Went into Frank Plumbing Supply as we had to replace the toilet. We tried doing it ourselves but every time we flushed the toilet, there was a leak. We called up Frank Plumbing, as they were only a few blocks away, told them our problems and they told us it was the flange, what we were doing wrong, and what we should do about it. They had the correct flange so we bought a couple, followed their instructions and it worked perfectly well. They were simply amazing. They took the time to listen and to advise. read more
