. Sadly the practice has gone downhill since Burkett and Ing took over. I actually was disappointed about a month ago when I called to move an appt because my sons class had just been quarantined and the receptionist intentionally hung up on me! I think perhaps they had a lot of Covid excuses and didn't believe me ‍ Beyond that as a patient that has never had a cavity or any dental issues I prefer not to get yearly X-rays. Dr Reitor was fine with that because as she said I had perfect teeth with no need for concern. Well I was actually considering moving dentists anyway because I didn't love the sideways looks from staff if I asked to wait until next time for X-rays or passed on fluoride. Then I got this thoughtful note in the mail (see photo) which I just found silly and not a good way to conduct business. I just started going here. They had to schedule me 2 weeks out for my initial visit, but it was worth it. I waited a total of 2 minutes before I was seen by the hygienist and Dr Ing. Since Dr. Reiter left it's horrible. they are just walking into walls. Saw Dr. Ing in June and then went for a deep cleaning (which never happened) in July and saw Dr. Burkett who contradicted everything Dr.Ing said. the hygienist, Melissa, was just rude with an attirude. I told her she cannot put my chair flat because I have vertigo. she proceeded to tell me she has a bad back and has to put the chair back. Really? Who is paying? Bit my tongue, but felt like saying she could ache for awhile or I could projectile vomit..her choice. If her back is so bad then she should NOT be a dental hygienst. then she wanted more X-rays cause she said the ones taken last month were not good! walked out...will not return after going there at least 10 years. read more

Going to the dentist has never been something I've ever looked forward to, but Dr. Ing is so much more than a dentist. I have out of control anxiety whenever anything sharp goes near my mouth, but Dr. Ing is so gentle and patient that I forget I'm in a dentist chair. I moved to Las Vegas recently & had a really awful experience with another dentist in the valley. I was in desperate need of getting a lot of work done because of having previous issues with gastroparesis caused by my diabetes. I was lucky to find Dr. Ing and upon meeting her, I was impressed by her incredibly calm disposition and genuinely caring bedside manner. I scheduled the appointments needed and in less than a month she has taken care of 3 crowns and fillings in front teeth that had minor erosion, which previous dentist tried to upsell me on doing veneers. Dr. Ing and her amazing dental assistant, Kristen, have done perfect work on repairing my far from perfect teeth. I can't reccomend them highly enough and I am so grateful that I have found my forever dentist dream team! read more

I just made my first appointment with Dr. Reiter. Her office is very well run. Dr. Reiter's assistant took x-rays, cleaned my teeth and applied fluoride. I was very pleased that my thyroid was protected during the x-rays. That was the first time this occurred compared to other dentists I have seen. Dr. Reiter discovered that I had a tooth needing a root canal. By the time I was ready to leave her office, an appointment was made for the next day with the endodentist.
